Michael lead the project for building our new home and he was fantastic! He regularly checked in and made sure any and all issues were handled promptly. We had inspectors check the house out and they struggled to find any issues.

My first home building experience was great! I really enjoyed having options, but not too many to where I felt overwhelmed. There were some changes with construction managers early on in my build process, however the one that came in, did a fantastic job. I like that everyone was real and honest. The quality of my home is very good. Some usual things to be expected when building a new home, nothing can be completely perfect. I am extremely satisfied with me new home and would recommend to my friends and family!

We had a great experience with Pulte. Any issues they arose were always quickly addressed. We were always kept informed about the process. We enjoyed building with them and are so happy to be home :)

Beautiful home. No major issues, response times and construction manger have been supportive and responsive.

First building a home experience. There were no surprises and process exceeded expectations. From sales - Steve and Eric and construction- Robert there was a sense of professionalism and pride in their work that resulted in what I consider a quality home. Additionally the Pulte Mortgage process- Tammy reduced the stress and provided a very competitive rate.

Any new home will have some odd and end things needing corrected, however Clark has been so understanding and responsive to correcting issues! Absolutley a great experience and thankful for our new home!

Great place to live.

Excellent team of Construction and Mortgage to work with. Unfinished area of HVAC area is completely dissatisfied. Looks very ugly. Not a good job or quality work done with way too many foams being used to cover the gaps and air leaks. I have never seen like this in any other builders. With the cost of the house paid, finishing Garage with primer and paint would have not been an extra work or cost for Pulte. Luxury pack is overly charged, could have included cabinet door handles and knobs. Most annoying part of no mail box in drive way and it’s common to all residents. Pulte is a great company

Pulte has the home buying process down to a science.

Pulte not delivered all items based on sale agreement. Pulte forced me to close the home without complete. When I asked about pending items while closing Pulte given written document and said will complete pending items after closing but it’s not completed yet it’s almost two months still don’t when those items will complete and there is no point of contact to talk about pending items from Pulte side. I never expected Pulte will do like this. I don’t know why Pulte delaying to complete purchased items? I am requesting Pulte please complete my pending items else refund my money about pending items. ... More

So disappointed in quality of home. Cheap paint, nail holes not filled throughout hone, thin drywall, cracked granite in kitchen, extremely small kitchen cabinets, no garage door opener mechanically The statement I receive when I call with a problem is “This isn’t a custom built home.”I have owned several non custom built homes, but this home is below apartment grade.

We signed our contract to build a Pulte home in February 15. On July 27 we closed. During that time we received contact communication and updates from our building manager. Any time we had a question we could text or call him and he'd reply within minutes. On way least two occasions he moved his schedule around to meet us for tours with our of town family. The ease and painlessness of the process beats bidding wars and unending house tours any day. Knowing what I do now, I'd make the same decision to work with Pulte.

My experience dealing with the people that lead and built my home was fantastic. They were communicative during the whole experience and I felt informed all of the time. Their overlords at the corporate office were a different story. Very uninformative and very hard to get a hold of. Thank goodness I didn't have to deal with them very often. I would recommend building a home with Pulte, just make sure that you stay in constant communication with the folks actually involved and building your home. They were fantastic. Pulte is a good company, definitely recommend this builder over some others. There are pros and cons to new builds so go in with an open mind. Pulte makes the process easy and effortless. If you decide to go with Pulte Mortage and Pulte Title it makes the process even easier. We are very happy with our home!

Everything went along as they planned. Closing was when they said the only thing I would like to see is more color choices on the walls. Robert did a good job of following thru on any problem areas

I love the home and floor plan. I purchased the premier package and several items in the package weren’t offered anymore like the lighting fixtures. They’re all LED cans, very bright and no dimmers. The communication with the project managers was great. They seemed to care about the quality. Drywall screws were popping out before we even moved in, drywall seam crack, bowed drywall. Window frames are too tight for windows making it difficult to open. Can see bowed window frames. I’ve been here a month and my dishwasher wasn’t hooked up correctly and water all over the floor, entire living room flooring replaced because someone used it as a cutting board during the build process, 4 windows reset and still waiting on drywall repair, cracks and holes in bathroom tile grout and terrible caulking was redone, doors not hung correctly and rubbing, an entire ceiling register missing from a bedroom- BUT the Pulte team has been fantastic about addressing and making corrections. Enjoyed the process and watching everything come together

Process was easy. They are production builders, so there are limited options. The models are beautiful but they represent most upgrades. If you want a home at that level of trim you will have to go with these upgrades. We did go with many upgrades. Ultimately our home appraised at 10k less than we paid for it which was a big disappointment. The subs didn’t clean up and the floors were dirty and muddy most of the time during construction. I paid extra to have the garage painted. The subs left clumps of sparkle all over the floor which I am scraping up now. Attention to detail was lacking. But I knew I wasn’t working with a custom builder. New construction managers came on board towards the end of construction and have been very responsive to issues in completing my home. I had issues with electrical issues when I moved in. I plugged in a lamp and the breaker tripped. There was a neutral wire grounded in a ceiling fan box. Also my air conditioning unit was not charged and didn’t work. Attention to detail with the subs was an issue. Stay involved during construction. ... More
