Good experience with the purchase and move in so far.

House is great so far, minor issues as expected. This is not our first build the first difference is no grass was not installed in front yard as part of build or even offered. Back yard grading was never finished told to wait until spring so we will see. Fine finishing details not quit up to par I.E. both sliding doors caked in dirt, Paint left behind was all left open so no it’s unusable and I have to dispose of now. The driveway is ridiculously small for 3 car garage option for no reason plenty of room and maybe a 1/4 yard more of concrete. I think there are a lot of small things that could’ve been done better which would have made the experience better. ... More

Overall it was a good experience with Pulte. They were timely with responses to our questions and concerns. We were a little disappointed with the painting of the inside of our home. I feel like they rushed our closing so it would be done in 2022. Also, we are concerned with what we are seeing with driveway concrete- it appears to be flaking. But I’m confident they will address these concerns during our 1 year check in.

Entire process from initial purchase to house closing was very smooth and executed in timely manner. Pulte teams from sales, construction & title departments were very friendly and cooperative. Pulte team stood to the commitment and timeline as promised. House construction norms adhere to quality and guidelines defined by official authorities.

We closed on our Pulte home in December 2022. Our salesperson Jennifer Eckhardt was terrific and went above and beyond to keep the completion date on schedule. Like any new home build, we have had some minor issues but we are extremely pleased with the quick response that we have received when we have reached out. Our project manager Mike Haight has been great to work with and is very responsive. We look forward to our continued partnership with Pulte!

Kay was awesome and really made the buying experience a pleasure. Darren was very responsive during the final days pre and post closing.

Process for home buying was smooth and all decisions were made early to ensure all materials would be available.

Kay, my sales rep was amazing! She regularly checked in during the entire construction process and was well informed on the progress. Between conversations with her and the weekly updates from the construction managers there weren’t any surprises. If I called, texted or emailed any one of them with a question, I received a prompt response with the information. There were a few items that needed attention after closing and no problem getting the work done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I felt end of year closing date drove the quickest and poor quality of work. The drywall tape and mud was horrible and the paint job was the worst. They had to redo painted areas which still was done poorly. Painted without removing electrical faceplates. Im also Still in the process of cleaning most faceplates and paint splatters on my floor. All my inside studs are 24 inch apart. This is a cheap way to build a home this expensive. Paid over a half million dollars for a home that looks like any other low end subdivision.

They don’t care customers after closing. Make sure to get things done before sale.

This is our 3rd Pulte Home. We have been very pleased with the Pulte experience. The people we interact with from sales, production, quality control, and customer care have been excellent. They deliver on their promise and on time. Any issues we had were addressed professionally and remedied immediately. If and when we decide to build again... It will be with Pulte.

while there were some aspects of the project that were completed to my satisfaction, there were also areas where I felt that improvements could be made. One specific area of concern for me was the communication throughout the project. I often found it difficult to get in touch with someone from your team, and when I did, I didn't always receive prompt or clear responses to my questions. This caused some delays and added stress to the project.

Good experience in general, house looks like well robust build (for the 1st month living there) Hopefully will be in that same way in the next years.

I like the process that was communicated and quality of homes

The overall experience is good. Starting with sales consultant who went beyond and above to make sure everything went well throughout the process. Construction team was good and took care most of our requests. In addition, the customer care team quickly resolved the issues noticed after moving.

Everything went real smooth except when I asked if I can insulate the garage, I was told it’s going to delay construction and inspection when I could’ve taken 1 evening to insulate now it’s all drywalled and it’ll cost a fortune to insulate now, it’s colder in the garage then outside, 1 other issue was I noticed allot of dust in the house, I decided to look down the floor registers and low and behold all kinds of construction debri so had to vacuum it all out, other then that the house is quiet inside don’t hear showers running don’t hear toilets flushing from 1st floor or 2nd floor, job well done. ... This is the 4th new home we've had built and the 2nd home was a Pulte home and the experience could not have been any better but unfortunately this past experience was by far the worst home buying experience that we've encountered. From the initial contract signing right through to the final walk-through and even now with the post closing punch-list items there have been consistent issues, lack of communication and responsiveness. I would certainly not recommend Pulte as a result.

Working with Pulte has been an exceptional experience. We did have a few rough patches throughout the process but the resolve was timely. Henry is a thorough salesman who makes sure all the details are ticked and tied. Chadd works diligently to make sure your home is completed on time and with minimal issues and Kevin ensures a quality customer experience over all. When building a home there will always be an element of human error on both sides, but keeping the right attitude and trusting the process/people you are working with will deliver the best results. Pulte develops a nice community with a nice choice of floor plans.

The process of obtaining a mortgage was tedious. There was a lot of back and forth . Even asked for a US currency income whenever my husband was recurving a Canadian currency pension. All they have to do was convert it to US but instead called us several times that it has to be in US. After our closing time and we were supposed to move in, our moving truck has to park outside the house because there was something else they have to fix before it will sign off that whatever they fix is ok. We have pay extra time because of the wait. We had 2 moving trucks waiting to unload our stuff. Constructions workers cars/ trucks remained parked in front when the moving trucks are trying to park. They should clear the area when someone is moving ..We weren’t aware too prior to purchase that we will paying for our garbage service separately. We thought it was included in our HOA fee.. ... Expected better workmanship from Pulte.

My experience with Pulte has been very positive. From Jennifer E, and Kyle T at the site they have been outstanding and have always been responsive to any of my requests. The community is wonderful to live in and the quality of the product is good. Minimal noise (from construction and daily traffic). I would recommend a Pulte home to everyone!!

The overall homebuying process went well. The only area that needs improvement would be the financing area. Being a first-time buyer, I expected more communication from Pulte Mortgage, especially being a first-time buyer and with the rising interest rates. Overall, I would recommend Pulte for buyers in the housing market.
