We had an amazing experience! From beginning to end. Zak was amazing, he really sold us on the features of the home. Bailey the builder was GREAT! Heidi our loan officer worked well for us. Such a great team to work with. As a first time homebuyer, this experience was so much better than I was expecting. I recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy the perfect home! I can’t explain how smooth and stress free this process was working with Pulte. We viewed properties by other companies and NONE of them compared to Pulte.

They were way behind their timeline and kept making last minute changes to closing. Subcontractors were terrible and there was little oversight or quality control, so the workmanship is terrible. Lots of promises about things that would be repaired but little follow through. They have a warranty, but you submit things to their portal and never hear back. Beyond the inconvenience and expense of all of the delays and problems lies the fact that if there are so many things wrong with the things that I can see on the surface, what problems lie beneath…

The communication at first with the builder before closing was great, but over time and since closing their communication has gotten less to none with outstanding issues.

I purchased this home in good faith and that their would be a clear line of communication throughout the whole process when it came to any issues. At first things look promising and was assured if any issues occurred they would be resolved in a timely manner. The overall home is good, but the quality of the material used and workmanship lacks. Example if you spray the home walls or doors, but touch up common area spots with a brush or roller its noticeable. Everyone was great prior to closing. During my pre-closing walk through I identified several things that needed to be addressed, and the project manager promised that they would be done the day of or after closing. They were not, and many still have not been addressed 2 1/2 months later. In addition, I uncovered multiple additional issues with sloppy workmanship after closing and submitted requests for them to be addressed, they were no acknowledged. We were expecting a more seamless and by far a less frustrated home buying process. From a delayed start of construction date to a delayed closing due to a lower appraisal, we have to rank this process lower than our previous purchase years ago with another seller.

We've had many issues throughout our buying and build journey, happy to discuss more in detail in the phone. Our sales associate and design center consultants did chose some options for us (like our elevation) without telling us and did not explain options available to us, other times they gave just wrong information. The team here at the enclave at parkway village (Taylor and Jimmy) did a great job keeping us abreast of the progress of our new home via weekly zoom calls and photos. Now that we have moved into our new home, the team continues to be responsive to any issues that came up. We love our new home!

I was expecting that Pulte would give us a good quality build but it’s not up to my expectations. There are so many imperfections we could notice once we moved in . After rain there are so many leaks in our house and backyard was not graded properly , highly disappointed with Pulte and its quality . Should have gone with some other builder .

The quality of the home has been compromised significantly, and numerous issues have arisen. First and foremost, the purchase process was extremely stressful. From the beginning to move-in, we could not have had a better experience. Jimmy helped us plan it and Taylor made our dream come true! We had concerns because we were living in Savannah and could not monitor how the home was coming along. Taylor assured me that he would build me what was planned. He offered to call me each week and update me on the progress and he did! Every week he (or he & Jimmy) would call and send pictures to my phone. Who does that? Even after we have moved in, he has checked on us and offered assistance with any questions. I could not have had a better experience.

My builder Garrett made all the difference in my Pulte experience. When the sales team dropped the ball, he stepped in to make sure my house experience met my expectations. Even after moving into my house, Garrett made sure to answer my calls and make things right. He is still answering my calls to make sure my house is perfect. This is what buyers want from a builder. Someone they can trust, even after the closing date.
