When I initially saw the model of Claremont, I was shown a walk-in-shower, was not told that was an upgrade at all, I had 6 different people with me two different times visiting unit and was never told I was getting a tub. Since then I have been asking M to give me the contractor they used to install bathrooms and have not had any good results, I moved in 11/13/2023 it is now 1/3/2024. Very disappointed that no one has helped and I’m left on my own. My brother purchased this condo for me and has spent a great deal of money to make my life comfortable, everything else is good, except this bathroom issue. Again, the heating thermostat is very confusing. Also, the shower door kept rolling open, but it has now been fixed.

The sooner you decide upon purchasing the better. This should allow you to make a number of style/contents decisions which would be unable to be done if buying later the construction process. My experience with Pulte has been a favorable one. Realizing that there's a lot going on and that the times we live are challenging enough, overall we are confident that our decision to buy at Pennington was/is the right one.

We are so happy we moved here. The unit we bought is well and beautifully built.

We have had a couple of minor issues since we moved in. Pulte rep responded and corrected those issues without undo delay

This was a good experience. It was a bit overwhelming to me but I have to say Mary and Lori were so knowledgeable and helpful. They answered every question with that knowledge base… and, they were always so nice and pleasant. And, orientation with Mike was amazing… great information presented so well. From the 1st visit to move in day wonderful professionals to deal with. The condo is so lovely…. the finishes, the plumbing…. every detail so well thought out and executed.

Have not encountered any major issues with our new residence. The only downer is that I received my FOB and I've had issues with it working properly. I am currently still awaiting the delivery of my replacement FOB. My feeling is that it shouldn't take this long to get a working FOB.

Problem with pipe leaking to unit below me was handled quickly and efficiently.

Purchased unit with the plans shown for the development. Those plans are now changing half way through the development process on the additional buildings. Bathrooms did not come with storage. Medicien cabinet or drawers really should be standard.

From the day I first saw the model room, I've wanted to live in a room like this. It would have been great if we could request a kitchen design ourselves, but it's unavoidable because the property we purchased was already completed. Still, I live now and have no complaints. I am satisfied with the sophisticated and comfortable space to live in.

I wish that I know before buying this place that they allow to have a pet. I don’t like pets! I just hope they will keep this place CLEAN outside and inside the building. Thank you and keep the good work.

If we had a wish list it would include: 1. safety grab bars in the shower 2. towel bars in the baths. This is an over 55 community. Seniors should be considered when designing the units.

It was a very smooth overall experience.The build quality is great and the community is awsome.

Beautiful, well built. The grounds are well kept. Nicely landscaped. The appliances are okay, but to me, are not as good or easy to use as the ones in my old house.

You will have high expectations when you get house from Pulte. I was not happy at all initially the way house delivered. But after some days Tim and his team helped me, turn it around and change my perception towards Pulte. Tim listed all my issues and address them one by one during this extra ordinary situation. Thanks Greg, Tim, Jon and Brian for all their effort and helping the community.

Many stages about the experience were excellent. Clean up of unit just prior to moving in was just satisfactory. Flooring not cleaned well & if it had been done, Pulte would have noticed one section of the flooring was covered with some construction spillage & unwanted material. Response to resolve very disappointing.

Known issue with ovens should have been fixed before closing. Many manuals left with my unit were for installation and not consumer use. Final walk through was too quick to absorb all the information. If any walk in closet is through a bathroom walk in closet should have an AC vent. Base trim corners are all have an unprofessional looking cut. Island wall that would house stools should have been painted “gloss” . Naturally, sitting at the island, shoe markings will happens.
