Could have left the only wall space in the bathroom clear so you could put a cabinet Instead of the towel rack. Make the washer quieter as it is very noisy and pipes bang against wall. Could have had the dryer door open on the left side. Pay attention to how many times front door jams.

Mass production tends to lose its attention to detail. Obvious mistakes during construction were ignored. There was and still is a long punch list of corrections. That being said we love our house. My biggest love was the navy cabinets and they were my biggest disappointment. So many nicks and smudges and doors that didn’t close right. I am hoping your crew will make things right.

Paperwork was smooth. Need more precise move in times and more work needed on finishes it seemed rushed

We recently purchases a Pulte home and overall it was a good experience. However we would advise new buyers to be very vigilant while doing your walk through. Some of the issues we identified were addressed and there were some we missed until we lived here for a few days. There was a lack of proper clean up on counter tops that were left with sticky residue. Paint drops on new hardwood floors. Stains on new tile floors.Hand rail on basement stairs not properly attached. Garage door doesnt stay closed unless deadbolt is attached. We are disappointed with the quality of the workmanship and the lack of quality control, more than the quality of the materials. I expected the materials to be a little more high end but overall they have been satisfactory. We are making a few uprades and have had to ask for someone to come in to clean up grout on tile, replacement of defective tiles and clean up of glue on hardwood floors, and replacement of stained pieces of hardwood. The sloppiness of the contractors and lack of oversight by Pulte was surprising. Responsiveness by Pulte has been hot and cold. Very unresponsive to issues noted at walk thru

Very responsive before the sale, less so afterward, For example, I requested the name of the interior paint 3 weeks ago!

Frankly, I had expected a higher quality of workmanship and quality of details. The washer and dryer were contractor quality and not large enough to was a set of king sheets. This is only one example. Secondly, I am waiting for an item to be installed that I had contracted for which was included in the sale price. I love thé floor plan and the amount of light. The staff is very helpful. I cannot speak more highly about the management company and how quickly they respond to residents.

Work with our sales person has been excellent. She was helpful with selections and also with advise about options. She has let us know what was happening during construction and explained the delays. The biggest problem that we had was that when we walked through prior to closing there were many things not finished and no touch up had been done. We were promised that they would be done by closing and nothing was done. For example, our refrigerator was not set up, the washer and dryer not connected, vent covers and covers under the kitchen sink were missing, doors were cracked and split and an attempt to repair one door left it off the hinges in our bathroom - it needed to be replaced. The paint job was sloppy and there was glue and other material on the floors. There were cap over the screws missing on the front door and the outer door windows were covered with excess paint. It was really sloppy and it delayed our moving in be several days. Since closing Jon has been in and taken care of a number of these concerns. He has been amicable, apologetic and efficient. However, when he was out we got no response to requests. We have now been in our home for a month and just got the keys to our mail box so we can receive mail. Although we are still pleased to be living in a Pulte Home and greatly appreciate the responsiveness to our requests for repair of items that should have been done at closing, we are considered that there is a serious problem with preparing these homes for sale in an expected way that may deter others. We hope that this is a temporary problem. We also have not heard from the management company and the field behind us is tremendously overgrown and for those of us with allergies is a serious problem that also must detract from sales. I do love the Condo , but I see where they left walls unfinished and my front door you can see outside light. They said they would contact for a punch list after being at the condo for a while. I am sure they will fix any issues.The appliances are great quality. It is quiet and I love being in the back and looking at the trees. The only draw back is no sunlight comes in to the condo so it is always dark.

During construction they talked about the levels of material to block out noise. Realizing there would be some potential noise I am disappointed from the noise above me. I know this is cookie cutter construction but given there were some options given there were some additional ones that should be included in a 62+ community, such as a bench seat in the shower. The ability to look at the construction on line was not helpful at all. The message never changed and nothing to see. When it is not a single house but a large complex with people moving in from all over, it might be a good idea to provide some information about the area. I am sure if you worked with the city/town they would be willing to put together some brochures or pamphlets of the businesses, town facilities, carpenters, painters, handyman, etc ... More

Like the condo overall. Glitches took awhile to resolve when we first move in.

The buying process went OK Watching the progress of the build was very interesting How ever the final steps went wrong and we were delayed moving in this was terrible.

Unable to address simple issues like Shower door installation, laundry room door even after 6 weeks of closing is quite frustrating. The issues raised during final walk through stays pending for 6 weeks and no response / feedback from the construction team to several emails.

The overall buying experience was great

Response time for assistance is slow. The quality of materials and workmanship is average. I like the subdivision and town which is why I invested

Love the community so far but the customer service both from the sales office and the Dartmouth group is very poor. You leave messages and nobody ever gets back with you!

On walk - through check carefully and make them fix issues asap

I don’t wish to add a comment other than to say that requiring respondents to do so is poor survey design.

I don’t have any experience with the builder. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get on the webpage in case a problem arises.

Overall excellent builders, however as we all Understand home is one of the life’s biggest investments, a little more care and promptness towards buyer and their choices would further add cherry on the cake.
