Pulte employees David, William, Tina, and Mark all made the home buying experience as best as it could be given the limits and options put on the build by corporate. If I could give 15 stars for David and William, I would.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of workmanship. Told by two home appraiser do not buy, but we have you the benefit of the doubt. Lots of things to be corrected.

We absolutely love our new home. Our house is such good quality and so beautiful. We’re really thankful to our Pulte builder Phil for how he went absolutely above and beyond, noticing even more details than we did. We’ve lived here for almost two months now and are thrilled with our decision to build a new home with Pulte.

I appreciated the reliability of the builder and crew effectively managing the build timeline. That along with weekly updates was helpful in knowing what to expect. My questions or concerns were addressed quickly. Now that I'm settled in, I can more fully appreciate the building process and all the coordination it took to build a new home--and now enjoy the end product.

Pulte has a very streamlined process for buying and building a new home. I believe my home is high quality and love my model. The team is very easy to work with and responsive to any issues.

The house looks good and it is beautiful. I just wish they would take the time to finish things right. Some walls are smooth, others aren’t. Minor details are missing here and there and it takes a while for them to get fixed. Were it not for those things, it would be five stars all around. The employees must be overwhelmed. So, either Pulte should slow down and focus on quality, or higher more people.

The person who manage the building here was very nice until I signed his review which he begged me to give him all 10. He told me that after the move in if I need help touch up walls etc because furniture hits the walls etc. and I’ve called him four times and still nothing done. He told me im not going anywhere if you need my help well I haven’t seen him since. Im very disappointed in the situation and so are my neighbors. Im also very disappointed with the HOA taking a long time for my fence request while other homes are not even going through them and just putting their fences up. It’s very disappointing im trying to do it the right way. They act like they pay my mortgage. I wish I hadn’t moved here. ... More

Throughout the build, the construction manager was excellent with communicating the construction status and any delays due to rain, etc. since I was not in the area during the build. Bi-weekly emails and updates were very informative and included photos which were very exciting to see. The walkthrough the day of close of escrow was thorough and highlighted issues that had been fixed since the previous walkthrough. I really enjoyed working with the construction manager through the build process as he was very responsive prior to escrow closing. That said, however, once I had the keys and surfaced any issues to him, response time seemed much slower. I felt like I had become a lower priority than the homes that were still being built. I wasn't expecting an immediate fix to anything, but a quick text acknowledging "I got your message" would have been easy to do. The slower response time seems to be especially true for the 30-day warranty items (protruding nails, a door that doesn't latch, damaged flooring, etc.) that I submitted. I am still awaiting follow-up and scheduling of repairs from the initial walkthrough as well as a warranty item walkthrough done three weeks ago. Potential buyers should try to be onsite as often as possible (or have a local spokesperson checking regularly on the build) so that any issues that come up can be addressed right away. ... More

Townhome is designed very nicely, there is no waste of space to long hallways.

The builder put the time and money into running Cat 6 cable to every bedroom tv but not to the built in office...only a PC can take advantage of Cat 6 speeds. Also, the backdoor opens into the dining room table so that they can save a few bucks on the door type. The builder ran the AC with a missing filter because he didn't know it needed 2 filters. Another dumb problem is that the house roof drains right down a steep hill causing obvious erosion issues. The other common problem in the neighborhood is that the builder doesn't know to set garage door openers away from sunlight...so openers only work at night if the house happens to face the sun. The AC system in my house also didn't have sufficient refrigerant gas causing high humidity which will lead to mold if unresolved. They also cut corners in not painting the garage. ... More

Builder has so far has supported me promptly. Blou and Parisa were very kind and helpful, I really enjoyed working with them.

My experience from the initial call throughout the entire process was seemless. I had my own realtor who was amazing in bridging any gaps in knowledge. Jessica, Wendy, Dale were my main point of contacts and they were all amazing and very responsive. Even after closing Dale still assisted with my inquires (going above abs beyond). I definitely am happy with my home and the work everyone put in.

Ron was GREAT - very down to earth, honest, kept us informed. We were in good hands throughout the whole process.

Was a great experience purchasing a home from Pulte. From selection to watching the home come together was great. Communication from the builder was reassuring and the build quality was excellent! I love my Pulte home

Van was knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and friendly.

The home is great, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. 2nd floor landing is a good size and the open floor concept and high ceilings makes the home feel spacious.

I moved into my home in July 2023. I love the house. Only issue is that alot of things were not completed prior to closing that was written in the inspection notes. Having these issues fixed after closing as been a nightmare.

Overall, I am happy with the quality of the house. However, the customer service of the builder is very very low. They will promise you the world to get you to buy the house and to have you to write a good review, but will drop contact and won't address anything they should have fixed once it is done.

We wanted a fast track closing - Pulte Homes delivered that - the home we purchased was already built - there were no items to choose from or discuss with the sales agent or builder - we think that because we were not involved from the beginning, some of the items we have discovered leading up to and immediately POST closing are items that would have been addressed early on in the process - now we are just handling through the warranty/customer care process instead of the build process - some of the items are frustrating (like loose outlets/missing screws/stuck doors) - others are simply an annoyance (inability to register HVAC unit) - overall, the people with all the different divisions of Pulte have been willing to assist and make things work - "do the right thing" is a core value and our experience is that they do live out that value ...
