Painting has to be better

Great updates on building process, and response by the building team. On time building date.

During the construction process, I felt that I was helped along by some of the staff like Kay and Tony. They helped me understand the decision-making points along the way. However, at the end of the cycle, I felt a bit rushed to walk-thru and review so many things - especially when it came to the "how to use" part of that final week. It turned out to be somewhat overwhelming.

Very easy process, exactly what I needed.

Pulte did a great job with the process and the staff is very friendly.

Couldn't believe contractor-grade materials used based my home price point. Hood vent partially installed; told it would be finished or removed after closing. Six weeks later, and multiple requests made to construction manager, no action has still been taken. Surprised at the misinformation given to me to use all of Pulte services. For example, their homeowners insurance quote emailed to me sounded good on the surface, but upon further examination, realized the quote was for only about 2/3s the value of the home being purchased. Delivered condo in the time estimated with all my choices & colors I selected.

Every step of the process was smooth until the closing process. Kyle the project manager was very helpful, prompt and friendly. I found the closing process a bit stressful as I was unaware that a date would be picked for the closing and then was absolutely non-negotiable. That caused a good deal of unnecessary stress. It ended up working out OK but not before a considerable amount of stress and worry.

Firstly, Lynette is a wonderful person to work with. She helped us in getting the lot we are interested in and made our process very easy from signing the contract and until we moved in. While in the construction stage I worked with Ali, our construction manager who is an another wonderful person that I met during the process. He was very patient to answer all my questions and really took care of us with everything we wanted in our new home. Overall I'm very much satisfied that I chose Pulte.

There was an urgency by Pulte to close before the end of the year 2021 to meet budget which caused workers to do poor quality work in order to finish and meet the timelines. Sloppy is unacceptable to a buyer. All in all they have worked hard to fix any issues in a decent time after move in. The workers have been super and I am sorry for giving 3 stars for quality of workmanship but given the conditions I felt I had no choice.

Love design and features. A bit frustrating that paint is all over the light fixtures etc.

House Buying experience with Pulte Overall I would say that house buying experience with Pulte was great. Sales: I worked with Nino and he was good for most part of it. Only problem you would face would be he is stubborn and not ready to listen to you about any bargains. All prices are fixed and there will absolutely no haggle. Once you select some options, he will not change it even we are under 30days or just after that. Construction Time: The construction took from Nov till Aug (about 9+ months). During this period, I worked with Luke. This guy is excellent. No complaints. He kept me informing about the status of the build on weekly basis. Nice location with an added architectural design gives a great value for your money. The representative at the site made me feel at ease and he did his best to get all questions answered.As a matter of fact every representative at all levels were extremely helpful. Pulte distinguishes itself with the family members that works for them. A great team work.

excellent location and community; easy home buying process

The house is nice. Material and workmanship lacking a little. They are extremely responsive to issues.

Less than a month after purchased our home, we ran into a low voltage electrical problem which caused malfunctioning of our built in oven and A/C. It caused us great inconvenience and worries. Kirk responded to our issues accordingly and helped to fix it.

My husband and I are beyond thrilled to be living in our new home. Unfortunately the world changed due to Covid-19 and that put everyone in a grey area full of unknown circumstances. The main focus was everyone staying safe and healthy (as well as it should be). However once in our home there were unforeseen issues that could not be addressed due to the quarantine. The construction team were prompt with their responses on what they could do but it wasn’t much they could. Construction has since resumed and we were excited to get our final construction items “wrapped up” only to receive a letter explaining that we wouldn’t get our lawn, sidewalks or driveway completed no later than the end of July 2020. We understand that there is so much that goes on that we are never aware of but this is by far the most frustrating. We have daughters who can’t play with friends and are still quarantined but can’t play on the lawn outside and are growing tired of staying in. Again I’m sure this was not an easy choice for Pulte but rather a series of tough calls to make. I do hope everyone and their families are safe and healthy. My husband and I also want to mention that the design process was a bit difficult and we feel that a visual representation would help out significantly. It felt as we were relying on the interior designers knowledge as opposed to actually seeing a depiction of OUR design choices. The designer was great, patient and calm and we enjoyed her expertise but we feel it would’ve saved time for both parties and helped us figure out where to splurge and what to “cut corners on”. in general I'm satisfied with my new home

I have a suggestion for pulte when working w seniors. I think they could give more support to senior house buyers that are not as experienced as young ones on the internet. This issue came up for me and my husband often during the mortgage phase of this experience.

Pulte makes the home building process easy. The timeline mapped out in the beginning really helped us understand how the process would go.
