Well designed functional homes.

Our new construction home buying experience was awesome. From beginning to end, we always felt as if we were the only customers Pulte was working with. Communication from everyone on the sales team, field team, to the actual closing, was pleasant. There was always someone available to us through every single phase of the process. We absolutely love our new home and had a great experience with Pulte.

My experience with the construction team stands out - nothing short of exceptional

Been in the home almost 2 months and I have reported several items that need fixed like shower doors with no bottom tract , dented bathroom door, cracked cabinet, cracked window, grout seems showing in kitchen granite etc . to name a few. No one has showed up to fix anything.

Overall, we do love our home. It's a beautifully designed home and the perfect space for our lives. Generally speaking, the workmanship is okay. You can tell there some things that were quickly done with little attention to detail. But compared to what I have heard/seen elsewhere, I don't think it's truly that awful. The nature of the pandemic has affected our home coming together and getting our appliances worked out has been messy, but I feel our construction manager has done the best he could given the circumstances.

If they used a higher quality of materials, I think they would have less repair issues.

Overall it was nice experience getting a new home, but I was expecting a better quality in terms of workmanship specially the issues of HVAC and vent could have been taken care by Pulte quality inspector itself. Good part is they addressed all issues and concerns before the closing

Process was smooth from first visit to closure, despite the pandemic. The build is of good quality as expected. Pulte team was very knowledgable and friendly.

My community was built with many restrictions on choice of materials and amenities so the builder could take advantage of economies of scale. It’s good for the builder but a bit disappointing to the buyer. Otherwise all went well for me.

Both Sales Agent and Field Manager were very responsive to questions and concerns. Calls were returned promptly and property was available when I needed access to meet with decorators. The field manager was amazing to work with; he kept his word and delivered on his promise. He seemed to care about the Pulte name and brand; ensured that constructions and inspections issues were addressed satisfactorily; and permits and certificate of occupancy documents were in order prior to closing. Workmanship, on the other hand, was lacking. As an example, owners are admonished to have a whole house humidifier. Yet none of the prep work was done for the installation. So, it will be more costly, time consuming and inconvenient to install one. Manufacturer's grade products are likely not the best. My furnace is so loud, I feel like I'm sleeping under the motor of a running train in Grand Central Station. I could go on ad nauseum with complaints. Very happy with our new home!

Overall I had a great experience with Pulte. The team did a great job to ensure I was informed throughout the build process, took time to ensure I understood how my home worked and were honest with how things were coming along with the home. They were quick to answer, address and fix any concerns I had with the home as we went through inspections which was a huge plus and ensured I was satisfied with the home.

They say what they will do and they do what they say! Can't get better than that!

Pulte professionals were great to deal with during the entire process. They thoroughly explained what to expect from the day we visited the 1st model and made the commitment to purchase. We are very satisfied with our new home.

There was great communication between the sales office and me but their seemed to be a lack of communication elsewhere. There were a few instances where I was told one thing and it was wrong or for some reason it had to be changed. I wished I was aware of those changes before they were put in place. For instance in the design center, I was showed the cabinet garbage holder and was told that’s the one I would get and I got a cheaper version instead. There was also the instance of the whole process of getting an offer accepted and not being able to actually see the lots before the offers had to be put in and signed. This was also with having a limit on the sales appointment. I was mailed the contract very early in the morning and had to sign it before 12pm the same day. ... More

Buying this home was a roller coaster initially due to heavy demand for the Wagner Farms community. While the price was steep, the rest of the experience with the Sales team, Field Managers and Customer Care was awesome. Given the crazy demand for homes during this year, it has been a great experience overall.

The quality of the materials is low, workmanship is terrible, tiles are not arranged properly, so there is a pond in the shower. The other tiles are not arranged properly and when i pointed out to the superintendent he said they cant do anything about it. The vinyl floor is cracking, the stairs are starting to be uneven, the kitchen cabinets got here with cracked parts and its been 2months after the closing but they don't have an update for them. They said the painting will be in 3 coats, but there seems to be only one, with the lowest quality of paint, several spots have been pointed out on the walk through that need to be repainter because we can see the drywall mud, some of them have been covered but some of them not…. Excited about our new home

Pulte was great to work with during the construction process. We were notified of each phase of construction and response time for questions was very good. I can’t say the same for issues after closing on my home. The response time is much slower, requires multiple attempts (takes several weeks). There were also a few surprises which were not told to us during the buying process. The home quality appears to be okay. There could have been more care taken in leaving the outside of the home cleaner, eg. cement splatter, pieces of siding and nails. The Design Center experience was fun, many options to choose from.
