Pulte is one window place to purchase a home. They worked really hard and are genuine in providing a home. They are very caring and prompt in providing services.

We bought our house during a pandemic but we felt safe going to visit the model and ultimately purchasing the home. Steve was a great sales person. He explained everything and kept us informed of the build process. I have to also acknowledge Wally the construction manager. He did our sight visit virtually and kept us informed of the construction process. He did a great job on getting our home completed in the time frame Pulte originally said they would. Wally and his team really did excellent work on the house.

I bought my first house from Pulte. I was a little unhappy because of the delay in closing which caused little inconvenience and cost me some money to extend the lease in my previous apartment, but if you ask me now I'm more than happy about my new house. The location, the corner site and THE GORGEOUS INTERIORS; It will be a dream for everyone to own a house like mine. I highly recommend Pulte to everyone especially to immigrants like me who don't know anything about the home buying process and are buying for the first time. In fact I have already referred some of my friends to buy from Pulte.

We found the process of building our Pulte home to be easy and even a little fun. All of the sales people and both building supervisors we dealt with were friendly, extremely competent and very helpful. Our job progressed very quickly. Even though It took us a few weeks to realize Pulte is not a custom builder in a strict sense, we found they do allow you to make limited choices so that the house is somewhat “yours”. Our home was finished early, and really our only difficulty was obtaining a mortgage through their mortgage company in spite of our extremely high credit scores and the fact that we put almost 60% down. We would build with Pulte again, but we would probably look at other mortgage sources to compare. ... More

Great experience! Kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.

Moved to pine vista to downsize from a larger family house. We have been very pleased with the entire buying and building process. Even with the COVID delay, the house was done right on the revised timeline. So far we are very pleased with the quality and workmanship, we had 1 minor issue after move-in but us was corrected very quickly.

This is our 2nd time purchasing a Pulte home and are very pleased with it. The project managers, Mike & Mike, were very pleasant to work with and had no problem adding a few adjustments along the way to accommodate our needs. The workmanship throughout is very good. We are overall very pleased with the design and workmanship of our new Pulte Home.

A very well built home, very few issues. All the people from various Pulte groups were very friendly and helpful.

For the most part our home is wonderful! There are a few areas of poor craftsmanship; scratches in the floor, paint problems, etc but hopefully most of them should be able to be fixed without any additional costs.

Some of the finishing is not great. My entrance door and frame looks crappy. Didn’t pay attention when doing the walk thru. Also our sunroom door is not finished well. I consider Pulte a quality builder but am not happy with some of the finished work Thanks

Adam was, by far, the most attentive, caring, and helpful person we have dealt with. He addressed and solved all our concerns and answered, explained all our questions. He went above and beyond to be sure we were satisified.

Overall experience was great from start to finish with Pulte group.

Julie was very easy to work with. The house was completed when we first looked at it, so we didn’t make any choices other than the house. Now that we’ve been in the house for a few weeks, it’s clear that many of the materials and finishes seem cheap compared to what we paid.

Overall it is OK. It would be nice to have options for the choice of colors and option to choose the finish like Eggshell, Semi Gloss etc. instead of just one color for walls and ceiling with FLAT finish.

Resolving issues is very slow.
