The experience could have been better, with multiple delays, very very very poor communication from sales associates and construction managers. When we finally got into our house, we noticed multiple things wrong with it. Some of the cabinets were broken when we moved in. We were promised they would get fixed soon after moving in. However, we have lived in our home for over a month and still need an eta of when they will get fixed. Very disappointed with the process and professionalism with every step of the way.

During the closing process many issues that came up during multiple inspections were not addressed and we will have to deal with them moving forward with warranty even though the items were inspected in advance, construction manager was asked to make corrections and he agreed it would be completed before closing. Buying from out of town facilitated the team to assure us that everything was done, however, showing up for closing finding out it was not the case. From the very beginning, whenever we expressed a concern it was dismissed as just being part of the process and that it would be taken care of later, but that wasn't the case. So now we have a fireplace that is crooked, a recycle drawer that isn't soft close and paint-splattered stonework.

I bought a brand new house from Pulte Homes in October 2020. I closed on the house & began moving in. However, there are a SIGNIFICANT # of problems w/ the house. One of the closet door knobs is missing. I have a water leak. One of the toilets was not properly installed. The carpet had a large # of nails sticking up. There was a lot of construction debris in the backyard. The garage door is really loud while opening or closing. There are at least 1 dozen other issues. These things should not be happening, especially w/ a brand new house.

Too many turn overs of oversite management has caused items to not be properly completed. Many items are still not completed after two months of moving in. Even the follow up warranty group/manager has left with no notification or who is working on completing the remaining issues. I am not happy.

Our experience with Pulte should have been one of the most exciting times for my family. In reality, it was an absolute nightmare. Not a single deadline was met during construction. We have a warped wall in out living to this day. The sales person we ended up with was a complete joke and as a fellow Realtor/Broker, I was completely embarrassed to be in the same industry as that person. Insufficient construction supervision during the build process

This is the fifth new home we have purchased in our lifetimes. This has been, and continues to be, the worst customer experience. Pulte appears to have made bottom line decisions which have severely impacted the quality of their home build and the outcome of the customer experience. They do not provide an adequate number of construction supervisors for the number of homes they are building. This is why we will not recommend Pulte to family or friends.

They were wonderful when they were trying to earn our business, but once we signed the paperwork they just didn't seem to care about our satisfaction. They subcontract everything and those contractors are awful. Examples: doors don't hang properly, hot water doesn't work, carpet laid on construction debris and missing flooring, sprinklers leak, heating doesn't reach bedrooms etc etc.

Service during the search and sale was typical; so, no need to review Pulte home buying. What really matters is service after the sale and what a one-year warranty really means. Like Gen Z says, "Pictures or it didn't happen!" Since uploads are not allowed on this site, I direct you to Google reviews wherein pictures are posted. (You're welcome!) Cabinets in both bathrooms must have been damaged during install, but instead of REPLACING them, notice the pictures where the patchwork is blatantly obvious, giving the cabinets a "previously used" look. what an aesthetic for a "new build" ...

Pulte does not pay attention to detail, and obviously doesn't care about their customer anymore and the finished product. We were given the wrong keys at closing and had to use the garage door to enter and exit for five days while they searched for the correct keys. The compressor was undersized and froze up the day before close and was replaced with the almost lowest seer unit allowed by law that they could find on a moment’s notice. It's extremely loud, vibrates and sounds like the fan is going to sheer off when it shuts off. If it had frozen up after close, we'd probably still be waiting ...

Worse buying experience. Closed on our contract over a year ago, our house was one of the last one to get done in our neighborhood. For many months we were told a different estimate completion date that was moved every time we didn’t meet it. Nothing but issues since move in. Instead of enjoying my home all I have been doing is taking pictures, documenting, emailing and following up. The flooring was installed incorrectly which is the largest issue and I’m having to fight every step of the way. I thought Pulte delivered quality but apparently they allow tolerance for lippage so they are only fixing the ones that are really bad. Outside of that that I have tons of pictures showing that every room in the house has issues including the backyard which was left with nails, razor blades and construction debris.
