Home buying experience was great with Pulte. I would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Other than long time to wait for building everything else was great

Working with Jim was wonderful. The building process was great. Love the house. Still waiting for our stove though :( Sales person was not the best and she kept changing things without our knowledge, which resulted in some of our requested options not being done. Pretty frustating.

Trust the people that are selling the units supporting the units and the other team members even from the processing of the loan. I can't thank Pulte enough for their support, the educated staff and their ability to answer questions on a regular basis through the whole process. I would recommend Pulte to anyone that wants to work with a company that will completely support the customer.

Beautifully designed house with nice features and layout. Sales staff very eager to answer any and all questions. Field crew very much the same. Some delays in getting final walk through issues resolved however.

If I new my brand new home would have so many issues and pulte refuses to accept there mistakes and correct them. We are blamed for poor building and workmanship and they call it cosmetic. Be ware, I should have done my research and never bought from you. You don't stand beyond your work. Quality is horrible

Corey has done a great job helping us on minor issues with the house that need some attention. He was great at helping with installation of late arriving fish wash and refrigator. He really is commemorated to taking care of new home owners.

Pulte have good quality homes I will advice you if want TO have home go to the Pulte company

I was forced to close without issues been taken care found before and during the celebration meeting. I was given letter of completion from Vice president of Pulte with the list of issues that will be completed by Aug 13th. Field manager stopped responding to calls/ emails right after giving me that letter and I am still running behind the customer care for getting my issues fixed. Had a very bad experience.

It was a awesome and beautiful experience.

Overall experience was great! We worked with Drew, Josh (contractor) and Scott (mortgage). We are first home buyer. Things went much smoother than we expected. Everyone was professional and prompt to reply. We love our beautiful home. There were minor cosmetic finishes that could have been better. They did fix them. Overall, we got a beautiful home and we are very satisfied with the investment.

Never again! Rushed cheap low quality

1. Vents making noise and pulte says they cant do anything. Cant sit in that room and do anything. 2. Bath flushs, and shower making so much noises that you hear on whole house. If someone goes bathroom in night, flush can wake others in different room. Bad Bad design 3. Staircases railing making noise, Windows put on wrong spots 4. After closing super bad customer service.

We enjoyed the experience of buying our first Pulte home and liked the option to pick our selection choices.

Our home buying experience was not the best, our loan officer was not much help with questions, our builder accidentally nicked a water line and created water damage all along our bottom main floor weeks before closing and did not disclose the information with us. They have not gone above and beyond to remedy the situation due to their lack of communication.

Pulte offers low basic house quality and tries to push for upgrading. Example, they offer only two basic paint colors including white. If you choose the other color (not white), the wall and the ceiling will be painted with the same color. Because it is not common to have the ceiling painted with a color other than white, Pulte push the seller to upgrade or choose only white. Many of my neighbors including myself would prefer to by our house from Lennar if it has a better locations and lots. I believe that Lennar offers better quality houses, with great exterior designs with good prices.

Responses and resolution to service requests takes longer

Process was very straight forward and easy

They are great at communicating with you until you have completed buying the house. Then things aren’t as great. I would say 5 stars until you own the house and then 3 stars out of 5 after that. They have a great pitch about their warranty process and how it works but from my experience with that part of it they can do better.

From purchase leading to closing I felt it was a good experience. However, upon closing I felt the celebration was not a celebration as the home wasn’t fully ready. House was dusty, dirty, not cleaned, paint touch up needed and was not presentable for a ready move in. Upon moving in I did experience nails poking people’s feet around the carpet area, which I questioned the quality of work. Having said that the thing most affecting the rating is related to the “fungus” gnats issues I’m been dealing with since moving in. I was told pest and bugs are home owners problem. However, I did not caused it. Nonetheless I did everything from cleaning my house, windows, spray store bought solutions as well household solutions on the gnats. These were only temporary. The gnats continues to be swarming around my windows and house. Upon further inquiry I was told, though rare, these type of gnats are caused by the soil the home is build on. The recommended solution by Pulte was to pour bleach in the drain. I would think that if you value your customers, you would want to get ahead of this before the issue become bigger rather than washing your hands of this. The team was informative when we asked questions. When we asked for help and services, they readily provided service and assistance.

Has been a good experience but, now that moved in, the things that still need to be done are not getting done very quickly. I hate that window screens have small openings in them. Loads of little bugs come in at nite b cause they are drawn by the lights. Ugh.
