the buying experience was great and the personnel fantastic!; the Staff competence and attention to detail through the process was excellent. The after buying and having to deal with the HOA/Pulte not so great.

My family is very happy with our new home and i has been a great experience building a home with pulte.

I needed a home quickly because of another builder falling through on the home I had planned to purchase. Pulte was super helpful in finding me a similar home that met my need within my price range and even had additional move in deals that I qualified for. They were able to close really quick and I was in my new home in 30 days. I have had a large number of issues with the quality of the work done. Missed painting and bad caulking in multiple areas. I also had issues with the front door handles being damaged and the door frame for the garage entry door being broke to the point the door wasn't staying closed. There we other problems with the installation of the microwave vent with no gasket and the vents to the outside from the microwave and the bathroom vents not being done correctly and allowing moisture in. The warranty group is good to work with and most of these are repaired but it costs me a day off work each time to be home when these repairs are being made, so it is nice they have a good warranty team but it is still taking time from me to repair a brand new home's workmanship. Back in May of this year we decided to sell our home and but a new Pulte Townhouse that had not even broken ground. Pulte said we should be able to close on it in late November or early December. We were dubious of their time line but lo and behold and we did just that and we love our new home. We were kept abreast of developments eavh week with an email from the manager and week by week we watched our new townhome being built.

Overall it was an easy process purchasing a home with Pulte.

Thanks to the Pulte team at Amber Fields! Everyone has been very responsive to my questions, and there have been many! I especially want to commend Brien. He has been so helpful His experience and advice is very much appreciated. A few weeks ago I had a sloppy washer/dryer installation from another vendor. It was late Friday afternoon and Brien immediately came by to help me resolve an issue. It's been a crazy year but I'm glad to be HOME!!

Overall I was very happy to be able to work with pulte and recommend all our contacts to reconsider work with pulte but one concern I have is need to assign to adress any concerns in the office rather than we are chasing construction managers

Overall great experience. Our sales guy was amazing. He knew our budget and helped us use it according to our preferences. Our construction manager was also top-notch. He had great attention to detail and took the time to make sure we were happy. Our experience at closing with the lender was great too.

Overall its a nice house. We did a quick close, so it was almost finished being built. Had some issues, but Pulte is quick to fix things

Our construction manager Andreas was amazing! Everything I asked him I'd he could do, he did! He never let me down. There have been a few issues even after closing and he is still willing to help out. The closest doors do not open or shut properly once you hang up close so he is looking for a solution. All the closets only have storage shelves in them and do not have the proper racks for sliding clothes which he is also working on fixing for me. He is kind, patient, smart, polite and professional. Highly recommended!

Our new home had quite a few unfinished issues. Mark worked with Angela and helped and ensured that the pressing things were taken care of and handled. There are still a couple things but very minor. Overall if we don’t have Mark to ease our concerns we would not have had as good of experience. The online submission form for requests is an easy process. Our home is beautiful and looking forward to settling in. Thank you Mark for making our home a home for our family.

We enjoyed working with Pulte to build our new home. Kari our building manager was amazing, extremely thorough, and responsive to any question we had. Overall a great experience.

Everyone associated with Pulte has been so accommodating…..from Heidi who first showed the house, Kari walked me thru the closing (long distance) Ryan explaining how things work, Angela via phone conversations, etc. Everything has been relaxing and enjoyable!

Everyone for whom we dealt in the completion of our new home were outstanding.

Building materials are not that great

Pulte has been very responsible about what they have built and sold. The overall price and home design and experience is great. Interior can be built with more durability and future will unfold for us.

Select a ready to move inventory homes, and we are very happy to do so instead of waiting for 8-10 months and deal with uncertainty of supply chain, interest rate and all other issues.

Ryan is very good at his job, professional, knowledgeable, mild mannered and pays attention to get you to the ending satisfied. Pulte Spreads Ryan out to thin afterwards of closing and it's difficult to get him back or a common connection to continue the same process without repeat nagging on misc. punch lists items.

The builder communicated well with emails updating me throughout the process. They continue too also with a few escrow items that are needed.

I had a great experience working with pulte. Things were done on time and I really love my home. My sales representative was awesome. Not enough words to express how wonderful she was. I will not hesitate to work with pulte again.
