My friend came and after seeing my home said she wanted to sell her home and buy one like mine. That is high praise. Reggie was my construction manager. He treated me like a friend. My house was perfect on walking in. There was nothing that needed attention or to be fixed but he made sure I knew I could call him for help. I needed some information and Reggie came right over to help.

We moved into the Westbury community in 2019. We had a good experience with the sales person Kelly and also our project mgmt team of Samer and Mike. We did have a couple delays for a few mistakes but Pulte and the team above made them right, and we are very happy with our end result. Don't misunderstand me you need to be proactive in your build process and watch at every step but if I did not have to move at the STUFF... UGH, I would build again with this crew and Pulte. A company is only as good as the people they have and our team is Top Notch!

Out of necessity and no longer needing a big home my husband and I purchased a Pulte home. We loved the models and when we saw the perfect lot with emphasis on trees and a spacious lot with lawn and snow services we couldnt resist purchasing our new home. Service has been positive, prompt and polite and ultimately their aim was to please. We designed a beautiful home which are very proud to call our own and look forward to share it with family and friends.

Pulte made my dream home comes true with all my expectations.

We are very please with our Pulte home. The entire staff was great to work with.

In my case, I’m probably overly critical, especially when paying $700k. Ultimately, Pulte resolved every last issue and went above and beyond with its customer service. While the experience was challenging, as is with any new build, the end result was worthwhile and I’d recommend Pulte to anyone.

It was the first time to purchase new home for me so there are several unknows and concerns. Long story short, at the end my family and I are fully satisfied with support & service of Pulte team and quality of house.

Our Pulte home build exceeded our expectations. Not only did they make our timing work, but they were always fast to communicate and kept us informed every step of the way. Our home is beautiful and the craftsmanship is at a high level because of it. Our building manager, Wally, was incredible to work with.

My salesperson (Adam) was the best! He kept in touch through all phases of the home building process and genuinely cares about making sure I am 100% satisfied with my home. The quality of my home is very nice. After i moved in, I opted to paint the interior with the colors I wanted and it made a positive difference. I can honestly that I had very little stress in building my home. They delivered 100% with friendly attitudes.

Friendly helpful staff, quality building materials, all at a reasonable price. A place I can call "home".

Ali and Steve and the building tram were the only part excellent...the sales woman Jennifer was not good at all

The construction manager is on top of all items that need to be completed and very responsive for follow up items. I am enjoying the home and so far no issues

The mortgage application process went smoothly. The house was available to move in when promised. The white glove service to integrate the electronics in the house was exceptionally well done once an Internet connection was made. Had some minor glitches ( for example the garage door failed to close sometimes) that were repaired promptly. Don’t hesitate to call for service.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? It was excellent. We were well informed and had a great seller's agent named Antoine who's taken exception care of us. The construction side was great too with weekly updates and good communication. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? The quality of the home is subjective. At a distance, everything looks great, however after living in it for a few months now, you can tell the trades were rushed when putting things together and a feeling of corner cutting lingers. Gaps between flooring and baseboards abound, over cuts in drywall where vents are placed stick out and unfinished edges in cabinetry are just a few minor annoyances. How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? Communication was good and timely. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? A reputable builder doing business for decades. Our experience with Pulte Homes was outstanding! From Jennifer in sales to Devor, our construction manager, the entire team was amazing. We couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went — we actually closed on our home earlier than expected! We love our new home, we love our neighborhood, and overall, it was a wonderful experience.

My experience was great. Also, my sale man, now became my family member Antoine was excellent. I highly recommend him to anyone trying buy or build new home at Deerbrook. Also construction manager Maria and her team were very excellent. Tony was excellent too. My overall interaction with all the member involve was nothing but memorable.
