The support from the sale agent through the closing process was very good. The overall quality of the home is good but some items and workmanship are average at best.

Overall good relatively smooth closing experience, except for interaction and unjustified charge imposed by Pulte sales manager Jeff B and covered up by his immediate superiors. If not for this, experience would have been terrific. Otherwise Pulte homes are well built and various Pulte team members supported our closing in near record time.

Master bedroom glass shower door came off the hinges,took 2 weeks to fix. Some doors in the house was not sanded and painted properly.

Home layout is great. However, during walkthru I highly recommend to have ALL of your issues addressed (and you yourself confirm) before you actually sign and close. Don't let them force you to close without addressing your concerns. Once you sign, their "warranty" process is extremely slow and all of the promises of being attentive and responsiveness to warranty claims are almost non-existent. You will constantly have to reach out however you can to get them to address your claim.

I paid over 40k my floating stairs and it was just terrible on closing day. My biggest issue is the superintendent being switched mid job and receiving complaints about txt messages on weekends because he doesn't work weekends but still hasn't responded to texts I sent Tuesday. this is my second pulte home my first superintendent is 1000x better. u guys told me to goto Sherwin Williams and gave me a piece of paper w no line of paint and the superintendent didn't know and couldn't get a hold of the painters. so didn't get any paint. found out it's. painters edge and it's $15 a gallon.... not happy about that. they also don't sell it at any of the stores is commercial only.... the gates weren't working when I moved and HOA said no it's just me but it wasn't lol. I do love the fact they made the wolf range happen before closing. Karen was amazing I had been looking for a home in summerlin and all the bidding for lots drove me nuts so to be able to come up and just buy a property was the best part of this experience. also Christina at the design center is absolutely amazing and best communication I've had at pulte. focus electric and plumbing are great too. the process was long difficult and stressful but financially the best decision I made this year in real. estate. ... Repair of discovered defects taking too long to fix Missing appliances and fixtures is taking too long to fulfill. We have closed escrow 2 months ago and still waiting items to be fixed/filled out.

You were so excited to get our new home, unfortunately it’s been nothing but disaster after disaster since we have moved in. We received our keys in April, we still do not have a stove microwave combo and it is June. The tapers did a horrific job as there are lines in my ceiling that could be confused as off-white beams. Our dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes, our bathtub was leaking before we even stepped foot in it , we’ve had multiple issues, our bathroom tile is changing colors, It’s the intricate details that We were sold on from our friends and unfortunately it’s not living up to the name. The loan officer should not be working for Pulte or anyone else for that matter. I was asked multiple times to turn in the same paperwork week after week only to be told she couldn’t find it and I had to tell her to scroll up to see the documents on her own system. We got to the point where we were going to walk away because she had us convinced that we would have been disqualified if we didn’t continue to send the paperwork in that she had had three times before. Barri our office sales rep literally came over and cleaned out the inside of our island before Pulte put the top on even though we asked multiple times for it to be cleaned out they were not going to do it and didn’t because the counter top showed up one day when my husband was there and they were just gonna put it on top. That’s beyond unprofessional and unsanitary. I’m really hoping to move forward that’s really hard to still be excited about paying Over a half million dollars for a home that has so many preventable issues. ... More

My experience has been mostly hood. However it’s been a month and I still don’t have a front panel for my cabinet face for below my stove top.

OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT VERY NICE HOME GOOD LOCATION BUT CONTRACTOR COMMUNICATION IS VERY BAD NEVER RETURN CALLS OR ANY TEXT MESSAGES

We are lucky that we have a very responsive and reliable field manager (Miguel); we’ve had/are having some issues that we continue to discover with the house and he’s really trying his best to get these taken cared of. Unfortunately, the Warranty Office never replied to our email but Miguel did. We’re having a couple of issues currently- We hardly get air conditioning in the main bedroom while other rooms are too cold. The main bedroom door has “swollen” like another bedroom door. I will email Warranty office again but will surely include Miguel.

Great buy the only thing is that they build the homes too quick that they miss a lot of things before the walk through. Slow to respond n to repair the issues.

Love my home, however I submitted a work order within the 30 days period and no one has contacted me to fix the issues. Disappointed in their responsiveness to issues.

The super was great, the quality was good for single family housing, the upgrades and pricing was predatory to say the least.

Quality of the build was not what it should have been.

Overall Pulte is a great homebuilder. The superintendent addresses issues fast. I think the salesperson I had needs to be more attentive . Once the down payment was paid in full... never heard from her again and ignoring of communication from my realtor and myself was frustrating. The mortgage/close process went great! The only other issue I had was design center, this has yet to be fixed with the bath accessories vs faucet package color error

there is no such thing as craftsmanship in todays home construction all builders throw up the home and move on

Some features listed as upgrades could be of better quality (cabinets). Paint coverage could better throughout. Instruction on home amenities such as how do you turn on the fireplace? Should leave paint for owners so they can touch up various paint issues (interior wall and trim and outside wall and trim) so contact with customer service is not only reduced but issues are corrected quicker.

We just moved in and have several things that need to be addressed. I would like to complete this after all items have been addressed through the process. We have noticed several items such as appliance instillation, cabinet finishes, improper grout work and paint overlap that will all need to be addressed before we can complete a full review.

It’s a little unfair to write this review in the middle of the COVID-19 virus and with stay-at-home in effect. I was so excited to move into my new house. I love the floor plan of the model I purchased; however, I thought many of the upgrades I purchased were quite expensive and I now I also have a list of issues I would like to have addressed inside the house. The reason I say this is unfair to write now is because Pulte can’t come in and respond but I do believe they will as soon as possible once we can all go out again. Overall, we are happy with the buying experience but with one exception. One of the cabinets is about to fall off with part of the upper trim falling down on my daughter as she cooked breakfast. I sent an email to the warranty email address. The claim is that they will respond quickly. So far(one week later), no response to my call or email. I'm hopeful that the delay is only due to the Covid 19 problem. All of the other small paint scratches/chips etc.. are minor and certainly not serious. But I would still like to get a small amount of touch up paint so that I can do this myself. I have asked twice. No response..... ... More

Home is nice and overall it is fine and we're happy. The warranty process is slow, we believe because of the high volume of issues with other homes in the area because of poor sub-contractor work initially, a seeming lack of attention to detail by sub-contractors initially and of course, COVID-19 is doing us no favors with the home warranty action. This causes a lot of home warranty requests that overwhelm the team assigned who have been in contact with us constantly, but the items are numerous and I don't believe this is Pulte directly, but from a lack of "do it right the first time" by the sub-contactors. Those that come to fix see the issues and seemingly display a lack of understanding of why it couldn't have been done right at first. Again, nothing really major and we are overall fine with the home, it just seems like death by a 1000 cuts, but we have to say Tino Velez that is managing the home warranty process with us is actively doing his best and working with us closely and we appreciate that otherwise, we'd be less than happy at this point. We are being patient and giving him the time to coordinate the various groups to get the home in top shape. ... More
