How easy and professional and prompt it was dealing with our building manager John S. He was always ready and willing to answer any questions or text we had.

We love our new home! I would recommend Pulte add color options for neighborhoods as that’s causing a huge issue with our large neighborhood. Also it would be great if you could adjust the height of toilet and towel holders for the adjustments people chooses with toilets and counters. It’s a common complaint! Thank you! Traci

Deciding to build our retirement home we toured many neighborhoods to not only choose a great location, but also helped us zero in on the builder choice. Seeing the quality of planning with Pulte neighborhoods, prompted us to stop at the model home to work through an initial home planning process with Matt at Blue Ridge Creek. From that moment on, we were "catered to" as new home builders, working through the many questions to be answered and decisions to be made. Then being introduced to Nick our Construction Manager, who initially walked us through the timetable and various decision timelines, and visually kept us updated on progress with weekly emails including pictures of our build process. This was exgtremely helpful since we were from out of town with only occasional visits to the site. The finalization and closing process with Aaron and the Pulte Mortgage group and closing team also went smoothly. In thinking of my experience buying my a brand new home with Pultie, I would definitely recommend them. I have gone through home buying and refinancing loans in the past, and this by far has been the smoothest experience thus far. Everything from touring the model home and submitting the purchase agreement with Jim, the loan approval process with Becca and Jennifer, choosing finishes in the design center with Abby, being able to see all the stages of building the home and questions answered by my build coordinator David, closing escrow with Adam, and post close questions / interactions with Amy all experiences were very smooth. As usual with a process like this there are always hiccups or questions, but the staff in each of these stages answered my questions or concerns. So, one thing to know is you are not buying a custom home, despite what you think is custom home pricing. This is tract building with all the limitations therein. Once you normalize on that fact, I can then assess the experience with Pulte. In my view, having bought several new homes from builders in different states, Pulte's process and standards are high in the industry. We really appreciated being able to enter the property as it was being built to see the progress, especially in finishing stages where you are measuring, bringing in contractors to do your own post-closing work, etc. Given the ability to do that, we were able to have contractors in the day after we closed to start work - we really appreciated that. As far as punch lists, they worked through then quickly and efficiently. Is all the work top notch with attention to smallest detail? No...but refer to my opening statement about that. In the end, they build a quality tract home that I am proud to own and believe will last beyond my years. ... More

I love my new home. They did a great job. I hate Pulte mortgage. I spent two and a half days finding, printing and scanning my financial documents, but that wasn't enough for them. They wanted another dozen documents. I gave up and paid cash.
