Pulte Homes delivered a quality home and made the transition from renters to home ownership a breeze. The construction team was in constant contact with us throughout the process, we couldn’t be happier.

Management & CS teams are great, but the quality of finishes is very disappointing.

Stefano Hankewycz and Jim LaValle are absolutely wonderful to work with. There were disappointing things that happened during construction, but those events were out of their control. The communication and care that Jim and Stefano shared during the build was a blessing during a stressful and unpredictable time.

The experience was great. The staff were professional and respectful. However, the uncertainty on the home completion date frequently put us in difficult positions. We had to do multiple extensions to our lease and had to look for alternate places to live due to the frequent and last minute delays to the stated completion date. Rather than delaying the home 0-2 months prior to completion of the home, we would have preferred a conservative estimate 4-6 months in advance to allow us to properly extend our living arrangements. in the end, due to the uncertainty, we would have over extended our prior lease or would have scrambled to find last minute rentals. Stefano is always so helpful and reliable.

Buying the home in general was good. Happy to have a great community. There were significant delays but this is expected in these days. The closing was poor because the docs were not aligned. It took over 3 hours when Pulte was the closer. After moving in we began to see the small issues. That's when you see the details in your home. We can see over spray in paint, small droppings of caulking and poor caulking. A tiny chip on a wood plank mWe've requested service for these. I call it the turnstile because they push to get you in the house because the next batch of homes need to get handled. House it self is good but when I close house was messy. Finishing part is not satisfying me. Painting is not finished and rough, crown molding scratched all over. In master Bath, stain is all over on the floor tile. It seems like selling unfinished home

Buying process was a cinch. There were delays but nothing out of the ordinary. The construction aspect of the home left much to be desired. We have encountered numerous issues already (although Rich and the team are wonderful in their responsiveness and willingness to help) and have been disappointed that we've had to deal with these things in a new home.

Overall satisfied. Good floor plan with experienced workmanship. Especially, the construction manager, Stefano, was really kind and helpful. One thing I did not like was the completion of our house was delayed for 1-2 month from what it was originally scheduled. Other than that I am satisfied except for some low quality material used that will cost me to upgrade.

Craftsmanship is not up to par. After living in the home for a month I’ve noticed many dents, scratches and scuffs throughout appliance, walls, doors, knobs, and floor. Deformed door/wall moldings. I also cut my foot with sharp end of screws protruding through carpeting. A few unfinished details. Place-holder stove. Garage door and front door lock issues that prevented me from entering the home for two days post closing. And significantly loud drain pipe that echos throughout first floor. Disappointed with purchase price and quality.

Kudos to Kristina for bringing the home price down after the appraisal came low.

Overall, the experience has been good and the response from the Field Manager has been really great. However, some of the concerns that were reported earlier still need to be resolved like parquet finishing and repair, water leakage noise in living space, water leakage from dishwasher, cracks and peeling of plaster in some areas need to be addressed. On the external environment, the noise of running train, noise and dust from on going construction could be better managed.

Overall our home is great, however there are noticeable instances where you can tell the construction was done just good enough. The floors are all sloping, the stairs creaking and the paint job that they did was rushed at best.

Quality of the finishes were sloppy. Closing process was not very efficient. Communication was not very personal

My experience with Pulte has been below average. I closed on 06/23 and still have issues with wood floors, kitchen cabinet and other things. I have been here over 6 weeks now and chasing building Manager. I plan to post a review on Google so others are aware of the experience I'm going through.

Overall, it is an ok experience. However, there are situations that are frustrating. they kept pushing the closing date further, which isn't great for the buyer. The worst part of the entire house is the paint job, you touch the wall, the paint goes away. List of items were identified to fix, but no one showed up for a month. Other than that, the community and town is great.

We gave Pulte some slack because of pandemic many items was not up to standard. We were reassured by the warranty would take care of it after closing. . It's been 3 months and many of the issues is still unresolved. Our wooden floors is not flat. One of the gas range doesn't work. Missing panel door. closet incomplete. Bathroom Sink stopper doesn't work. We receive polite response but things just don't get fixed.

There's a huge disconnect between Pulte and the contractors they hire to install and build the home. The small issues are taken care of in an average time frame, but the big issues, they dance around and make all the excuses in the world why they can't fix it.

Sales agent during sale was less than enthusiastic when showing the house. Not too much of an issue though because we loved the location, and the house looked great at first. There were some problems during closing because of lack of communication between the sales agent and the closing office and we didn't actually get the keys to the house until the day after closing. After moving in, this is where things get difficult. We've noticed some structural and build quality issues including for example a leaking ceiling, doors that won't close properly, missing fixtures, and loose shelving that creates an unsafe environment to live in specially with younger kids. Submitting a warranty request was easy enough through the online portal. Getting someone to speak with and come take a look at the issue is a huge problem though. It's been over a month and no one has come to look at some of the issues yet. Warranty manager claims the issues are responsibilities of the field construction manager and refuses to handle this as a warranty repair. Field construction manager on the other hand has been unresponsive for more than a month. So now it's been more than a month and I still have sections of the house that are unusable because of the safety risks, and it's preventing us from finalizing our move and organization of our property. I am now looking into filing official complaints and taking legal action. Warranty contract says issues will be examined within 30 days, so I guess they're already in breach of that contract. If they continue to claim that these are construction and not warranty issues, as per the purchase contract, any construction concerns will need to be completed within 3 months, so I guess I'll let them know they have less than 2 months left. In any case a BBB complaint is coming their way at the very least. Besides the warranty process horrors, there's also a lot of build quality issues that looked ok at first, but are problematic after further inspection. These are specially evident in areas that are not easily noticed. For example out of all the windows on the house, only 3 have level window frames. So I'm mounting window blinds and they're all crooked. There's also hidden things like the gang box cutouts for lights and outlets being cut crooked making it impossible to cleanly install smart lights/outlets or replacing the face plates. Also the strike plates for the door locks were poorly installed and provides no security from intruders at all. Then things like unleveled floors where I had to adjust the fridge and washer/dryer to the extremes just to get the appliances level, and I still have horrible vibrations coming from the washer because of the unleveled floor. ...
