I was treated with respect. My wishes were addressed and I was shown a property that matched my desires. Followup finishing things like sod, landscaping have been done to my satisfaction. I was given ample info about taxes, HOA guidelines, etc. I feel well informed about my new home and the area.

Pulte Builders did a nice job in keeping us informed on the status of our new townhouse build and closing. Home is well built along with a good warranty. Finishes were middle of the line. We bought the home after it had already been completed. We would have upgraded a few things.

good quality but the warranty issue fixing needs multiple followups and delays and some issues are not considered as issues

Prioritize Next Dollar Over Completing Projects

Finished the house itself just fine but have prioritized finishing the sod for houses that don’t have anyone living in them before ours that has been done for over two months. Feels like they don’t care about you after you signed for the house even though they haven’t fulfilled the commitment.

Appliamce s are look like the lowest price ones and cqbinet drawrrs are falling out because they used wrong size od screws used. Third time and seems like it will keep happening until all replaced by longer screw sized.

the buying experience was great and the personnel fantastic!; the Staff competence and attention to detail through the process was excellent. The after buying and having to deal with the HOA/Pulte not so great.

The loan process should have been better

I had very good experience with the purchase especially with Cathrine Kleve and all. The one think made me almost pull out was the loan process. This is the worst compared any other builders. The loan process should be improved a lot. They dragged to the very last minute asking for documentation and all and it doesn’t make any sense with all the documents they ask, even with people with 800 credit score.

Rushed the customer to close before the house completed, wait the keys for couple days when signed all paperwork and payments, Moved in incomplete house inside and outside,roofing fly out couple times when heavy winds comes, lights falls down in the kichen,washing machines unsecured, leak in the kichen

I needed a home quickly because of another builder falling through on the home I had planned to purchase. Pulte was super helpful in finding me a similar home that met my need within my price range and even had additional move in deals that I qualified for. They were able to close really quick and I was in my new home in 30 days. I have had a large number of issues with the quality of the work done. Missed painting and bad caulking in multiple areas. I also had issues with the front door handles being damaged and the door frame for the garage entry door being broke to the point the door ...

Workmanship is poor, at best. Windows were different measurements resulting in blinds not fitting, Finish work from flooring to sanding and painting is substandard for new home expectations. Loan consultant would not return my calls AND emails. It had been a terrible experience and wish there was a lemon law for new home purchases. The home will be on the market as soon as the rest of the developers is closer to completion. Buyer beware.

Whatever you do, don’t use Pulte Mortgage. My loan advisor, who didn’t do any advising completely dropped the ball and I wasn’t able to lock into the terms that I signed up for. Brenden wasn’t apologetic nor helpful during any part of this process and neither was anyone else.

Back in May of this year we decided to sell our home and but a new Pulte Townhouse that had not even broken ground. Pulte said we should be able to close on it in late November or early December. We were dubious of their time line but lo and behold and we did just that and we love our new home. We were kept abreast of developments eavh week with an email from the manager and week by week we watched our new townhome being built.

Review all the small items that need attention. Chipped door trim, paint missing, drafty windows, squeaky floors, scratched windows, patio door out of alignment, damage to vinyl floor, leaky sink. Etc etc etc.

Thanks to the Pulte team at Amber Fields! Everyone has been very responsive to my questions, and there have been many! I especially want to commend Brien. He has been so helpful His experience and advice is very much appreciated. A few weeks ago I had a sloppy washer/dryer installation from another vendor. It was late Friday afternoon and Brien immediately came by to help me resolve an issue. It's been a crazy year but I'm glad to be HOME!!
