Our experience with Pulte was great! We kept hearing from other homeowners that with all the supply chain issues, there was no way our house would be complete in the timeframe given to us but Pulte made it happen. Everyone from the sales team, our construction manager, and the onsite builders were wonderful to work with. We’re so thankful for their hard work on this home!

Good experience with the process and details

We love our home, but wish some of the loose ends were being tied up quicker. Obviously the exterior has to wait for warmer weather, but the response time for some of the fixes has been slow. Perhaps not Pulte's fault directly, but still an inconvenience.

Truly awful experience, ran into so many issues that it became awkward to continue to point them out. I felt like they rushed to complete my home and I notice it every day. I had double digit documented issues after I moved in and they still are not all fixed after living here for over a month! Communication has been poor at best. First morning we woke up to a flooded Landry room, master bedroom and walk in closet. Not recommending friends and family to go through what we went through.

Everyone from the sales rep to the field manager to the mortgage person to the warranty person is super amazing and wonderful to work with! They communicated really well with me throughout the process.

The first thing that stood out to us was the customer service, especially from our sales consultant Robb. He was responsive to all our questions and always made us feel like our time was valued. We also appreciated the transparency of the building process and prices; however, I did dock 1 star just because I felt like prices were so high (thanks COVID). Overall, I would certainly recommend Pulte to any new home builder...they made the process very easy (and as least stressful as possible), especially for a first-time homebuyer.

This process was entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. The construction manager changed several times, no communication, rushed process without the unit being complete and the people inside do not talk to one another other than sharing your confidential business. They try and make you feel like you have to use their title company and you absolutely do not, it’s the buyers (legal) choice. The title company was rude and inconsistent. The whole building process was a nightmare to say the least. This was not a happy or good experience but then you get so far into the process that it feels hopeless if you don’t move forward with it. Great experience, customer service, and quality.

For now the only thing that is bothering me is the front door. The black paint is coming off since day one and now it’s an eyesore. Apparently this can’t be fixed till spring … which is kinda absurd as we have to live with this eyesore till spring !

It was a stressful time to buy but pulte made the experience as efficient and hassle free as possible and we appreciate our new home.
