We had a great experience from the sales team, through the construction team. Peter was very helpful and we found him always available to answer questions and helpful in our decision making. Bryan was also great to work with as he was incredibly helpful, informative, and responsive.

Happy with the overall experience from initial showing to closing. Pulte understood my out of state situation and allowed me to close in my home state of NV. Communication has always been positive up to and including today. I would highly recommend Homes to anyone looking for a quality project.

After living the the same house for 56 years, this was my first experience buying a new house. Amy and Dylan made the experience easy and they were responsive to all questions no matter how inane as was everyone working for Pulte. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

I was pleased that Pulte could accommodate the closing a few days earlier. They went through the whole process a few times with us, and were very accurate

The building took as long as they said it would everything was explained to me on my walk though about the house Its a beautiful house and I am very happy here

We happened to stop by just as a deal fell through. We were able to get a finished home. We weren't able to pick anything about the house, but it fit most of our criteria. Brandon was very honest and never pressured us. Jesse was exceptionally helpful. He taught us how EVERYTHING in our house worked. We just wished we would have had some input as to when our lawn was put in--instead of rushing to get it in before the watering ban for the summer hit.

We recently purchased and closed in on our home at Sawgrass. The entire process from identifying the lot, applying, bidding, signing purchase agreement to design options and changes during the process was straightforward and helpful sales staff made it easy. Lori as our sales consultant was great throughout. The time from signing purchase agreement to closing, did go very smoothly and they were able to meet the timeline promised. Overall great experience , hence we are repeat buyers. This time closing was a bit of hassle due to system/ people lapses but rectified. Seasonal items took lot of time and with no/ less intimation of timelines. Some basic things like sod for lawn in backyard, latest appliances is a must for the price paid for the home- which was a disappointment. We had this is our previous home which was 25% lower in price

People say don't buy a new home in todays' market. Buy old if anything and renovate...new homes today are more expensive than ever before, and they are not built with the same quality, materials, workmanship, and integrity that they were years ago. I am here to say, while all of that holds a fractional amount of truth, Pulte really did their best in trying to uphold those values. We are happy with our final product - our new home. Today they incorporate more energy efficient and "green" aspects into building and for that we are thankful. I think certain aspects in new homes today are built even better then yesteryear. The main thing I want to say here is that many people worked their tails off in building our new home and above anything we appreciate those people. We love the home so far!

We had been looking near Northbrook Il but were disapointed with quality and quantity available. With Pulte Homes we found just what we were looking for and at a great price! Dylan and his crew did a great job and I have never seen so many smiling happy workers. A sure sign they are being treated well.

Kildeer Crossing is an awesome community in greater Chicago area. Proximity to great stores is making is one of the prime locations. I am highly impressed with Construction Manager Mr Garrison .. who takes pride in his work and navigate us with all the process in timely and humble manner. I would highly recommend Kildeer Crossings for new construction in Chicagoland.

We have had a great experience so far with out home! The only thing that has caused multiple problems for us are the windows. We received a cracked window and had to wait several weeks for it to be replaced. Our basement window leaks when it rains. And the windows are not completely sealed which causes airs to get through on the sides. Pulte as a whole has done a great job but not sure who they are using for their windows.

Communication was great throughout the process. Multiple touch points to visit the home while under construction. The house was delivered on time.

From start to the end, we had a very good experience. Pulte home’s design team, architect team especially Eric- good guys to work with, very well focused. Pulte mortgage Ed and Laurie both are very helpful and good people, they know what they are doing. Ed is very kinda in all the manner. Pulte sales- I had a bit of issue with them, I believe one of the girl is not in the right job, she should be in collection business not in home sales.

The Construction Project Managers: Anthony, Brandon & Tyler, were very professional and responsive throughout our entire build experience. They readily answered our questions, resolved any concerns, and made sure our home met the Pulte expectations. We felt they went above our expectations and we value their commitment to customer satisfaction and a quality build experience.

From the Day we booked till the day of closing we had zero trouble . The entire Pulte team of highland woods were instrumental in the this entire process . We had a bad previous experience with Pulte so we were originally not considering Pulte at all this time. We decided to look at the models anyways and fell in love. The customer service was so great right from the beginning. We expressed our previous concerns with Pulte and they walked us through how those things would be addressed. We decided to go with them and it was a great experience from start to finish. Great communication through emails, texts, and calls. Letting us know the timelines for everything. Now we have an awesome house in an awesome neighborhood. The only things if we were nit-picking would be that the light switches are in weird places and the paint job is not that great. But we are going to paint our own colors anyways. Highly recommend Pulte, especially this group of Pulte associates in our community. ... More

The building experience was simple with all steps outlined. There was someone there to guide us throughout the year long process. Closing was very hectic and the dates were not very flexible, but it was overall a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the build quality and appearance of the home.

We love our house. It would be nice if you uses eggshell paint though.
