Poor quality, finish and workmanship. Delayed and ineffective communication. Once they have your money they couldn't care less about the finished product they are selling. Same homes and floor plans adjacent to mine with same upgrades getting sold for much lesser than what I paid for. Very poor job, less than 2 months and paint is flaking off, drywall and wooden doors are chipping. Haphazard and untidy layout of townhomes in this phase. Nothing is finished. Have no idea why we are paying HOA. The only redeeming factors are location and floor plan. Otherwise please look at the numerous new ...

This is the third home that I have had built. I was a little skeptical about building with Pulte, but their customer service was exceptional. they called on a regular bases letting me know where they were in the process. Now that I am in my new home, they have responded to every issue. Everything has been minor. I love my new home. It is everything I expected.

Many times follow up of items leads to either request to wait till they find vendor or something they won’t know until you share pics. Commitment is commitment but what was told to me during sale was not that covered 100% also there was desperate rush to close house without listing what customer problem is

Built the Furman Plan on River Green and put in all the options that we could think off. Wish we extended the Gathering room since we spend most of our time there. Very happy with the open floor plan and proximity to everything. Love the Master on main. Downsized from a 3600 sq ft house to a 2880 sq ft house and we feel that we are not cramped and have plenty of space for everything that we need.

Smooth process. Financed with Pulte Mortgage as well. Great 3% incentive. Builder hasn't responded well to issues we found after moving in; local field manager won't fix issues but keeps promising to come back.

Inconsistencies from sales that were passed on to builder. Strange methods of selection with sales (other home owners before and after us experienced the same). Frustrating Close Process

The overall build process was good, but we were severely rushed through the close process. We were asked to sign off on items that weren’t fixed in order to not delay our close. We were promised multiple times that the remaining items would be fixed immediately. But we’re over a month post close and most of these items remain open. Multiple times we’re been told they were coming by to fix then nobody shows up.

The home is relatively amazing. The contracted workers(painters, etc.) were pretty sloppy and didn’t pay attention to detail at all. Pulte and Georgia Power did an amazing job, but the painters and dry wallers etc. made a bit of a mess of a good thing. I would recommend the company, but they need to pick better workers.

Competitive pricing and features from a market review, nice location. Negatives are the initial sales process and that many of the items promised prior to closing were not fixed...subsequent follow up has been poor after the sale was completed. Recommend allowing enough time to hold accountability on getting items fixed PRIOR to closing.

This is the second time for me to buy a new home(previous one was from Bezer). Pulte hired non-professional workman and did a terrible job and the quality control is also not in place. The workmanship is totally worse than a DYI. Even the house was closed, the house still needs a lot of work. If I can upload photos, I surely will present them. To buy a new home from Pulte actually buys yourself frustration, I am still dealing with Pulte.

New Townhouse lots of problems...

My new townhouse was closed in June. Location is very good, but construction quality is really worse. During the final walk through, I already found some quality issues: crooked door frames, bad stained stairs. Although I never stain stair wood before, however, I believe I definitely can stain wood stairs better than their painting contractors. Also there already have three places with ceiling cracks and two places with leakages near deck doors. I contacted account manage with no response and I understand he is busy with all kinds of complains by homeowners.

We are happy with the house. However, the closing was delayed, which impacted our moving schedule, due to items identified in the initial walkthrough not being addressed on time. Pulte wouldn’t agree to customize anything, even when we just asked to not install items. As an example, the bar soap in the shower is the cheapest one you could find (in a $390k house) and they wouldn’t agree to not put it up. The communication was a struggle at times between agent-realtor-builder. For example, our first walkthrough was delayed by 2 hours due to lack of communication between Pulte agent and ...

We are not happy about our experience with Pulte. There are so many issues I don’t know where to begin. Pulte could not close on agreed closing date, fireplace wrong stone color, lawn irrigation has leaks and wrong placement of irrigation heads, no mailbox for 6 weeks, no internet for 5 weeks, huge drainage problem backyard, dishwasher didn’t work, no water to refrigerator, did not clean house very well, sloppy careless work on just about everything, etc., etc., etc.

I recently purchased a home at 4400 West. Great investment! The design is very elegant with quality materials and craftsmanship. Lots of living space (interior and exterior) and great walking community. The rooftop loft has breathtaking views of downtown Atlanta and the notorious skyline. 5-Stars!
