We were not pleased with out sales agent at times. Sometimes it seemed she put her own interests or that of Pulte before our interests as homebuyers. We wished that we had used a realtor of our own or that she had encouraged us to read the contract before we signed or be more prudent about unnecessary upgrades, etc. The builders were polite and competent. They were eager to exceed out expectations and offered extras to make sure we were pleased. Some of the issues we had with buying our new home had nothing to do with Pulte, but with selling our former home and the closing process and also the mortgage approval process which was arduous. Some of the sub-contractors could have done a better job. Some of the finishes were rushed and should have been better.

Overall i like the new home and would like to thank my construction manager Mr. Aaron who did a great job in helping fix many of the issues that i pointed before handover and after handover. He took great care of us during the final inspection to explain every single detail on how to take care of my new home , maintenance contact etc. I dont have to follow-up on the issues i mention, he takes care of arranging someone to address the issues. I really like his customer centric approach. Except for the initial hiccups with purchasing (lot prices not being considered equally) and price being hiked-up. i like my home and appreciate the construction team who built the house and delivered on time. ... The wood floor isn't flat and has noise. The garage door has big noise and a gap when I closed. The wall is a wallpaper, it's easy to off the wall.

when i decide to up great some finish items,I end up paying three times more what its worth,It should not be like this!! also guest bathroom finished very poor.

Take your time and not rush things and you'll have a good experience

Minor issues with contractors/landscapers work and timeliness of getting in contact for repairs. Overall home building quality was good and no major issues after 30 days.

Painting has to be better

Great updates on building process, and response by the building team. On time building date.

The house is nice. Material and workmanship lacking a little. They are extremely responsive to issues.

My husband and I are beyond thrilled to be living in our new home. Unfortunately the world changed due to Covid-19 and that put everyone in a grey area full of unknown circumstances. The main focus was everyone staying safe and healthy (as well as it should be). However once in our home there were unforeseen issues that could not be addressed due to the quarantine. The construction team were prompt with their responses on what they could do but it wasn’t much they could. Construction has since resumed and we were excited to get our final construction items “wrapped up” only to receive a letter explaining that we wouldn’t get our lawn, sidewalks or driveway completed no later than the end of July 2020. We understand that there is so much that goes on that we are never aware of but this is by far the most frustrating. We have daughters who can’t play with friends and are still quarantined but can’t play on the lawn outside and are growing tired of staying in. Again I’m sure this was not an easy choice for Pulte but rather a series of tough calls to make. I do hope everyone and their families are safe and healthy. My husband and I also want to mention that the design process was a bit difficult and we feel that a visual representation would help out significantly. It felt as we were relying on the interior designers knowledge as opposed to actually seeing a depiction of OUR design choices. The designer was great, patient and calm and we enjoyed her expertise but we feel it would’ve saved time for both parties and helped us figure out where to splurge and what to “cut corners on”. Very quick builder and delivers home as promised

Pulte makes the home building process easy. The timeline mapped out in the beginning really helped us understand how the process would go.

Pulte helped us closing our new home on time. Pulte has to keep inspection report before even they schedule meeting with customers. Overall quality is good so far. Customer has to get blue prints of all the Structure, plumbing and electrical plans.if any repair comes it will be very useful to the customer in case of any repair after warranty period is over. for New customers: be prepared before going into design center with options that you want opt for. Need to make sure you are looking as the construction gets done. Some major framing issues with our condo.. Things are being corrected but I was a little surprised at how the place was not finished or cleaned properly when we closed.

Your sales staff and construction staff are the best - always willing to help us through the home bulding process and answer any questions or concerns we may have.

disappointing how many rules there are when in comes to what you can and can not do with your own yard

Overall process was smooth and organized. Lack of skilled trades is the real issue. Construction quality seems high, the finish work was rushed and very average. Once taking possession responsiveness has declined. Issues aren't large ones but once signing off we certainly don't seem quite as important to Pulte ... More

Very happy with our new home

Make sure to review the options list thoroughly at the beginning of signing the purchase agreement. You don’t have long to Add or delete options. Be aware you can’t make changes throughout the build process.

Overall very happy however some options were not made clear what the impact would be on the final design and once the purchase agreement is signed the level of customer service declines. Make sure to do all your negotiations prior to signing.
