I recently purchased a newly constructed home, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our new home, with outstanding service from Nathan and Aaron through the entire process, and making our dream come true. Underwriting was a different story had to do their job for them to ensure we would close on time, and then they dropped the ball on everything else. Lukly Nathan and Aaron stepped in and ensured that others got their job done so we could move in on time. Thank you for the experience.

Its great to have a new home with absolutely everything working as it should. Winter heating bills are 1/2 of what I paid for a home 40% smaller. Extremely satisfied.

Our Pulte journey started with a visit to Summer Bay. We met with Belinda and loved the workmanship we saw in the model homes. From that day forward, all the way through closing, everyone we worked with and met were positive and professional. The process was explained through every step. We love our new Pulte home!

The on site construction manager has been outstanding to work with and go above and beyond to help when asked.

Steven, our builder manager/superintendent communicated and facilitated our build experience thoroughly, efficiently, & expeditiously. He kept us on top of the building process with timely communications. The construction site was always organized and clean. We have built a number of homes over the years, and Steven has provided us the best home building experience thus far. In addition, the overall workmanship and product quality are clearly evident throughout the entire home. My experience buying my new home at cattail from Pulte has been great. The sales people, the product manager, everyone have been very professional.

Our construction manager kept us fully informed at every stage of construction. The loan process and closing through pulte was very easy to navigate. We now have a beautiful home and are confident that it has been built with the highest standards.

Overall a good experience with our inventory home. The Pulte sales team Jennifer was helpful and straightforward throughout the process, and Jared, our construction manager, did a thorough job during the builder walkthrough. Any issues we noted were addressed quickly, and the home was delivered as expected.

The salesman, Jeff, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect lot and home plan. The construction manager, Michael, did an excellent job in managing the major and minor aspect of the construction. He really understood every step of the process and kept us informed along the way. Michael took care of any needed corrections right away. Overall, our experience was very positive with Pulte Homes because of their high standards but mostly because of people like Jeff and Michael.

Everything was delivered on time and as promised. There were no surprise costs at the completion. Our Construction Manager Charlie, went above and beyond keepping us informed and adressed any of our concerns promptly. This made for a smooth stress free build. We are very happy with our new home. Thanks to Jason and Charlie for the guidance they provided during this build.

Straightforward home buying. Nothing to complain about. Communication was great, never felt like I was being sold anything. Everyone I dealt with at Pulte was professional and knowledgeable of their job.
