I like The workmanship and layout of the condo. My complaints are minimal . Only 2 TV outlets, not even one in room you call the den. The trash room is locked. So you carry out trash , have to put it down on carpet, unlick the door, pick up trash bag then put it down because you need two hands to open the chute. Locked? Ridiculous! What is anyone going to steal? Halls and garage are overly cold with the air conditioning.

I think the owners should have more options in selections - ex. if the owner wants handicap cabinets bottoms or not - this is not for everyone - some examples in model home choices don't always appear to be the same when installed - owners should be allowed more custom options of the condo - big tubs a waste in master bath - keep a larger shower and linen closet. add more kitchen cabinets

Issues discovered after moving into unit in November still not addressed in January. sent emails also with no response. I feel one issue is the bedroom widows, Bedroom gets as cold as 60 deg.

Upon moving in and thoroughly inspecting the premises, I find cheap cabinet fronts, not true base units, minimal closet shelving, and the cheapest building materials that a contractor can buy. There is only 1 cabinet in the kitchen with pull out shelves and the supplier is contractor only so we can't order pullouts for the remaining cabinets through them nor does Pulte offer any assistance in obtaining them. We paid for crown molding and wainscoting in the hallway, living room and dining room and find this did not include the hall going into the second bedroom and the opening to the hall in ...

Overcharges by 100% for basic materials, easily found on Amazon. If a ceiling light fan sells for $200, Pulte charges $700, etc.

If we only knew what we hear all night long in the walls before we purchased our retirement home, we would have bought somewhere else. It wakes us up in the middle of every night and when we sent an email to Pulte about our concern, we were told that it this type of issue that comes along with purchasing a first floor corner unit. Loud suction water flushing that shakes the walls, the loud sound of the water gushing behind our bedroom walls. One man cannot take care of the requests at this complex along with 2 or 3 of your other condo complexes. It’s not humanly possible. The main concern of Pulte is build, sell and make money. You have no interest in all the people who have already bought a place. There are a lot of really nice people living here. Many are very disappointed in Pulte. When you call or email you are immediately told to go online to take care of your request. There is no personalization. They are all robots. Some of the up grades should have been standard like grab bars in bath & shower areas. The cabinet under kitchen sink & bath room vanity’s should have a standard floor in it , leave it up to the buyer how they would like it finished

I would like to see a much greater sense of communication between builder& buyer during construction, it would make for a better experience for new owners. Also after moving in I feel there should be a better response to the owners concerns regarding issues needing repair or attention. A timely response to either an owners phone message or an email message to address issues should be a priority.

The entry door to the unit has gaps. I have reported it several times and not received a response other than we are going to get another company to look at them. The gap is very annoying with light coming in. The paint that was used on the walls was cheap paint it marks easily and flakes. The secondary door from the outside slams shut and have been woken up many times. It was looked at but has not gotten any better. The size of the dogs was supposed to be no more than 10 pounds but there are some very big dogs in the building. The response from the HOA is minimal sometimes ...
