Had a great experience working with the team at Pulte Homes. Our construction manager, Jerry, was the BEST! We lived over 1,000 miles from our building site so were not able to check on things as frequently as we would have liked, but Jerry was very conscientious and made sure that everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Jose, Jerry's assistant, has been wonderful to work with also - quick to respond to questions and needs, always has a smile and trustworthy. The reason for only 4 stars in Trustworthiness was due to our original sales agent who is no longer with the company. My construction manager in particular made this experience a breeze so far. Our inspector said he’s never seen such a well built new build. Not all have the same experience in this neighborhood but Zach really stepped it up. He’s been extremely responsive and a “yes” man!

I really enjoyed working with Kristina and Zach. The price is a bit higher but that comes with the quality. Only real issue I had was with the lack of driveway space, even with the driveway upgrade, it is not much room due to how close the houses are built next to each other.

Overall the experience was as pleasant as building a house and moving can be.

It took us a while to select a perfect lot for our new home. We didn’t want a large yard but a small yard with a larger home which we pick the Continental model. We selected many upgrades to make this our perfect home. The quality of the home is extremely beautiful with minor flaws we address to Pulte Homes. Overall, we are happy with our home purchase and I would recommend Pulte Homes to new buyers.

Key to our satisfaction can be attributed to the current Construction Supervisor Jerry Little. With 25 years of home building experience and special relationships with his subcontractors Jerry delivered a home with above average build quality and two months ahead of promised delivery date. His follow-up and communication were awesome.

We love our new home. Any issues that came up, our customer care manager, Steve W. was wonderul to work with.

The entire Pulte team is organized and responsive.

The process was was seamless from viewing the property to closing. Zac was great with keeping me informed on the progress of my home. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.

Excellent experience overall. Of course, nothing is ever perfect, and a small handful of issues popped up along the way, as anyone would expect. However, what set Pulte apart from others is their responsiveness to issues and determination to right any issues and address all concerns we had, at every stage of the process. No better example of this than our excellent construction manager Brandon. We’re very satisfied with our home and would certainly make the same purchase decision again!

Steven Wood was a Great construction manager from start to finish! He was in constant communication and quickly addressed any issues. We built the home remotely from Michigan but we’re confident in Steve’s oversight of our home build.

Very good experience from home research through the final build out. One stop shop from the lot, mortgage, insurance, design, construction, and closing of the loan. All phases of the project superintendent was key to making it all come together, very invested, experienced, and hands on getting the quality construction completed on time with excellent quality control. Post takeover any warranty issues were handled promptly and efficiently.

It was a pleasure working with the Pulte team on the construction of my house. Steve was a fantastic Project Manager - knowledgeable, passionate, available and communicative. Pulte has a first-rate, standardized approach that yields a quality product that was delivered on budget and 30 days ahead of schedule. I would recommend Pulte to both family and friends.

Pulte has a very good process, and is responsive to issues. They do exclusively use contractors for the various steps of the construction process. That can be both good and bad. I don't know if they keep a very high retainage in order to remedy issues and assure quality control.

From the very beginning of the process, and still ongoing 2 months after closing, the Pulte team has been only a phone call away. The team has offered and provided support at every turn. Even prior to closing I was receiving updates, checklists and contact rosters for any contingency. When I have had to reach out for answers or problem solving I have received a response within hours or just a few days. The Pulte team has gone way over expectations in providing me with the channels and contacts to solve any issue. These contacts are not just departments or 800 numbers, they are specific NAMES of people who solve particular problems. I certainly don’t feel like I have been abandoned after the sale. Construction manager consistently kept us in touch during the building process. Provided pictures which were helpful being out of state. Any touch ups after we closed were addressed in reasonable time.

Pulte Homes employees were fantastic through our building process and continue to be responsive with the minor issues we’ve had after moving in. No house is perfect but we are very pleased with our Pulte home!

John S and Konrad B are great Superintendents! The garage is too small - needs to be wider and deeper. Pulte also dropped the ball big time - major mistake by building and selling a "Smart Home" wired with Cat 6 cable with no internet in the neighborhood, Still waiting on Comcast to come today (8-7-19) and we moved in 6-28-19.

We absolutely love our new home and living in Waterways, but as we actually live in the house, we are definitely noticing a lack of quality management in the build process. From walls not being painted very well, to cracks in moldings and trim work not being cleaned up properly and repainted. After one month, we have has three cabinets replaced and part of our island repainted. All of these issues are minor, but the construction manager acts like we are being picky when we highlight some of the things that he should have caught prior to closing. I do feel that for the price that you pay for these houses, the attention to detail and pride of construction should match what is being sold to you. Unfortunately, every time we have asked for something to be fixed, we are treated like we are being a nuisance, rather than a concerned customer. If we were not trying to get moved in when we did, I would have preferred to push back the closing date to ensure things were done properly, before moving in. ... More

I was visiting the sales office for a long scheduled appointment. My presence was totally expected at that time. Pulte Management decided that this would also be a good time to terminate the sales rep I was working with. This individual was understandably very upset and told me that my complaints about his performance caused him to lose his job. Whether that was true or not, it wasn't, he should not have been terminated at a sales office with customers present. I still have PTSD about it, seriously. He has a wife and small child to support.
