I closed on February 29th, yes they were willing to accommodate me on a Saturday :) I am still in the process of moving in as I moved from out of state but everything could not be more perfect. This will be my forever home and I LOVE it!

Pulte had a great promotional sale going on at the time of purchase, and I believe it changes every month. The 3 builder meetings (beginning, middle, and right before closing) are a wonderful way to see how things are shaping up in your future home. The builder will go through a checklist of what is being done and so on. There are also the design and the low voltage/electrical meetings. I enjoyed both of these meetings even though they added quite a bit to our total. I recommend you have an idea of how much you are willing to spend prior to the meetings as these “extra” items are very tempting. During the build process, our salesman was replaced with a different salesman and the new salesman did a fantastic job of keeping us updated with the build. In the end, I felt Pulte rushed the closing a bit as there were items that still needed to be touched up, i.e. ceiling had 1/2” chip, countertops also had chippings, garage door malfunctioning, touch-free sink had a disconnected wire, masonry was defective, baseboard joints had gaps, and a few more I can’t remember. I know these are minor defects but should have been caught and fixed prior to turnover. Do not be alarmed, however. Pulte was responsive after submitting the warranty work on all of these. They are great at making sure they stand by their work. Highly recommended builder. ... More

Everything went smoothly and on schedule

From our initial walk through all the way to our closing, Everyone at Pulte made the home buying and building process fun and smooth! I cannot day enough good things about this experience!

We purchased a row home in the Highland Bridge neighborhood in St. Paul. We love the location and home but are a bit disappointed in the quality of some components like the garbage and recycling bins which came off track within a few weeks. Also the distribution of heat is not optimal and the first (of three) floor is quite chilly despite the vents being fully open. In the process of getting these points addressed soon I hope. Great and seamless purchase but know that nothing during the build process can be modified.

Minty fresh house, everything works dandy. Had a few issues, missing screens, small siding tears from a mower, dead tree. All are either fixed or will be. Very thorough walkthrough from construction mgr (3 hours). The interior lights are waaaaaay too bright. 1100 lumen. Like looking at the sun. I hired an electrician to install dimmers & rotating spotlights. Highly recommended to hire one.

Overall home buying experience is very well. Staff is very co-operative. Quality of equipments used to build house is not worth what we pay. They have doen lots of cost cutting by selecting lower quality or lower functionality equipments.

Pulte Builders did a nice job in keeping us informed on the status of our new townhouse build and closing. Home is well built along with a good warranty. Finishes were middle of the line. We bought the home after it had already been completed. We would have upgraded a few things.
