The entire Pulte team has been awesome to work with. They made the entire process easy to navigate including sending automatic quotes for mortgage and insurance. The whole team has been great in meeting any requests or concerns I have had.

The customer service rep were very responsive.

The sales agent and site manager were great! There were a few things that kept getting over looked as far as workmanship goes, but overall we are satisfied.

Jake was very responsive to all our needs.He addressed all of our issues.We are new to the area and Sherri answered everyone of our questions about our new home,the country we live in and everything in between.Both Jake and Sherri went above and beyond are expectations.

I am very pleased with the Everton subdivision. The workmanship of the home is exceptional. The responsiveness of the team is second to none.

Basic construction very good, however, attention to detail and finish work needs attention.

We had several quality build meetings with Jake. He was always able to answer our questions and explain the process. He did a great job of reaching out to us weekly and letting us know what was going on.

We relocated from another state to GA. We purchased the model home so we didn't have to pick out any materials etc. The purchase was conducted online and over the phone because of COVID and was a smooth process. Just lots of paperwork that normally comes with the purchase of a new home. We love the model because it has many, many upgrades not available in the other homes and it was mostly ready to go. It is beautiful and any repairs or problems have been addressed very quickly. We had a bit of a snafu with our move in date but could be blamed on COVID and a delay in getting a city permit to reconstruct the model home office back into a garage and a driveway had to be poured. Our construction customer service person is extremely friendly and responsive. We are now in month 3 of living in our new home and there are still some items on our 30 day list that need to be addressed, however, I feel confident that they will be fixed to the best of their ability. ... Great house. Very responsive to issues. We bought the base-model house, but still strange that none of the rooms came with ceiling fans/overhead lights.

This is the third home that I have had built. I was a little skeptical about building with Pulte, but their customer service was exceptional. they called on a regular bases letting me know where they were in the process. Now that I am in my new home, they have responded to every issue. Everything has been minor. I love my new home. It is everything I expected.

Great shopping experience, it was not difficult to find a home design that really worked for us. Of course I would have picked every upgrade available, if we didn’t have a budget! Construction process was smooth - even though we are new to the experience (and have heard horror stories about other builders). All is great, and we made this house our home. Excellent experience.

The quality of the structure is ok. Would have been better if there were amenities as well. l building quality is ok.

The Houses are beautiful just little details like the doors or the paint or the delay on some things like I been leaving in my house for almost 3 months and I am still waiting on some tile for one of my kitchen wall or my stove it has not been replaced yet with the original I mean I love my house its just little details

Our project manager was great. He kept us updated weekly with updates to our home through the construction process. The sales agent we first initially dealt with was very friendly and professional. Everyone worked really hard to make sure we were happy at closing. A little sloppy with the paint as overspray on window sill areas and floor. Mismatched door going to our garage compared to the rest of the house. AC not cooling a room and took 1 week to get response from someone after submitting a ticket (still pending resolution). Landscapers ran out of grass and can tell where they laid the 2nd portion as much fuller. I wish they would pretreat the soil as I have been picking weeds daily ... More

Not responding to the issues after closing.

My GC Craig was the best , he kept us on the loop. He took care of all of our worries. We had confidence in Craig and in Stewart in the office also.

Builders are great , Pulte mortgage was terrible and almost made us lose our new home, had switch lenders and they were able to close us in one week, while Pulte mortgage had us in underwriting for over a month with no updates .

Easy to receive information about anything.

I wish there was someone who did follow up calls.
