My new townhouse was closed in June. Location is very good, but construction quality is really worse. During the final walk through, I already found some quality issues: crooked door frames, bad stained stairs. Although I never stain stair wood before, however, I believe I definitely can stain wood stairs better than their painting contractors. Also there already have three places with ceiling cracks and two places with leakages near deck doors. I contacted account manage with no response and I understand he is busy with all kinds of complains by homeowners.

The whole experience from the Sales Team, Design Center, Pulte Mortgage and Construction was stressful and horrible. First, the Sales Team did not make clear or explain in detail the different options offered which left me making some less than favorable choices. At the time, I didn't know what questions to ask so I made the decisions based on what I thought I understood. Second, at the Design Center I felt rushed and had to make decisions quickly or start to get charged for extra time. Not worth the Stress and Money for Purchasing from this company

Pulte Homes in this community is taking advantage of the market situation and building very poor quality homes. The building managers are over whelmed with the number of homes they have to work and not able to supervise the construction quality and missing several important aspects. Pulte homes is only intersted in rushing to close the homes without even having appliances and competing the home properly.I would not recommend this company to put your money

A lot of issues have been noted since we moved in on 27Jan2021. -Plumbing issues - several occasions. Flooded my whole powder room, living room. leaking thru kitchen flood light due to water going thru overflow in master bedroom -responsiveness to issues - very non-cholent and careless attitude -a couple defects i noticed and have reported that is still not addressed. overall, not impressed.

Due to lack of communication between our construction manager and the closing department, our closing date was pushed back twice (both time super last minute). The quality of the house is super lacking in the workmanship and quality. For the price I paid I expected better quality and polish to the workmanship. So many cosmetic flaws and oversights. Moulding and trim are beat up. terrible workmanship

Since moving into our new home there has been issues with fixing the quality of this home such as the woodwork, paint, and the yard. The HOA is non existent and there is trash, dead bushes and trees and old pine straw. The landscaping is NOT what was shown to us that this community would offer nor is the keep up. The amenities don't all work. This place already looks like rental quality. NOT a Pulte community. I have little hope this place will turn around. The only people that were helpful was Scott at the sales center and Darrin who helps with work requests.

My experience with this company was terrible, Tifanie was not doing her job, when it came to responding to emails. The company it self doesn't answer phone put will respond in email right after you call. I am still having issue with my address trying to get my gas turned in my name since June 2025, they have address all wrong no one responded. Sales team and middle management don’t respond

I’m not sure if all big developers are like this but for Pulte I can definitely say this. Don’t ever trust the sales team and don’t take anything on face value which they say. If you have any issues after the closing they WILL NOT respond. However im satisfied with the construction quality and this team’s responsiveness.

The real estate agent along with the materials given to me summarizing approximate closing dates were deceptive and incorrect. Also, I had done my final inspection ahead of time and someone had come in and kicked a whole in the bathroom wall under sink.

They were way behind their timeline and kept making last minute changes to closing. Subcontractors were terrible and there was little oversight or quality control, so the workmanship is terrible. Lots of promises about things that would be repaired but little follow through. They have a warranty, but you submit things to their portal and never hear back. The local construction managers were great to work with and did an amazing job helping us get into the house. Unfortunately, there are many issues with the house that they are unable to resolve due to the company policy. Many issues with new home build, poor quality and workmanship

Roof was leaking, ever since the home was built and house had mold on the walls and under the floor right after closing. Was told by roofer that this was a common issue due to framing. Pulte is still building this elevation, so buyer beware. False promises and sweet talking before signing of contract. Lot premium is a rip off, and appraisal is only for the base price. Base price includes nothing of value. I would NOT recommend this builder, nor would I be buying a Pulte home again.
