We really enjoyed our home building process with Pulte! We had to stay on top of getting the minor things fixed and prioritized along the way, but we are super happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend this community to others.

Everyone thru out the home buying process has been wonderful.

The buying from agent and interior designer was excellent. Not thrilled with pulte mortgage. Little details overlooked but big stuff was mostly right in the build itself. Garage walls not quite square (internal).

I worked with a very fantastic sames rep, Her customer service and engagement is top notch. However, I did not have an all pleasing experience with the loan application process and approval. Some of the documents requested are unnecessary and ridiculous to the extent of requesting the bank statement of someone that made a zelle payment of $40 into my account, saying they needed it to confirm if the amont left the senders account, isn't that ridiculous? I was very disappointed such document was requested because its an intrusion into another party's privacy, someone that has no business in the loan and house buying process. For the most part the workmanship and responsiveness to issues has been pretty good. Seems like the materials used could be a higher grade, like the mirrors, faucets and towel bars. Be sure to be careful as to what lot and model you and both of your neighbors choose. In Fishers at the Remington we have our neighbor with a large open covered patio on the northwest corner of their house and our master bedroom is on the southwest corner of our house. So any noise comes straight to our bedroom. Also, the top soil was removed before the houses were built so the yard is nothing but rocks of all sizes, concrete, metal and all kinds of building items. It is nearly impossible to get anything but weeds to grow along the side and back of the house. This was a farm previously so the soil should have been excellent. There was also a mix up on the water softener/reverse osmosis system. I take half the blame because I didn't notice it on the specs but no house should be built in Indiana and not have a water softener or at least the hookup for one. We wouldn't want a reverse osmosis system with a farmhouse sink. The cleaning crew could have done a much better job throughout the house. The floor guy had to come back out because of some spots in various places in the house. He ended up using acetone to remove them. I had to go around every inch of the carpet along the hard woods with a hammer and mash down the spikes. The house was not clean even after some items were noted previously, The landscapers turned off my irrigation setup twice when working on my yard and my neighbor's yard and never turned it back on causing the grass to brown. There was no orientation to where my mailbox is and the numbers and locations for the mailboxes are a extremely unorganized with no logical progressive format.

Tabitha in the beginning made my walkthrough efficient. Austin has made everything after signing easy. I’ve had a few issues, but were resolved within a week.

Pulte Homes has been very responsive to all of our concerns. The only complaint I have is our siding. Have asked for three weeks now to have someone look at a concern we have with some of our siding. Our warranty person has sent a few requests to the siding person but have not heard from them after three weeks. Everyone else has been quick to respond and contact us. This lack of communication on the contacts part for the siding is concerning for us.

Very satisfied with the quality build of our home. All issues we did find during our "celebration" were corrected before our closing date. Home was finished on time!

Overall, a good experience. House was done quickly, most issues addressed in timely manner. Pulte Mortgage process was cumbersome, took a long time. Some included features were dated and very basic, designed to make you feel the need to upgrade. But overall we have been mostly pleased and love our new home.

It was a Brilliant ideas

Pulte helped us create our dream home when we kept looking at houses others had lived in we had given up hope on finding anything that we would even remotely like. Then we had a consultation with Pulte and were amazed at what they offered and what they could do for us to give us our dream home!

Overall good, but can be better on communication and response on issies raised during construction. Build quality need to be improved on details. We are still waiting on unfinished things after closing for more than a month.

We enjoyed working with Pulte as they built our home. They were very responsive at the beginning, as we had one sales person for our community of ~40 homes. However, our sales person ended up leaving Pulte and there was a decent gap where questions were hard to get answered due to this. Otherwise the build process was actually very smooth and our house closed on time. We did have a list of items that still needed to be completed post-close. I highly recommend getting these done before you close on your home. It seemed like once we closed, the list of items to be completed were put on the backburner as they focused on other homes that weren't complete yet. We are still waiting on some items to be completed over a month after our closing (which is why I rated responsiveness a 3). But overall, I'd say we were satisfied with the end product and the people that we worked with! ... More

My main concern was water in the basement during construction. The grading was not fully finished until 1-2 wks before closing and water almost was accumulated in the basement after snow or rain. We raised our concern multiple times and got various excuses.

It was very slow to start but once the new construction Manager Andy came on things got a lot better. Andy did a great job communicating and meeting our needs. I have heard from others in my new community how Andy has made a huge difference in getting their homes completed.

We are so thrilled with the finished product of our new Pulte Home. We went with the Allison Floor Plan which is perfect for our family. It was a bumpy road getting through construction but now that we are in, the product is beautiful and we are so thrilled with the home and our neighborhood!

Great build, sometimes slow to respond on inquiries. Craftsmanship pretty good overall.

Process was smooth and issues handled well and timely.
