Build manager Matt was awesome, really made our experience great. We’ve built before and he is by far the best we’ve encountered. House is solid.

HVAC is always having problems. I’ve lived here for a month and it’s been fixed twice.

Love my house and although a good journey, there bumps, unsettling surprises, delays, headaches and things that could have gone and could have been done better.

The manager on the construction site ,"Bloue" solves customer problems at early stages. Is very cooperative in sharing information with other partner. He consistently exceeds performance expectations. He displays a strong personal commitment to successfully completing all projects.

The real estate agent along with the materials given to me summarizing approximate closing dates were deceptive and incorrect. Also, I had done my final inspection ahead of time and someone had come in and kicked a whole in the bathroom wall under sink.

Have everything in writing that is promised before signing any agreement. Once you sign everybody acts like they have amnesia. The overall home is good for there price point I feel like they can put more into workmanship we had a lot of sheet rock imperfections half million dollar home you would think you would get a level 5 finish not the case. They sprayed cheap flat paint throughout the whole house ceiling and walls and they don’t paint the garage. Our kids bedrooms are hot because they are over the garage thermostat can be on 73 and rooms are 81 again half million dollar home you would think they would put returns in every room especially rooms over the garage which is non insulated. Happy to say they are coming back to fix the issue but felt it was a bit much the lengths I had to go through to prove what was going on. Overall we are happy with the home but the sales process should definitely have an over hall and ethics training and people held accountable and attention to detail on workmanship. ... More

Pulte is a normal builder with average build quality.

Overall we had a good experience with Pulte Homes. The sales process was average but the build process was great. Our Construction Manager Phil did a great job providing us updates weekly and answered all of our questions quickly. That said, the responsiveness after we closed and moved in to issues we didn't during final walkthrough has been slow and at times, frustrating. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this team from Everton Creekside in Peachtree City to friends and family.

Once I bought the home and moved in we feel like we live a nice Resort Community!!… great pool house and well kept so far

I must start off by staying my home had over a year worth of delays which significantly changed how much this home will cost me over the life of the loan due to interest rate changes during that time. The required deposit was $60k which made it very hard to back out of the deal. The contracted painters were the worst. My 7 and 10 year old nephews could have done a better job. The painters caused a lot of my repairs needed. I had the wrong colors on the walls, work was so sloppy it required 5 revisions of painting the main walls over. Black stain on my white oak hardwood which cause new floors to be ordered. I still have banisters that need black stain and poly. I have owned my house now a month. I still have paint spray over on my navy cabinets that are needing to be cleaned. I had cabinets replaced due to paint on them. Oh the worst is when the white brick on the front of my home had brown paint splashed on the front as if someone chucked brown paint out the top windows. Took 4 weeks after closing to get bricks replaced. Construction managers Van and later CJ are great communicators and tried their best to do the right thing and keep my meltdowns to a minimum. CJ went above and beyond trying to ensure Pulte reputation stayed in tact. I do not have fiber unground yet, no ability to get any internet so I cannot move in yet due to me working from home. So I am paying for a place I cannot live in yet. My 4floor AC stop working before closing and no one told me. Ben the Warrenty manager talked me off the ledge and really came to the rescue on that. I think a series of an awful lot of small issues that took weeks of followup, crying, meltdowns and time out of my life has me second guessing whatever I might find in the future. The house was delayed for months. It took 1 year a two months to complete. It sat in framing with mechanicals in for 9 months. Pulte is simply a company relying on its founders good name and reputation. The regional construction executives have no idea that the day to day operations and execution is being completed by unskilled day laborers with one English speaking leader whose idea of excellence in construction is based on their home country’s standards which is mostly sub par. I will not build with Pulte again. The aggravation of waiting so long and finally having a product delivered that you can not sign off on for closing has spoiled the building experience for me. I bought a quick move in home that was already half way completed when I got it. It took two months for the builder to complete the home and during that process I did not receive much updates on the progress. The day of closing they were still trying to rush finishing the home and installing things like windows or doors. I identified several issues in quality and poor workmanship in the the finishers, paint, materials. I pointed it out the builder whose promised to fix everything within 30 days, and since then it has been 2 months and I never heard from the construction manager again and they transferred all responsibility to the warranty team. Paint inside the home is cracking in several areas, doors are not aligned, floor is cracking, landscaping wasn’t done and looks very abandoned, etc. I am not happy with the quality of the home and do not believe I received the value I paid for. ... I cannot express what an awful home buying experience and lack of workmanship and quality. Would not recommend.

This my third new home. I was told this is a great builder with quality homes. DON’T YOU BELIEVE THEM. I tried to get my $15,000 dollars back and move on, but no, they told me even though we said we will have your house ready but did not, we normally don’t do this but pick another house. Out of all the homes I have bought from different builders, this one gets a ZERO. The sales person, sucks, the builder, the worst and the house , equally bad. The wood floor is chipping, the microwave you have to keep slamming the door to get it to start. When you flush the toilet beware you will see it again. The window frame on the side of the house is cracked and the installation inside the window is showing. Hmmm, this is what you get for one half a million dollars. Oh wait, did I mention the builder refused to come and pickup all the paint they stored in the garage for all the other lots, I had to load it in my truck and drop it off at their trailer. You must be laughing by now, while I am crying. If I could roll back the hands of time, I would have rolled past this builder. I am still waiting for service. Our CM, David, was amazing. He always contacted us or got back to us, addressed every small or big concern we had in every step of the build. He would not let us close unless we were happy with the results. A couple fibs on the sales team side, but wasnt a deal breaker.

Do not trust on them and get all issues fixed before closing.

Issue with landscaping, issue with the paint job, not properly inspected by the property construction manager. not even a month after closing so many issues. not sure how many issues are going to arise in the next year.
