Fairly easy process. I've always heard that building a house was a nightmare. This was not my experience. Any issues that came up were addressed in a timely manner. Communication was clear.....it may take a day or two to hear back on something....but this crew is slammed busy so that didn't bother me. Finding a lot of cosmetic drywall issues now that I'm living in the house, but will get these handled at my 1 yr inspection. Other minor issues have been addressed in a timely manner. My advice is to visit often and inspect even more. Catch things as early as you can to avoid any major problems down the road. Fingers crossed that nothing MAJOR occurrs after my warranty is up. My sales person I worked with was GREAT. She went above and beyond to help me with issues that she normally would not be associated with. Can not say enough good things about Nicole. Mike was also nice to work with. He took care of several things I wanted done before closing. It was nice to have people that was willing to help me since I lived out of state during construction of my home.

Customer service was outstanding, as well as all the people at Pulte Mortgage.

When you are laying out the electrical outlet, you should request one outlet next to the fiber (internet source) to inside the house or you will need create one or use an extension cord.

They have been so helpful anytime I have a question with any maintenance.

Overall good experience with agent Jonathan and construction manager Nick. There should be a category for design of the home. Major issues with the downspouts location and not draining far enough from the house to prevent water settling under house. Buyer be aware. One downspout releases in the middle of the driveway. This horrible design and creates a dangerous ice patch in the winter and Pulte refuses to correct the issue. The other downspouts don't present the same danger but long-term concern is that a footer may settle after the 2 year warranty due to soil erosion and I'm stuck with a major repair that could have been corrected with a better design of downspouts. Pulte did add an extension that now has water draining across front walk way and im pretty sure this will create a second slip hazard. Just be aware that you will be responsible for paying for a solution that Pulte had a poor design on my Stellar model. This is also a known issue but Pulte will not pay for the solution. ... More

Pulte needs to raise their standards a bit. Trim work detail is very disappointing, fit and finish of some doors is not that great.

My Builder Representative in the office was AMAZING. The experience was WONDERFUL. I was kept informed as much as possible, and I felt like the rep took great care in making sure I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE. On the other hand, the person who was supposed to keep me notified on the progress of my house and the periodic inspections did the worst job I've ever experienced. I was not informed about any of the steps. I was forced to call the office to determine what progress was occurring. Finally, the landscaping leaves something to be desired. My yard had deep footprints in it where someone had walked across it, rocks and wood underneath the straw and netting, and nothing but WEEDS, WEEDS, WEEDS. I was truly turned off. ... More

I love my home, everyone was very nice and professional, my only issue is I have been in my home for almost two months and some things that were suppose to be done has not gotten done yet.

The contractors that built the home are careless and don’t consider the home is for the future homeowner and not for them. Nails and cigarette butts are strewn on the side of the driveway. Certain parts of the house is incomplete, and this is NOT due to supply issues. Very disappointing.

I face multiple problems. I call at helpline desk , email them , but still waiting let’s seee how it takes more

Honestly I just spent a month in the new home and all the stairway is cracking and I remembered I told the building manager about this during home walk. I hate the noise that came out of stairway whenever am going up and down the house.

Scott was very professional and helpful. He walked with me and explained many features of the house.

The building process ran into delays (Covid) that were frustrating but not necessarily Pulte’s fault. In the end, our construction manager, Jen, worked so hard to make sure things were done before we closed. She continues to work hard on some small issues that have come up after close and she is committed to making sure our house is perfect.

My garage floor, as I've learned, was poured quickly and worked just as quickly as it was drying too fast. The office staff that came out clearly had no idea about concrete other than what they learned in training class, but assured me it was normal for it to look as strange as it does. There are chips and small holes in it as well, but nobody followed up after they came out to placate me in person. Every thing that needs attention is at their discretion under the "Built to Last" slogan, meaning they'll decide what is or isn't under warranty at their discretion. We really enjoyed our home building process with Pulte! We had to stay on top of getting the minor things fixed and prioritized along the way, but we are super happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend this community to others.

Everyone thru out the home buying process has been wonderful.

The buying from agent and interior designer was excellent. Not thrilled with pulte mortgage. Little details overlooked but big stuff was mostly right in the build itself. Garage walls not quite square (internal).

I worked with a very fantastic sames rep, Her customer service and engagement is top notch. However, I did not have an all pleasing experience with the loan application process and approval. Some of the documents requested are unnecessary and ridiculous to the extent of requesting the bank statement of someone that made a zelle payment of $40 into my account, saying they needed it to confirm if the amont left the senders account, isn't that ridiculous? I was very disappointed such document was requested because its an intrusion into another party's privacy, someone that has no business in the loan and house buying process. For the most part the workmanship and responsiveness to issues has been pretty good. Seems like the materials used could be a higher grade, like the mirrors, faucets and towel bars. Be sure to be careful as to what lot and model you and both of your neighbors choose. In Fishers at the Remington we have our neighbor with a large open covered patio on the northwest corner of their house and our master bedroom is on the southwest corner of our house. So any noise comes straight to our bedroom. Also, the top soil was removed before the houses were built so the yard is nothing but rocks of all sizes, concrete, metal and all kinds of building items. It is nearly impossible to get anything but weeds to grow along the side and back of the house. This was a farm previously so the soil should have been excellent. There was also a mix up on the water softener/reverse osmosis system. I take half the blame because I didn't notice it on the specs but no house should be built in Indiana and not have a water softener or at least the hookup for one. We wouldn't want a reverse osmosis system with a farmhouse sink. The cleaning crew could have done a much better job throughout the house. The floor guy had to come back out because of some spots in various places in the house. He ended up using acetone to remove them. I had to go around every inch of the carpet along the hard woods with a hammer and mash down the spikes. We love the location, the three car garage, the spacious family/kitchen/dining room, the covered patio, the large master closets and the walk-in shower. ... More

The house was not clean even after some items were noted previously, The landscapers turned off my irrigation setup twice when working on my yard and my neighbor's yard and never turned it back on causing the grass to brown. There was no orientation to where my mailbox is and the numbers and locations for the mailboxes are a extremely unorganized with no logical progressive format.

Tabitha in the beginning made my walkthrough efficient. Austin has made everything after signing easy. I’ve had a few issues, but were resolved within a week.

Pulte Homes has been very responsive to all of our concerns. The only complaint I have is our siding. Have asked for three weeks now to have someone look at a concern we have with some of our siding. Our warranty person has sent a few requests to the siding person but have not heard from them after three weeks. Everyone else has been quick to respond and contact us. This lack of communication on the contacts part for the siding is concerning for us.

Very satisfied with the quality build of our home. All issues we did find during our "celebration" were corrected before our closing date. Home was finished on time!
