Pulte has a great team at every division. It is one stop shop for home buyers. They took care of mortgage and insurance as well. It would be nice if the houses/rooms are sound proof. Even a small noise in the living room or any other room can be heard the entire house. They have good team who are pretty responsive and takes care of the issues that we encounter after moving in/warranty period.

While we are mostly happy with our purchase, there are a couple of things that prevent us from giving a glowing review. The plumbing fixtures that were used seem to be low end items. While we expect that there will be some issues with new construction, Pulte's customer service team has been unable to respond quickly or give us a time frame for their team to address the issues.

The sales office staff are terrific. Helpful and honest. The construction staff that completed walkthroughs were terrific as well. Again, helpful and honest. Corporate Pulte is not trustworthy. We worked with the Sales Office to set a closing date. One month later, we heard from our attorney that we were going to be penalized $16k for failing to meet the closing date, ie the date that the condo was supposedly completed. We never received a letter notifying us of a closing date. They justified their actions stating that “the contract stated that we needed to close on the completion date”. ...

It is now over two months since the closing and the punch list items still have yet to be addressed. We closed in good faith having been promised that the items would be dealt with quickly. They have not been addressed nor is there a projected time frame when they will be addressed.

Very disappointed in the overall conclusion and move in experience. Also, there should be two elevators in each building not just the one, with the amount of use they get.. Very unorganized. Once in, did not find the cabinetry nor the shower doors to be of good quality. Also, have reached out to have questions answered and no one at the Management company has returned my phone call. Rather dismayed, as I had heard good things about Pulte.

I expected them to be more forthcoming about information of delays in finishing the build. They ignored the fact that people are selling their homes and it is important to have a time frame.

I expected a more quality build. The floor looks like the material was left over from a store. One of the doors didn't latch properly and the bedroom window is leaking quite a bit of air causing the room to be cooler than the rest of the rooms. It is only a one bedroom home so I expect the heat to be very consistent.

Overall workmanship is just OK—nothing at all stellar, just OK—don’t have lofty expectations The after sale warranty service they tout is beyond dismal—good luck getting your issues addressed—and forget about a timely manner, that’s such a joke

Great space but the dynamics and the locations of things placed int he space does not make sense and makes it a bit inconvenient. Build seemed rushed so we found a few inconsistent things like unfinished frames, dried paint in the drains causing water backups, clogged toilets that should not be clogged, and finished decor that clearly makes it different than other units. But it is a new build and home so we are trying to enjoy this experience but wished it wasn't rushed.

We love our new home and the Vale community! However, the buying process was somewhat undignified from what we would have expected from a large, well established home builder such as Pulte. Bottom line: promises were not kept. If they promise that any of the furniture comes with the home, we strongly suggest that you ask them to put it in writing. The other issue we had was with regard to quality control with respect to the home appliances. Unfortunately there was none! Two Months In!

I am unable to sit on my deck most nights because the stench from the septic system is overwhelming. It is disgusting and Pulte needs to fix it once and for all. Whatever temporary fixes they have tried are not working. It also makes it difficult to take a walk around the property. I find some of the workmanship to be below what I expected. IMPORTANT: Above ratings are distorted (lower) because of 1 group. 1) Pulte HQ communication was excellent 2) Customer Service once moved in was/ is outstanding. MIke and Chandler understand and truly exhibit the meaning of customer centric. .A few things they did made such a positive impact and we appreciate them. 3) Sales after P&S was fine for very minor things but several key and critical aspects , so important to us, were a challenge after challenge and frustration. The builder identified several defects that needed to be corrected. About 6 weeks after the passing, those defects still need to be corrected. Detail siding work had several defects. I am still trying to get them corrected.
