We have had a great experience working with Bradley, Shaun and Lauren to build our home. They were very helpful and always available to answer questions we had. The build quality is very good and we had 3rd party inspectors before closing and they also remarked on the great work done. We would recommend Pulte to our friends and family without hesitation

Jon, the sales consultant was exceptionally helpful and responsive to all our questions. He told us that we could reach him anytime and even on his day offs. He made our buying experience very pleasant and smooth. The escrow and title process was difficult and challenging. There were at least three individuals that we had to deal with and each requesting multiple documents, some duplicate. There was no coordination among them that left me totally frustrated at times. I suggest that appoint a single point person that the buyer needs to work with for both the title and escrow processes and develop a list of all the documents that are typically needed. ... More

Many people talk about how stressful building a house is. I thought the process was smooth. The construction was excellent. As a structiral engineer, I looked at all the work to make sure it was up to the latest Florida Building Code. They even handle the mortgage and homeonwer's insurance at a good price. I had a couple of issues after closing and I called their warranty department and they had someone out the next day to repair.

We had an excellent experience with Pulte Homes and are genuinely happy with the home we received. From the very start of our search, the sales team was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making us feel welcome and supported at every step. They answered questions promptly, guided us through options without pressure, and helped us feel confident in our decisions. Our construction team gave us regular, transparent updates on progress, and they proactively scheduled walk-throughs so we could see milestones firsthand and address any questions early. They stayed on schedule and enabled us to close on time, which we really appreciated. Since moving in two months ago, we’ve had minimal issues, and anything we did flag was quickly addressed. While there were issues in the building process, my concerns were handled efficiently and effectively. I think the home I purchased was great value for the price.
