Great overall experience with Pulte

Overall it was nice experience getting a new home, but I was expecting a better quality in terms of workmanship specially the issues of HVAC and vent could have been taken care by Pulte quality inspector itself. Good part is they addressed all issues and concerns before the closing

Process was smooth from first visit to closure, despite the pandemic. The build is of good quality as expected. Pulte team was very knowledgable and friendly.

Overall good. Build fit and finish could be much better. Grass not properly cared for prior to closing.

Everyone was very responsive and the quality was great as well. The only issue is the house was not designed with the owner in mind. There are a lot of inconveniently located items that Pulte was unwilling to change prior to construction. These items severely limit space.

From the sale through the material selection process and through construction, everyone we dealt with at Pulte was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. No construction process is perfect, but the minor items (not issues) that came up were handled quickly and professionally. I am in the construction business and I am thoroughly impressed with the Pulte Team and the quality of our new home

This is the only new home I ever purchased so its hard to compare them to other builders. However I felt at ease with them and believe house is well built.

Over all great experience other than few mis communication regarding contract and what was included in contract, like simple things, only one garage door opener instead of two. Building a half million house and then leaving one garage as manual without telling or informing or giving it as an option. Over all still I would say 5/5 in almost every department. More so due to interaction with Nick, he has been great help. He is straightforward and very helpful at same time. Its because of him that over all experience for me has been the best.

From start to finish, our experience building with Pulte Homes has exceeded our expectations. Karen, our sales consultant, is a dream to work with! Sweet, attentive and so responsive. We stalked our home regularly, and really got to know the crew. They worked so hard, and took great pride in building our home. Our site managers, Brandon & Anthony, kept us looped in - and excited - each step of the way. We love the flow of our Riverton model, especially the ability to convert the large dining room to a roomy 1st Floor bedroom in the future - without losing garage space or the office! We love that the Owner’s Suite is tucked away from the loft & other bedrooms. My advice to those who haven’t built new construction before: ask for a complete list of options & upgrades before you lock in your structural choices! There are items you might not have considered: insulated garage & garage doors, upgraded garage door styles, oversized/taller exterior entry door. Many are structural and need to be selected early on, before flooring & counter tops. Visit models!!! Get ideas of cabinet colors & styles, and different floor plans. Mostly satisfied under the current prevailing conditions of Lock down. Coordinating nearby inter state move has been challenging. Couldn't move for 2 months after closing. A shout out to Lori [Sales Person] and Nick [Housing Manager] for their helpful guidance during entire process.

Just moved in 3 weeks ago, some issues came up but were addressed promptly. House looks more beautiful than envisioned.

We had an overall good experience purchasing our home with Pulte. Throughout the process, the availability of staff was amazing and they answered our many questions. We were pleased that Pulte provides/partners with multiple services such as mortgaging and insurance. It helped make the process smooth as all of those parties can then communicate with each other. They also offered very competitive pricing in our situation. Some feedback I would give to new home buyers, especially in new construction, would definitely be to know what you want in a home, and what options are available for homes. The base structure of the home is very simple, so adding on options is almost necessary. The realtor does not know every single possible option (since there are so many), so it is definitely helpful to know what you are looking for. They have a list of available options handy, but even then, there are some options available that you can see if they can accommodate. In some cases, at least for our situation, there were items that overlapped each other and I feel like there could have been instances where we paid for two separate things, but really having one of them, covered the other (this happened a lot in the smart home aspect). Also, after moving in, there are some things where I think "oh I should have got that." But it wasn't something that was mentioned as an option, so it was hard to know everything in the beginning. The process definitely moves very fast. The craftsmanship was very good. They definitely put up a lot of quality homes, so they know what they are doing. Obviously mistakes can happen, so its important to speak up as soon as you notice an issue. I would say that there are some items that still need fixing after closing, but once you close, I feel like the responsiveness and timeliness of getting these things done definitely slows down as they are already on to the next house. ... The process was so easy we were preparing for something to go wrong or get delayed. But we were pleasantly surprised when we closed earlier than expected. Highly recommend the Pulte Finance team too, they were awesome to work with and made it easy to understand our options.
