The only reason I did not rank "great" across the board is we've only been in the home a few weeks. Quality of the build and materials will not to start revealing themselves until more time has passed. The Pulte client success managers and punch contractor have all been highly responsive thus far to needed adjustments after we moved in.

Pulte built condo was a good bargain for new construction everything outlined was delivered.

We had a small punch list and Mike and crew took care of things quickly and professionally.

It was a wonderful and easy experience buying our new condo at Pennington Crossing by Pulte Homes. We are very happy with how smooth the process was and how they communicated everything we needed to know.

The experience was great until the end. Last few items on the punch list are taking forever — drawer in master bathroom and incorrectly placed downspout in the front.

Overall, the entire Pulte experience was great. I am never very trust worthy with those in sales and once again this was true with the inital woman I worked with. Because this was new construction, the model I wanted wasn't available. What she told me and what I got were not exactly the same. She mentioned the model had all the upgrades, but other than mentioning the lights and the color of the cabinets she was pretty silent. So when I went in to my purchased condo I had no pantry. Obviously not the end of the world, but disappointing. Everyone else was a joy to work with.

All the issues has been repaired fast and well by Jon, we are very pleased

Overall, we are thrilled to be here. “The Marys” in the sales office were awesome. Construction delays were frustrating but understandable. Sean and Mike W from construction were great! We love the quality of the unit and any minor imperfections will be taken care of. The clubhouse and small gym are fine but it will be interesting to see if will be adequate as the community grows. We really wish there was a pool here but I suppose there would be negatives to having one. Our neighbors are all very nice.

Pulte team from sales, construction and mortgage are easy to work with and very responsive.

Mary Burbank was very professional and very easy to talk with. Enjoyed working with her.

The experience was great and we love our new condo

This is a gorgeous home, I couldn’t be happier! I love the design and spaciousness. When I first moved in and had home/repair questions, it didn’t feel very organized, and still have to reach out more than once for service and questions. The whole process of buying was quite smooth, though at the end, became stressful with last minute closing dates being changed, and the rep got testy and a bit unprofessional, which added to the stress. But overall, I am very happy, and the service is improving, requests are responded to more timely, though I wish I already had my HOA coupon book promised. I worry about late fees after being here 2 months. And the recycling has yet to be set up, which is troubling, as I collect my plastic and glass, rather than filling landfills! Overall great experience. Disappointed on our driveway. Our building is th only one with a very short driveway. All other units can park at least 4 cars. We barely get 2.

Straight forward honest staff.

Living in town it was easy to see the progress of the new building! Mary was excellent meeting with her! Nancie took over and kept everyone well informed with emails! Closing and move in we’re assigned! It was easy to change the move in date! We did encounter a few hiccups after move in! However Chris took care of them! Everything was fixed in a timely manner! So far Riverside Woods has been very enjoyable.

Overall smooth buying experience, staff are professional. However the house gets unexpected delay for a long time.

Overall the experience was good. Sales Manager Mariana Lacoi was in touch often and very helpful in keeping us up to date. John Demarco was exceptional in taking us through the condo and explaining all we needed to know. We are very pleased and happy with the condo and how it was built. The only disappointment might be lack of draws in bath cabinets and maybe a light or two in the bedrooms although it is set up for our own lighting fixtures if we choose to do so. Moving in experience went well although pretty stressful at times. Overall, good move for us and we are very pleased.
