After we moved into the condo, we have experienced 1. two gas leaks 2. window water leaks 3. Shower sink leaks 4. missing part for the dish washer - customer care manager said he would give us the part but never did. 5. multiple dents in the garage floor - customer care said it's not a warrantable item. 6. hard to remove window stain - had to dissemble the window ourselves and clean 7. touch up paints so bad we will have to re-paint multiple walls 8. charge us an item on the contract($200) which is never done. Opened a work order more than 1 month ago, still no one has contacted us to schedule the fix. Overall experience with Pulte is pretty bad. The entire process was rushed from picking a homesite (sketchy) to picking which floor plan. Then we were rushed to close with things that were not completed to my standards.

We were very excited to be building our first home. As we love our house the journey to get the project done wasn’t t as exciting. The biggest area we felt needed more attention was communication. We were told we would have weekly emails and updates and that never took place. We took it upon ourselves to reach out for updates or answers. We then just made it a point it drive to the house 2 times a week to see what was taking place ourselves. As with any projects we knew problems would happen but for what ever reason when it came to solving as buyers we weren’t part of any of the decision making, some of which made changes to our layout. Don't BUY!!!! Very poor quality and they don't care. They promise the world and nothing but problems. Still waiting for things to get fixed.....no follow up on anything. I upgraded everything and the upgrades are cheap!!!!!! I can't imagine how cheap the standard items are. NOT WORTH THE COST AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

During the build process everyone was easy to work with and responsive. Then we moved in and things changed. Leaky pipes, broken supply vents, missing vent for the over the stove microwave are all things that should have been right before closing but weren't. Now, the construction crew ignores us. We're told to contact the warranty department, who tells us it will be taken care of but nothing happens. The items needing fixing are small, but the hassle of getting them fixed are very annoying. I am happy about the plan. But, Quality of workmanship & materials can be improved. I would expect it should be high grade as a national level builder. The wood on the floor has squeaking sounds and it is not flat around the floor. The construction manager says" no home is perfect" before you signs the home closing.

Home has multiple issues that still have not been corrected. Multiple people will call and be in touch but work still has not got done. Def not worth the price that was paid. Completely unsatisfied at this pointe and very disappointed.

Our experience was smooth with pulte. they helped walk you through every step of the way.

I am so happy to have had my first home purchase with Pulte! Jason and the entire safe were amazing. Jason was the absolute best and the most patient. He answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. Feeling really grateful and am so excited I made this decision.

It's a great house. Our family like very much.

We have not moved in yet, The basement id still leaking. Sent pictures of water in the basement. The garbage system has not been fixed There are still scratches on the cabinets. Nolan tries gis best

The experience was very smooth since this wasn’t our first home. Kelly was very helpful and her response time to our questions and suggestions was quick even on the weekends.

The workmanship is a complete joke.

Overall rated 3 out of 5 due to the process or mentoring and the lack of quality in finishing touches. Through the whole process I felt rushed and was asked for information that I did not understand what it would be used for. There is a lot of information to go through and sign that i wish someone could have walked me through and educated me. rather than jsut asking me to sign. Most, if not all, documents are protecting the builder and not you as the buyer so it is critical for you to understand the risk or what you are sigining and agreeing to. Design of the home was great however when it came to the details they are poor. Paint and mud touch ups needed, paint bleeding on walls, trim and doors, faucet handles loose, globs of grout on shower floor, carpet nails come through where you can feel, cabinet drawers not fastened down. While I thought my journey with Pulte would be a fantastic experience, I became quickly concerned about open issues that did not get resolved well passed closing 1.) 5/12 My husband and I noticed a hair line crack in the basement in which it was obvious that there was/is an active leak. It was visibly wet in that area 2.) 5/15 We went over again and noticed yet another leak on the floor by another wall in the basement 3.) 5/16 We went over and there is now another leak near the furnace As most home owners would become very concerned and after multiple attempts to address, I was told that the water was condensation. As of today in August, we have wet walls again and water coming from the walls. We attempted to address the problems with Kirk, the construction manager to no avail and here we are with the same issue ... More

The initial process of buying and the beginning of the construction process was great. My salesperson was fantastic during the process. He was quick to address my questions and concerns and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was definitely a pleasure to work with. Once the construction process was coming to an end, the two-way communication with the construction manager wasn’t as great. I was told that he’s very busy which I understand. However, perhaps having two people for the job would be better so that the buyer can get their questions answered and things followed up on in a timely manner. Now that I’m all closed, there’s still a couple of lingering things I wanted addressed but I’m over chasing it down and will have to have someone else come finish it up. All in all, I had a good (not great) experience with the process with Pulte and I’m enjoying my new home. ... More

Love our home. Biggest complaint is the standard finishes we kept and didn't upgrade, Wish the standard paint was better quality. Can't touch the walls without marking them up.

Construction Mangers are the stars of the company and are great to work with. The sales staff were unresponsive and did not provide accurate information. Very frustrating at times.

Site construction team was excellent. We were rushed to closing while many issues kept popping up. Design and construction of the house seems well done, however some building materials were questionable.

Many tasks not completed on time. Many things not known when making selections.

We were sold a walkout basement option on our home at the Cottages. We cannot walkout on our lot as it slopes on a 45 degree angle. A flat patio is not workable without a retaining wall. This $20k option was sold to us with no one reviewing the plot plan or explaining the lot grade issue. Why would a builder sell a walkout basement that you cannot walk out on to? The grading was completed one day prior to close, and we were expressed our outrage to the construction manager- We are in a holding pattern with the VP Tim to see if we can get some resolution to the issue. Other that this critical expensive issue, we have 30 items that remain on our punch list, one month after close. everything from the wrong front door, missing shelves in the linen closet, gouges in the bathtub from workmen's tools, vanity lights not centered over the sinks, sawdust in the kitchen cabinets, extra hose bib not located where we identified, patio light at eye level, soft close cabinet that does not soft close, cracked cement in front, dead plants one month after close....I cannot go through them all but you get the idea. General sloppiness on the side of the sales person, Corey - just dropped the ball on the options ordered, and paid for- while we wait for delivery and corrections. Construction manager Ryan is doing clean up on some issues where he can, but also manages 60 other projects. We appreciate the effort of the VP Tim in helping us and hearing our issues- but on a $600k house you would not expect such ineptitude....I dont know how we could be more flexible in taking substitute appliances and closing on a home with so many issues. There is absolutely " no white glove policy" with our experience. Not even a grey glove. If prices this high can be charged- the product delivered sure isn't equivalent. Awaiting a followup call from Pulte customer care to share our experience with them. But have reviewed with VP Tim in detail with photos. ... More
