While certain aspects of the build where great, the attention to detail severely lacks. Poor finishing paint job, base board finishes, paint spots all over wood floors etc. they also provided a very subpar cleaning for move in. In addition promises are made to entice you to close (ie when you close we will finish x,y,z) - note this did not happen at all, instead never receive callbacks from builder and have to go about the warranty process.

We recently built a house with Pulte. I cannot say we got the value we paid for our home. All of the trim work was in really rough shape. We had to hire an external painter to come in and fix a lot of the trim, mudding, and painting. It is still not fixed correctly, because it was just too much to get done and would have cost a fortune (since we did not want to have all of the trim ripped out and redone.) We relocated from another state to GA. We purchased the model home so we didn't have to pick out any materials etc. The purchase was conducted online and over the phone because of COVID and was a smooth process. Just lots of paperwork that normally comes with the purchase of a new home. We love the model because it has many, many upgrades not available in the other homes and it was mostly ready to go. Quality construction but major issues with service requests and completion of items promised before closing.

Field managers tell you what you want to hear but do not follow through with service requests. Multiple items that should have been taken care of before closing were not and still are not 3 months later. COVID has caused some understandable delays but the company is not up front with communication and realistic time frames. Also no one is managing the many companies involved during the move in period and the homeowner is left to fend for themselves, to keep on top of contractors to complete a task.

This was a completed home so there were some things I would have done differently but I can change or add some later. I feel that a number of items should be standard such as trey ceiling in master, a finished garage and a couple of other items. Now, on-site agents are FANTASTIC and should be commended. Bree was always patient, responsive and always professional. Tucker was excellently. A very pleasant experience.

They did a decent job overall. They rushed some things, including the fireplace which ended up having a gas leak due to improper install while my family was home. They also weren’t flexible on moving the closing date by a month when I requested due to COVID.

Purchase my home 43 days ago and i'm still waiting on maintenance issues to be completed. AT&T could not connect my internet because the holes they run the cables through are clogged up. Pulte has no urgency to fix issues once you have closed on your home. If things are not fixed or I am not contacted soon I will be making my 2nd BBB complaint. If I paid for a brand new home regardless the price I do not want to deal with issues right after closing.
