I'm extremely happy with my new home! Looking forward for great memories! The customer service follow-up is amazing. Excellent communication & great attention to details! The construction crew, customer care, sales agent, morgage team, closing and insurance teams are always knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond. I Would definitely recommend Pulte Home to any of my friends or family as they are quality builder that I can trust!

We shopped around before we decided to purchase a Pulte home. Compare with other builders Pulte offers better quality and design. We’re now moved into our new home for more than a month now. Pulte’s warranty service is responsive as well. Overall our experience with Pulte was great.

The responsiveness of everyone on Pulte’s team was fantastic, and compared to our previous home buying experiences with other builders, my husband and I felt like our business was truly valued. Our project manager, Eddie, and his assistant, Noah, were very responsive to any superficial issue we found during our pre closing walkthrough and even spent five hours going through the house with us to make sure everything was perfect. My wife an I did the entire process of purchasing a home with Pulte while we were living overseas. We never even say the house until a week before we closed. The key to true satisfaction is when things start to go wrong and the organization is willing to work with you. When I bought the house, the rates started to increase dramatically to the point that I would've almost been priced out of the house I wanted to buy. However, at the last minute Pulte managed to ensure that I would be able to afford this home as intended and they did everything they could to ensure I could move in with max satisfaction. This company was already well rated when I first worked with them and made me a first time homeowner. Our experience buying with Pulte has been great. A good warranty is always something I look for when buying and knowing that I can reach out for any and all issues and get a quick response really provides peace of mind. No matter what kind of home you buy, you will always have "something" that needs to be fixed. I'm very happy with our purchase so far.

We loved everything about our new home in Crown, from the quality and workmanship , to the appliances. Every promises made by our builder were met, even after we moved in, he followed up, check on us weekly to make sure everything was perfect. The sales associates were also amazing.
