we are a first time home buyers and the experience with Pulte has been slendid. The impression I had on the very first day and the aprroach and trustworthiness I had continued till the complete process was completed. The timelines were well communicated, well followed. SPECIAL THANKS AND KUDOS TO Kelly and Corey for great job done. The experience couldn't be better.

Pulte will pressure you to buy a home with ALL of their products - their home insurance, their mortgage company, etc. They will not stop pursuing you until after your closing. Remember, you need to put your own interests first, and Pulte will put their own interests first. Carefully review your options and don't let them bully you into buying their products. Consult with people you trust to make the best choice. Their home product is great, but they need to work on not being so aggressive. Their mortgage lender was so ruthless that he lied to me via e-mail to get a reaction out of me. This was after he had attempted to contact me numerous times to change my mind about the lender we had chosen. Personally, I would buy a Pulte house again (they do a beautiful job) but would never get involved with their other business units unless I was absolutely sure I was getting a better deal (don't take their word for it - do your research). ... Jodi at the sales center knowledge of layout and options were lacking severely. Blaine the project manager was great and extremely easy to work with. Happy with the house just realizing lack of attention to detail in finished project.

Overall a good home buying experience. Construction manager responsive and kind. Sales consultant went above and beyond to answer our questions.

We built our new home and it is great, but Pulte up-charges EVERYTHING so the price gets very hi unless you don't do any upgrades. Overall it was a good experience but now dealing with yard issues such as grading and sod that is going to potentially take 4 months during the summer is hard and should not ever take that long.

We are so happy with the quality of our new home. Everyone we worked with was quick to respond to our questions and walked us through the build process.

Loving Our New House

I closed on February 29th, yes they were willing to accommodate me on a Saturday :) I am still in the process of moving in as I moved from out of state but everything could not be more perfect. This will be my forever home and I LOVE it!

The team at Pulte was awesome to work with! From the initial sales & purchase experience, the building process along the way, and the folks at Pulte Mortgage were fabulous as well. Overall it was a great experience with a super happy ending!

Overall it’s a nice home. A few issues are disappointing and I’m not sure I would build with them again.

Felt at ease when deciding what plan and options would be best for my family and I. There was no pressure from the sales person which I loved and they really took the time to make it an enjoyable experience.

This was my first time building a home and felt like I made the right decision in a builder. The people I worked with directly, especially the construction managers, seemed to be devoted to quality and proud of the work they did. While I am not giving 5 stars to the value for price, I feel this is a very quality home for the price I paid. I have been in the home for a little over a month and the few issues I have had have been addressed or will be addressed in a timely manner.

I discovered a couple of issues in the construction and service. The Pulte provided a decent quality of service until the closing date. After signing on all the required paper, my request or inquiry email is not well responded. Follow-up appointments extremely hard to schedule. Pulte mortgage didn't do their job thoroughly, failing to pay to insurance company. No show for follow-up service, etc.

Overall good experience building Pulte home.

Pulte provides many many choices for the home buyer.

We are happy with our new home, but the build process wasn’t seamless. We are still fixing issues after move-in.

From our first contact with Lamar in the sales office, then loan approval with Pulte Mortgage, to the design center with Natalie and throughout the quality construction with Jim, our process was top notch. Everyone is truly an expert in their field, making the process really fun. Congratulations to Pulte for a great team of employees.

The worksites are not clean and cannot believe that areas that I am finding glue and messy painting and we paid extra for site finishing and not sure we received what we paid for. I have nails sticking out of doors and dents in utility doors along with chips and cracks in our granite countertops. We cannot believe how much silicone that we are having to clean up in the bathrooms. Just not the quality we were expecting for the price that we paid. This coming summer we have outside that need to be addressed. And we could not believe that on the garage walls they cleaned their caulk off on our walls...so we have that to look at too. Also they cleaned their caulk off on our siding which cannot be clean-off so we are having to wait to have the siding replaced. We have to believe that all of this is costing you more money...so why not slow down and treat these houses as your own versus slapping them up as fast as you can. Also we have to continue to have workmen come in and fix the issues and we are getting tired of this too. ... More

We ordered a kitchen upgrade and countertop upgrade. Job was done terrible and not professionally. My kitchen island is off level and crooked, my countertop looks used and "dirty" and my kitchen cabinets were full of stain spots that made the doors look dirty. Crown molding was not level, cabinet doors were also bendy and curved. Drawers were not adjusted. Granite backsplash was 1/4inch shorter than the countertop itself. My house looks as if it was built by a 5 year old. Carpet was not placed correctly and was not stretched all the way leaving holes between the wall and carpet. There is a big hole under the laminate in our floors. Rep came out to "fix it" but nothing changed. The floors in the home are terrible, when you walk on them, the whole house trembles. I can hear bottles of perfume rattling when I walk. The trim on the walls looks greasy when the holes were covered up. In one of my bedrooms there is a visible bump where two sheets of sheetrock come together. The spindles on the stairs are a different color. A lot of small details that make us very upset. Terrible job done. Quality is not worth the amount of money for this home. When we complain they all tell us "its normal and its standard". Would not recommend to anyone. Will never buy house from this company again. ... More

The overall purchasing/ building of our Pulte Home was very positive. Everyone involved was very helpful. If you do have a larger vehicle, I'd recommend a three car garage so there is additional room in your garage. Everything about our home I absolutely love, except I wish my garage was larger or at least longer. Overall a nice first build experience. This is my third home and it is so nice to have everything NEW,
