Amazing experience with everyone I interacted with, from the front office to project managers, loan officers, etc. However, at this price point, (over 600k), I had certain expectations for a home. Some of the standard/builder grade options were the same/less than my first new build (approximately 20 years ago). For example, I had a better shower/tub in my apartment than the stand tub/shower combo in my over half a million dollar home. In addition, some things just felt rushed. Builder was great. The problem is with the warranty claims after the closing. It is taking forever to get a response and have the issues fixed.

We had a water leak in the office room downstairs. We put in a warranty claim. The initial response was very fast which we appreciated it. The leak was fixed and stopped quickly. However, we’ve been waiting for more than a month for the drywall and the carpet that were damaged to be fixed. This should not take this long. My wife works from home and uses this office for work. We are having a very bad experience with the warranty issues to be completed in a timely manner. It is very disappointing.

My name is Kushal. Response for issues is terrible. My cabinets are coming off by itself. Sent email and called them no response. Cabinets are not included in warranty. People who worked on my cabinets did a very bad job, there are lot off issues with my cabinets.

My home construction manager quit in the home stretch. The manager that picked up our home did a great job; however, things agreed to with previous manager that was IMPORTANT to us became null and void.

I am not sure if the correct title is site manager, but he seems to be the one everyone asks questions of at the site. That one person cannot be everywhere and counts on those who work at the site to do their best. Some of the people who work on the homes are very sloppy, I.e., touch up paint dropped on the floor, cleaning was marginal and legal firm's notification of closing delay done on day of closing was disappointing. Do we like the house - yes. Are we glad we bought - yes.

The whole experience from the Sales Team, Design Center, Pulte Mortgage and Construction was stressful and horrible. First, the Sales Team did not make clear or explain in detail the different options offered which left me making some less than favorable choices. At the time, I didn't know what questions to ask so I made the decisions based on what I thought I understood. Second, at the Design Center I felt rushed and had to make decisions quickly or start to get charged for extra time. This was my second new build home. My first was with a different builder and the experience with my previous builder went so smoothly I regretfully assumed the process would be relatively good with any new build. I was wrong. I am so disappointed in my Pulte home. I feel like I was scammed into accepting poor craftsmanship. I bought this home less than two months ago and already want to put it back on the market to get rid of it. All they do is cut corners with their houses then promise an exhaustive warranty. I rather not deal with issues and cheap materials in the first place.

We are 45 days post closing with still a lot of tickets in progress. With the rate of turnover at Pulte it makes it hard to get our stuff completed and communication is horrible. It's been a lot of talk.

Sales pitch was excellent but after that all that we saw was 1. Poor quality of workmanship 2. Don't care attitude from construction teams and sales team 3. Terrible experience working with Pulte Mortgage (Lied saying they would match the rate but ate up the time for the rate to go up) 4. Did not even care to fix all the issues reported before closing 5. Quality of the construction work is very poor. The house was not built at the luxury home standards. There was mess up in flooring, they dig the concrete in kitchen which left a lot of dust on all appliances and backsplash in kitchen. Painting work is very bad. I don't recommend Pulte homes.

Joe is a great project manager. He is there for you in any way he can help. He worked hard to get my house to close before year end. During the walk thru he took immediate action in getting everything completed so we could close. Sherri, Sales Rep, was also great.. She was quick to respond and help me in whatever I needed. Very upbeat, and made me feel that my needs were very important to her.

Due to lack of communication between our construction manager and the closing department, our closing date was pushed back twice (both time super last minute). The quality of the house is super lacking in the workmanship and quality. Baseboards are crooked, door casings are noticeably crooked, experts who came to measure our windows for blinds mentioned that our windows were some of the least uniform and straight ones they’ve ever measure, and closet doors won’t close. I was surprised at the amount of obvious flaws and poor craftsmanship that we had to continuously point out for repair prior to closing. Bring a level and magnifying glass when doing routine walks or you’ll be stuck with shorty work.

The Houses are beautiful just little details like the doors or the paint or the delay on some things like I been leaving in my house for almost 3 months and I am still waiting on some tile for one of my kitchen wall or my stove it has not been replaced yet with the original I mean I love my house its just little details
