Leaky pipe after we moved in, on call person never called back

Tabitha is a great resource to get things taken care of off the punch list

Nick did an awesome job Making sure every thing was done in a timely fashion He also explained things about that we didn’t understand Niccole was a great salesperson We would highly recommend her to friends for a new home

Overall, a good experience. House was done quickly, most issues addressed in timely manner. Pulte Mortgage process was cumbersome, took a long time. Some included features were dated and very basic, designed to make you feel the need to upgrade. But overall we have been mostly pleased and love our new home.

Some minors details, mostly finishing and flooring.

It was a Brilliant ideas

Pulte helped us create our dream home when we kept looking at houses others had lived in we had given up hope on finding anything that we would even remotely like. Then we had a consultation with Pulte and were amazed at what they offered and what they could do for us to give us our dream home!

Overall good, but can be better on communication and response on issies raised during construction. Build quality need to be improved on details. We are still waiting on unfinished things after closing for more than a month.

We enjoyed working with Pulte as they built our home. They were very responsive at the beginning, as we had one sales person for our community of ~40 homes. However, our sales person ended up leaving Pulte and there was a decent gap where questions were hard to get answered due to this. Otherwise the build process was actually very smooth and our house closed on time. We did have a list of items that still needed to be completed post-close. I highly recommend getting these done before you close on your home. It seemed like once we closed, the list of items to be completed were put on the backburner as they focused on other homes that weren't complete yet. We are still waiting on some items to be completed over a month after our closing (which is why I rated responsiveness a 3). But overall, I'd say we were satisfied with the end product and the people that we worked with! ... More

My main concern was water in the basement during construction. The grading was not fully finished until 1-2 wks before closing and water almost was accumulated in the basement after snow or rain. We raised our concern multiple times and got various excuses.

It was very slow to start but once the new construction Manager Andy came on things got a lot better. Andy did a great job communicating and meeting our needs. I have heard from others in my new community how Andy has made a huge difference in getting their homes completed.

We are so thrilled with the finished product of our new Pulte Home. We went with the Allison Floor Plan which is perfect for our family. It was a bumpy road getting through construction but now that we are in, the product is beautiful and we are so thrilled with the home and our neighborhood!

Great build, sometimes slow to respond on inquiries. Craftsmanship pretty good overall.

Process was smooth and issues handled well and timely.

Exceptional location close to everything being built in Westfield. Down the road from Grand Park and IN 32 and US 31! We love our townhome and can see us staying while the community continues to grow. With it being a BRAND NEW community, there are always kinks that have to be worked out. We were one of the very first buyers and experienced some hiccups. The sales and construction team have handled accordingly and made sure things were right. Mikel is great at following up and being responsive on issues or questions during and after the process. Overall, we would recommend Pulte and Landcaster to first time homebuyers, retirees, and everyone in between! ... More

Overall great experience. Post closing issue resolution has been very slow and not customer focused as they lack the sense of urgency of the issue.

Make sure to get all problems resolved before closing/ or filling out the survey. You will get on the “we will get to it when we get to it” list

If I have opportunity to buy home again, I will chose pulte home again

We love our new Pulte home.

Attention to blueprints/house plans can be an issue. Contractors get lazy due to familiarity with layouts. Project manager relationship is key. Ours, Jon, communicated and responded quickly with emails and phone. Overall with covid and supply chain delays the process was smooth and exciting seeing something new being created.

Our construction manager Jon was great. Didn’t have the best experience with our sales person Jamie though.

Overall experience was great. Project Manager was attentive and professional. He worked very hard to meet and in some cases, exceed our expectations. House was completed on schedule with minor punch list items.
