Bad Design and Super Bad customer service

1. Vents making noise and pulte says they cant do anything. Cant sit in that room and do anything. 2. Bath flushs, and shower making so much noises that you hear on whole house. If someone goes bathroom in night, flush can wake others in different room. Bad Bad design 3. Staircases railing making noise, Windows put on wrong spots 4. After closing super bad customer service.

Pulte Homes - Our home buying experience was not the best, our loan officer

Our home buying experience was not the best, our loan officer was not much help with questions, our builder accidentally nicked a water line and created water damage all along our bottom main floor weeks before closing and did not disclose the information with us. They have not gone above and beyond to remedy the situation due to their lack of communication.

Terrible service.

We ordered a kitchen upgrade and countertop upgrade. Job was done terrible and not professionally. My kitchen island is off level and crooked, my countertop looks used and "dirty" and my kitchen cabinets were full of stain spots that made the doors look dirty. Crown molding was not level, cabinet doors were also bendy and curved. Drawers were not adjusted. Granite backsplash was 1/4inch shorter than the countertop itself. My house looks as if it was built by a 5 year old. Carpet was not placed correctly and was not stretched all the way leaving holes between the wall and carpet. There is a ...

Never recommend to any one. It has been a nightmare no updates, poor communication and very poor quality

very bad customer service from builder manager , service people . Had issue with garage door , they saying we hit the door by car !! Very irresponsible builder

Poor Pulte experience

We were very disappointed with Pulte in almost every step of the process. It started with the offer of incentives to use Pulte Mortgage which was not competitive and they changed their numbers on what our payment would be through an “honest” mistake. Needless to say we shopped around then and found much better rates/payment. Loan match guarantee? Promised- but couldn’t do. Work that was supposed to be finished prior to closing, was not. Spending hours of our time to get issues fixed. Not a positive experience.
