Wish there are timer switches installed for patio and driveway lights which is not expensive and no homeowner will do it manually everyday. Paint is peeling off even with painter tape

The whole purchase and closing experience was very professional. Responses to queries and warranty fixes were quickly resolved. Poor workmanship which led to warranty issues could have been addressed during the build avoiding inconveniencing the purchaser. Pulte supervision is to blame due to lack of adequate supervision of their subcontractors during the build.

Kay, our salesperson, was great throughout, always responsive. Ben, the project manager, is knowledgeable and kept us informed on progress.

Let me first start at the beginning. The sales rep Brian was very informative and knowledgeable about the building of the house and the other parts involved. He was extremly punctual in returning my messages and in helping make decisions on the house. His experience with Pulte homes showed when he answered all my questions which made the home buying experience a 5 star processes. The quality of workmanship and materials,3-4 star depending on what materials were chosen. Some of the finish detail work needed more of a, "finish look". I had to upgrade trim/switches/outlets to match the cost of the house. I felt this should have been part of an incentive add on once the upgrades hit a certain number. Another example is the back poarch light, a $10 light should not be on a house of this calaber. Because of these reasons I gave the 3-4 star rating. The overall trustworthiness of the build I feel deserves a 5 star because I was very impressed with how the house was built and sealed. I feel the builder did a fantastic job on this part and I trust the house will be very efficient. The value for the price, 4 star, Once the upgrades were all added on that was when the base modle options looked a little under valued. This made me add more upgrades to get the look I wanted for the price I was paying. The construction manager Matt was very helpgul and knowledgeable about the building of the house. He was there on the walk through before our final closing and helped point out items that needed attention before the closing was done. Some items were missed by the painters but there is the home warrenty that will take care of it within the year. My over all experince since moving into the house has been very good. Jennifer and Ali were the best part of our Pulte buying experience. Their hard work shines through the quick turnover of what we wanted and needed. The quality for a builder home is good. I believe some of the individual upgrades could be of better quality for a 1.5 million home.

We love our new home in Turtle Creek!! From start to finish, CJ made the home buying process very easy. We had total trust and confidence in her!! During the building process and even after closing, Luke and Nick were very responsive to our questions and addressing any issues that may have come up.

The workmanship in some areas was not very good . I had a door that was dented at the top. In one bath there was some grout missing on the floor. Can see drywall tape Through the paint. Paint not cleaned up on the floor. Woodfloor has some chips in it and was never cleaned up thoroughly With contractors scuff marks I find very difficult still to remove. Crack in a bathroom cabinet. The kitchen sink has residue.I cannot get off. Customer service has been responsive. And will address issues hopefully. Other than That the condo is beautiful. Also I really love How they keep up clean streets due to construction debris. Shows me they really take care of stuff and take pride In the Maintenance Of the grounds. Pulte builds a solid, well laid out home with lots of add-on features to customize it to your needs and wants. Their homes are designed to be open and airy with lots of large windows for natural lighting.

Sales team is amazing, construction manager is responsive, however expect issues with your home when you move in. For example, two months after closing, our building still does not have any internet lines running to it.

Exceptional quality of home building. I fully trust Pulte. The construction manager Eric was awesome. He resolved each and every small problem I reported.

We very much appreciated the time he spent with us going over the entire home buying process. Adam took the time to educate us on what to expect during the construction phases and the methods employed by Pulte. The overall experience was positive and Adam did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. We would welcome working with Adam again and recommend him and Pulte to our friends and family. He has been responsive and has returned all our phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. He is professional and is a very nice individual. We consider him a friend to us and our family now

All the Pulte employees I have encountered have been top notch. From sales to construction supervision to customer service, they have responsive, diligent and willing to go the extra mile. I had a frustrating experience with appliances and their installation. The lack of preparation and communication were driving forces. I would recommend that Pulte offer appliance packages and installation in the future.

This was my first time building a home - the entire experience was wonderful and went very smoothly! The Pulte team I worked with - CJ, Luke, Adam and Nick kept me informed throughout the entire building process and made the experience much easier than I had anticipated. I am very happy with my new home, the quality, and service.

Pulte divided the home building process into about 3-4 phases and communicated at the beginning about these different phases and called us in at each phase to the home site or office and answered the questions that we had, also guiding as to the paperwork that is needed, sending us updates and pictures throughout the construction, it was a straightforward process!

I originally thought I wanted a single family home until I walked in the Abbyville model at Hillcrest. The salesperson (Kay) provided the right amount of information and was always available for follow-up questions with a down to earth comfortable approach. The construction team (Chad and Ben) took the time to walk me through the features of my home and were willing to respond to issues found in my new home orientation and inspection. Kay, Chad and Ben were great to work with and represent Pulte very well! The only reason I gave a neutral rating for workmanship and materials is that I have only been living in the home for 4 days (moved in on 1/22)and have not had enough time to assess and/or work with Pulte Customer Service. ... The experience of being part of building a new home is good. Everyone involved from pulte were responsive to the questions we had. The timeline of the construction is what we expected. The only issue we faced are the the little (although a lot of) finishing touches to the trim, paint, extra holes in drywall etc.

Great experience everyone was so helpful and very friendly. Frank was very good, he was so organized and most helpful. Kay and Chad were great also. Returning calls to answer questions. Thanks so much usually such a stressful experience was made so much better. Just comparing building last time in January 2000 with a different builder.

Just moved into our new Pulte home and wanted to share that Pulte delivers a very good product in a very inclusive way. Pulte includes the owner virtually every step of the way for its new build homes providing both weekly updates as to progress as well as in person visits to observe the quality of the build and materials. Any questions the owner has are promptly addressed during the in-person visits by the project manager in charge of the house. This process makes sure there are no surprises either for Pulte or for the owner making the final inspection quick and easy. Pulte also provides a limited warranty on its workmanship and materials (that varies by component) showing Pulte's commitment to its end product. Building a new house can be overwhelming with all of the choices and decisions that need to be made as the house is built. It was great. I think Pulte Homes in general is better value for money and it shows in the quality of the house. But please do not go with Pulte Mortgage. They are a joke. No process in what they do. Delays/no communication. Last minute changes to determine "Cash to close". They changed the value four times. You are better off going with any other lender other than Pulte Mortgage.

From purchasing, selection, building and closing the Pulte people did an outstanding job. Keep it going, customer service goes all the way these days.

Everyone I worked with, starting with the sales representative to the title company closer, was informative, polite and experienced. The construction manager kept me up to date weekly and answered all my questions promptly.

They are truly a one stop shop for the home buying experience. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. Could not have asked for a better experience. Keep up the good work!
