Building process went very smooth. Would have been a better process if the sales associate was a little more knowledged on their homes.

Home quality is good but selling process can improve.

Very smooth throughout the process! I was a quick move - in and Pulte homes did well to help me through the mortgage process and closing.

Pulte staff are well trained to provide their future owners a comprehensive process from sales to closing the deal.

The buying experience with Pulte on a new home was much better than I expected. Compared with buying an existing home on resale it was much more pleasant.

We are happy with our Pulte home, but there are issues, as there are with most builders. They were on schedule with all the timelines they gave us from the beginning. We liked our sales person Kristen. Ultimately the finishing touches were the only disappointment upon moving in. Floors are not all level, and the vinyl plank floors are rather squeaky because of this. Even some carpeted areas have high points for no apparent reason. Their “canned lights” look to be done in the cheapest possible way. A smaller hole in the ceiling, with a larger and less attractive light overplaying the smaller opening. Some fit and finish issues with doors and paint as well. The neighborhood and lots are great. Overall everything in the house works, and we’re happy with how things turned out. Would just be happier if those smaller fit and finish items were no there, and their warranty policy only allows them to come out one time in that first year to deal with these things, so we’ll be living with them for a while. ... Process has been great so far with purchasing and construction. Some of the material quality provided is not so great.

Some items needed attending/repairs before closing. Already have nail pops in ceiling. Sloppy painting job.

Transparent and clean buying process. Superb help and responsiveness, very helpful and truthful. Extremely trustworthy. Superb quality of construction and the best part…. The team and the people. They were the best… everyone of them.

Upon arriving with 2 (two) trucks from Florida (2 days) driving with household items were we informed that the closing was delayed and that we had to wait till electrical power was connected to our Townhome. Highly unprofessional and a hardship upon the owner and kids. We had to stay in a hotel and later on in a rental home. The problems we endured unloading and packing our goods in other trucks and stores again were the worst experiences ever for a new Pulte home buyer.

We are happy with the way our new home turned out. Everything looks better than expected. Although there were times we felt communication could have been better, it was an overall great experience and our Pulte team (Brandon and Jesse) were very responsive to our questions or needs.

Pulte has been very professional, they are great to work with. Explain every step of new home buying process well. Love my new home!

Jesse is very pleasant to deal with and super responsive. He follows through and addresses issues promptly. We really like working with him.

Good Experience with Pulte homes

To be honest, I exected more issuses to come up with our new home. I'm happy to say only minor things have happended so far. All of which, were handled swiftly. Nothing man made is perfect, but should be repaired without issue and we have found that with our new Pulte Home.

Construction Manager was great. The workmanship is ok. In a year I’ll know more.

From sales to closing, we have had a positive experience

Our experience has been a mixed bag. Pulte has been pretty good with rectifying issues with our service calls etc. But there have been lot of quality issues we have been needing to address. As long as expectations are tempered and you are patient in the overall process things will get done. Our construct has been a great resource for us throughout the process.

Be sure and review everything carefully. I caught the sales rep with errors particularly with change orders. At one point she asked me to select different cabinets because I changed to built in appliances which I never did. When I received the final closing documents price did not match my final change order. I believe sales rep forgot to submit the last change order. Beware of Procom Pulte's partner for smart home features. Very deceptive practices in order to make more sales after close. Thought I was getting a "system" when all I was getting were speakers. Only allowed in home 1 time during build process ask for more so you can see quality. Ended up with scratches in tub which Pulte stated was not covered under warranty. ... More

I am very happy with my purchase of a Pulte home. The sales rep & construction managers were great to work dueing the process.

During the buying process, Pulte has been keep me well informed about the progress so I can get everything prepared ahead of the time. Buying house is a very stressful process , especially if you also have to sell your existing house. It takes a lot of carefully planning. Pulte delivered the house on time, even though there's still couple times not done by the time we moved in, but that all been taken care of within couple weeks. In terms of build quality, overall I would said it's very good, there's always some minor issues. But that's true regardless if you buying a condo or a mansion. Pulte didn't deliver everything perfectly (doubt anybody could), but if you keep your expectation within reasonable range, you will be a very happy home owner. ... More

The house is very nice at a reasonable price.

Britta was great on the front end patiently going through many options on many models. Matt and Meagan were very professional and responsive as we neared the end of the build. Pulte is slow to address service requests after closing.
