Overall, highly rated and would recommend. I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the workmanship & materials only because some of the cabinet doors were slightly warped. However, they were quick to reorder and replace them. Everything else was very high quality and I feel secure in the new house. The community and location is fantastic, and the sales associates were friendly and incredibly helpful during the whole process.

Our overall Our overall experience with Pulte was exceptional. They were very responsive when I had questions that needed to be answered. We were able to move in over a month before the original closing date, which was a big help to my family. The only issue we had a problem with was what came with the house. When a family moves into a new home, they should not have to buy any essentials for the home. Our home did not have overhead lights, fans, blinds, and curtains. This was a significant inconvenience for us, and I hope that Pulte will change this in the future when building new homes.

From sales to move in, the process was easy to navigate. I appreciate all the assistance and responsiveness from the sales team, title and walk through. All thorough and easy to understand. It has made the overall purchase process easier than most. And responsiveness better than most builders we've purchased from the past.

From start to close the home buying experience was hassle free. Up to the negotiating process to the receiving of the keys Mary at Tolvana made the experience effortless. After moving in, Chad was extremely responsive with any any and all questions I had regarding my new home. I would highly recommend Pulte without hesitation to all my friends and family. T.G.

Staff we worked with were very professional and courteous. Things got corrected rather quickly.

We've had a very good experience with Pulte, our sales rep Laurel, design options rep Pattie, construction supervisors Steve and Mike were all great and very responsive and accommodating. The quality of construction meets expectations and follow up warranty work is easy to schedule. Overall the experience has been great.

I like whole team of Pulte

I had originally purchased a new home build from Toll Brothers. I waited over 18 months for the house to be finished and it was a complete mess once it was completed by Toll Brothers standards. Very poor quality workmanship from many of the trades they used. Almost seemed like DIY quality of work in many areas on a home over one million dollars. I sold that and took a loss to purchase a Pulte built home. The quality of Pulte is night and day difference compared to most builders that I saw in the local area. The work being done in these homes is actually being managed and the level of finish is very nice without me having to pick the home apart. Our Salesperson, Karen has been wonderful!!! Any questions along the way have been answered in a very timely manner. She’s a ray of sunshine in this whole experience! Alex, our Project Manager addressed any building questions and concerns that came up. He’s very professional and made our building process less stressful. The build quality of the home is solid. There’s still construction going on around us, and honestly, when we’re inside the house we barely hear it… we’re so happy we chose to go with a Pulte home.

Initial workmanship was not perfect, but they have been very responsive to issues and have fixed everything in a timely manner.

My sales person Laurel was terrific, she never tired of all my questions, changes of mind and even helped me change homes when one became available. I haven’t seen her since the house closed, but I wanted to let her know how great she was. The home itself is beautiful, Chad and Joel were really helpful during the walk through and following up on any last minute fixes that needed to take place before the close. In fact they even stop by now that we have closed to make sure we don’t need anything else. We have submitted a couple of things to warranty and they are working through those requests now. my customer service representative went above and beyond. helped me take care of some minor issues encountered. all in all a good home buying experience. great value if it was not for the recent rise in the market price.

Overall: We are very pleased with Pulte's personnel and our purchase. Our overall experience with Pulte exceeded that which we had with another builder the previous year, which was also pretty good. Our Pulte sales agent MARY differentiated herself from the very beginning. This market was red hot for sellers/builders. I interacted with ~5 different builders on my hunt. All very nice people. But Mary gained my trust very early on, and because of that had me look more closely at Pulte. I have been in customer-facing roles, and led customer-facing teams for more than 3 decades. High integrity, knowledgeable, transparent, directly-answer-the-question-asked-straight-shooters, as best as I can discern, are what I value most. From the moment Mary and I first met 2 months prior to this community even having homes for sale, through hundreds of questions and interactions throughout the process, to closing and even still post-close, Mary exceeded those values. I could go into detailed specifics, but will leave it at the summary for the purposes of this review. We'd also commend our field manager Justin. SUPER responsive and THOROUGH(!) and honest. We greatly appreciated having had him as our field manager. We even had opportunity to interact 1-2x with the GM Anisa. Very friendly in a genuine way. Overall very pleasant interactions. Beyond the people-interactions throughout, thus far we have noticed only very minor fixes needed. To make this a useful review, we will add our top constructive critique: Our #1 agitation by a landslide was with the flooring. (A) Pulte's policy was they do not install planks on the stairs or upstairs hallways. (B) Nor did their design center offer the specific planks we wanted anyway. Thus, given (A) and (B), since we intended to have planks throughout the whole house, the least messy (and wasteful) way to R&R the flooring after close (since apparently the inspector would not allow us to close with a concrete floor), would be to have Pulte install carpet in the dry areas (which could be removed and given away) and sheet vinyl in the wet areas (easy to remove) throughout. Easy right? But when we requested the sheet vinyl option - that was actually listed as an option on our option sheet they sent us for our community - we were told that that was a "mistake" and sheet vinyl was not available "for our community." So they mandated grouted-in ceramic tile as the only "standard" option for the wet areas. So we had to jack up the ceramic tile the day we got the key. A unnecessary waste and mess. Okay. It is what it is: sheer gamesmanship to get a certain amount of people to purchase upgraded flooring through Pulte (the least competitive prices of all their design center categories). Perhaps Pulte "wins" more than it "loses" with this tactic. But it is the main thing that soiled our overall experience since it seemed to betray the integrity and transparency that made our experience so positive with all the front-line customer-facing personnel and that I specifically praised above. Therefore, this public review itself would lack integrity and transparency if I did not specifically call this particular tactic out in this critique. Hope this is useful to someone. From start to finish, my home buying experience was exceptional. From Andrew in sales, to Rob and Kim during the mortgage process, to Derrick keeping me updated during the build process. I was extremely satisfied.

Overall very excited to be in the new home. Workmanship was good and attention to details was right on. A few delays were experienced due to supply chain. Communication can be improved to keep a buyer up to date.

Pulte is a high quality home builder who keeps you informed and has great warranties surrounding their products.
