The Pulte team made our home building experience great from start to finish. From sales, design, and construction the process was as smooth as possible due to the team involved. We are very happy with the home design and quality of products/installation. Our construction manager definitely took great pride to deliver to our expectations, even pointing out things we may want reconsider from his experience. As with anything, issues can arise but they were promptly address. The Pulte team and especially the Ballantyne team were excellent!!

Everyone was great to work with from the sales team, the construction team and the title company. The entire process was seamless and efficient. Jim (Sales Representative) was responsive to any questions and communicated with me regularly. He ensured I was able to visit the design center on my availability and schedule for being in town from Phoenix. He also represented my needs for the construction timeframe throughout the process. Adam (Construction Manager) is amazing. During the construction process he kept me informed on the progress of the project. Being 3000 miles away this was so important to me. He was able to ensure the completion of my home when the timeframe was accelerated since I sold my home in Arizona sooner than expected. Also, from the project walk through till today he has been VERY responsive to any of my concerns and questions. I feel like he listens and determines how to address them and solves the issue. Overall, we are very satisfied with our homebuilding experience here with Townes at Lakeview. Our home was delivered in great condition with only a few minor things we wish were designed differently (namely placement of light switches and power outlets). Would recommend to anyone ready to embrace low maintenance multi-family living.

Jennifer sales consultant only looks out for sales, that’s it! She adds options and upgrades without explaining description and costs. She did not tell us we had 9 days to review agreement and back out. Too far in to purchase months later I found this out. I’ve already closed on house. Our first night sleeping in house my son’s bedroom did not have a register in the floor for A/C to cool his room. Next morning Ali comes out to house and I show him the pre-drywall picture showing register in son’s room on floor. Pulte even had city inspectors with City of Novi give us final certificate of occupancy. Other issues with house: paid for 4th car garage to be insulated and I had to show Ali the attic space over 4th car garage that no insulation was installed; items to be fixed on final walk through were not addressed and fixed and we did not realize until we were living in house and when brought to Ali’s attention he directed us to go through warranty department now. There are some positives though: design and layout of house is nice and lot is big enough to put a pool in. For the price paid I expected better quality, which my Pulte Home is lacking. Sales team is amazing, construction manager is responsive, however expect issues with your home when you move in. For example, two months after closing, our building still does not have any internet lines running to it.

The Pulte staff and management is very professional and has always taken care of any issue with Atmos urgency. This is my second home that I purchased with Pulte and I’m fully satisfied

Exceptional quality of home building. I fully trust Pulte. The construction manager Eric was awesome. He resolved each and every small problem I reported.

For the price, would have expected light fixtures vs. bare bulbs as an example. It's inexcusable to purchase a home that's 3/4 of a million dollars that isn't "turnkey." There are nice features, but alot of corners were cut. Most troubling though is a leak that we had that is now trying to be explained away. A room that had water leaking from upstairs through a light fixture was never determined to have a root cause. Morover, the room smells musty from water that I'm certain saturated the insulation. The warranty rep tried to blame the odor on the furniture. The smell preexisted the placement of furniture. I personally don't know that I'd buy from Pulte again from my experience thus far. ... First of all, I am happy with working with Jennifer and Ali when an issue occurs. Both of them are really helpful and responsive. But the problem is that the issues are too much. Since closing, don't want to mention the small stuff, I have had basement concrete leaking, A/C unit vibration, tub leaking, floor squeak, stone falling from the fireplace; and most ridiculous, they forgot to do the ductwork for the vent (it was blowing to my basement directly). Though Ali and his team fixed the most of them right away with great responsiveness, I'm still disappointed on the overall quality and the lack of attention to details, especially for the price we paid. ... Adam was, by far, the most attentive, caring, and helpful person we have dealt with. He addressed and solved all our concerns and answered, explained all our questions. He went above and beyond to be sure we were satisified.

Several hiccups along the way. They want good reviews and then don't respond to issues after they get that

Our new home is great! It was delivered on time and well built. The process from purchase to move-in was seamless. Ali has been great at addressing any punch list items and is super responsive!

We very much appreciated the time he spent with us going over the entire home buying process. Adam took the time to educate us on what to expect during the construction phases and the methods employed by Pulte. The overall experience was positive and Adam did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. We would welcome working with Adam again and recommend him and Pulte to our friends and family. He has been responsive and has returned all our phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. He is professional and is a very nice individual. We consider him a friend to us and our family now

Fast construction and don't care about the house being built. damaged floors and damaged walls. Just want to close fast and not make sure everything is to standard.

My grass was not level from front to the back on my house. Looks so ugly like that please I need all my glass to be one level thank you.

Jennifer and Ali explained the entire process in a very straightforward manner, extremely cordial, and quick to respond to all inquiries. The options available provided all of our desires, the quality of materials is outstanding.

This was our first home by experience, and they made the process, very smooth. The materials for that were on the basic side, but that it was the flexibility to add nicer light fixtures, bathroom, vanities, shower heads, etc. in the future. Overall, the price of the house seemed reasonable. When we went to close, we’re going to the show room and try and they were many more materials and lighting fixtures etc that we were never offered. All the Pulte employees I have encountered have been top notch. From sales to construction supervision to customer service, they have responsive, diligent and willing to go the extra mile. I had a frustrating experience with appliances and their installation. The lack of preparation and communication were driving forces. I would recommend that Pulte offer appliance packages and installation in the future.

I had a wonderful salesperson name Kay. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and made herself available at anytime to explain, clarify, or intervene if necessary.

We chose the Bedrock home in Grandview Estates because we were downsizing after our kids moved out. Although it was hard leaving the family home we had for 20 years, we are enjoying this open floor plan along with updated cabinets, countertops and flooring. Pulte provided many nice upgrades that were reasonably priced. Everyone at Pulte that we worked with were accommodating and responsive. Shout out to Brian and Derek especially for always being there when I had a question or needed help.

Communcation throughout the process poor. Issues with workmanship quality. HOA poorly run and slow.

I will never recommend Pulte Homes to anyone. The Quality of workmanship and attention to details are definitely missed through out the house. The quality of materials that are used through out the house are very cheap. Not until you move in would you realize the cheap stuff used through out the house. From the plug points to wooden trims, the flat Paint, Stair Rails and the windows, the Carpet edges ripping off. You will notice it. The HVAC is another problem. I hardly get any Cold/ Hot air in the my Upper floor bedrooms and my Lower floor gets too Cold/ Too Hot. It is so unevenly distributed. The customer will only be heard only before closing. Because they need to close it and move on. Once moved in no one cares to respond. I feel the house is just another unit in the Bulk of houses that they want to build so fast so they can move on to another site. So the quality is affected badly. Another thing that I want to highlight is through out the home buying process no one informed us about the Sewer line behind the House where We cannot plant any trees because it can cause a blockade. This is going to cost us 4feet of unused space in the Backyard and most of the Backyard is now gone. PS: The Construction manager Tony requested me so many times to give a 10 rating so he could be benefited. Out of courtesy I gave a good rating (Such a foolish decision I made). But once the rating is given you will never be cared for [or] answered. For any new buyers at Pulte, I strongly recommend them to give a honest rating when you are asked to provide the feedback after you closed the house, so at least someone in the the leadership could review and act upon it so the future Home Buyers could benefit. This was my first time building a home - the entire experience was wonderful and went very smoothly! The Pulte team I worked with - CJ, Luke, Adam and Nick kept me informed throughout the entire building process and made the experience much easier than I had anticipated. I am very happy with my new home, the quality, and service.

I have 30 years working in the Real Estate space. I checked on the progress of the home almost daily. Great process all the way through. Clean homesites. Solid communication. Nice trades. Well done.
