Buying my Pulte home was a great experience from start to finish. This was my first Pulte home, and I truly felt supported by a team that values professionalism and integrity. Marki, my sales agent, was a gem — friendly, knowledgeable, and set a great tone for the process. The design studio experience was also helpful, and I appreciated that Pulte still offers this option when many builders no longer do. terrible workmanship

Since moving into our new home there has been issues with fixing the quality of this home such as the woodwork, paint, and the yard. The HOA is non existent and there is trash, dead bushes and trees and old pine straw. The landscaping is NOT what was shown to us that this community would offer nor is the keep up. The amenities don't all work. This place already looks like rental quality. NOT a Pulte community. I have little hope this place will turn around. The only people that were helpful was Scott at the sales center and Darrin who helps with work requests.

Bad Bad and more Bad. I will not be recommending to friends and family. Very cheaply built and all staff have a used car salesman mentality. Been in my home 2 months and I am still trying to get things that were not good before closing.

My experience with this company was terrible, Tifanie was not doing her job, when it came to responding to emails. The company it self doesn't answer phone put will respond in email right after you call. I am still having issue with my address trying to get my gas turned in my name since June 2025, they have address all wrong no one responded. This is the worse company I ever work with when it comes to purchasing a home. If they give you someone name Tifanie ask for someone else. Pulte showed throughout the whole process that they didn’t care about anything besides bottom line. From getting the wrong lot opposed to the one we discussed to just predatory lending techniques to horrible landscaping. The whole time I was constantly reminded why I and so many others do not enjoy buying from home builders. My yard will need about $50-$80k worth of retaining walls for any part of it to be enjoyed. It’s clear Pulte realized how much soil/walls were needed to make the lots respectable and they don’t care so obviously they’re doing whatever they can to exit with the most money ...

What I would tell prospective homebuyers would be to run far and fast away from Pulte homes! This is my 3rd Pulte home and it will be my last. The quality of the work in the house is abysmal! There is basically zero responsiveness to issues. If there is any sort of followup it’s only when asked multiple times and then the work still doesn’t get completed. The finishes are sloppy and careless and if I couid go back in time knowing what I know now I would never have purchased this home.

Buyer beware: Does not build to code or honor warranty

Have mold after 1 month in basement as it was never built properly. Flag at inspection and during build, was never resolved although promised it would be. Warranty denied for “underground spring” - you are not allowed to build on underground springs and nobody checked or proved that. They just dont want to honor their warranty for poor not up to code build.

I lived out-of-state and doing face-to-face weekly meetings on my cell phone with Charles the builder and Morgan really helped me to understand the process of my new home. There were a few bleak and stressful moments I experienced due to this being my first time getting a new home built from the ground. The Pulte sales & builder team was always there to encourage me and lift me up so I could move forward. I LOVE my new home and appreciate the craftsman ship and hard work that was done by the builder and his team!!

When 2025 started we decided to buy a house in Georgia, we were out of the country when we found it online, my son came to see it and met the kindest lady and began this process, being first time buyers some things in the system were not ready or easy with our credit, but the construction company made it possible and we also have a house more beautiful than we dreamed of... thanks to Pulte Homes and their great team, it was the best thing that has happened to us since we arrived in Georgia 3 years ago, our dream came true!

The home itself has been decent, other than the exposed nail heads in my shingles and missing flashing. The lot is absolutely terrible. The lot floods with each rain and is a sponge for days afterwards. When landscaping we found sliding, nails, screws, and a huge amount of rocks under the sod. I expressed my lot concerns with Pulte multiple times and it was dismissed as a non issue. I will continue to collect documentation for future disputes under the “Right to Repair Act” if action isn’t taken from Pulte regarding the lot.

We were promised that our home would be completed between October and December 2024. Pulte was fully aware that we had to move by the end of the year—had we known this timeline wouldn’t be met, we would not have proceeded with the purchase. Despite this, we were first told the completion date would be pushed to January 2025, then later to April 2025. When we requested to cancel the contract, Pulte refused, instead offering us a different completed property in the neighborhood, which we ultimately accepted. I’m not sure if all big developers are like this but for Pulte I can definitely say this. Don’t ever trust the sales team and don’t take anything on face value which they say. If you have any issues after the closing they WILL NOT respond. However im satisfied with the construction quality and this team’s responsiveness.

From our sales agent, two construction managers and the warranty department, we've only had good experiences. Wish we had more options; i.e., choice of appliances, option for screened in porch, flooring. This is our third downsizing and the one that worked the best. Overall we love the house and are happy with this community and location. I would highly recommend Pulte.
