Months of delays aside, which were hard to deal with at times, the overall process from our Sales Agent Jason to our Construction Manager Erik, and to our Mortgage Team (Kris and Ashley) was a very smooth and efficient process. Watching our house become a HOME has been an amazing experience.

I would like to thank Gabriel who made it possible for me and my family to have our beautiful home . He believed in me , we have only been in this country for 1yr 7 months but he made our dream come true of being a home owner here in America ,he kept us up to date with everything and he always answered our calls when ever we called him . Other than dealing with Pulte Mortgage, I had a very good experience buying my home.

Very helpful, honest, and all around great people seem to work for Pulte. Our sales person Carlos was in constant communication and was on top of even the smallest request, our field manager Dean is still very helpful and happy to chat when we see him around the neighborhood. These guys definitely seem to know their stuff and won’t hesitate to answer a seemingly dumb question or even lend a hand trying to bring an oversized package into the house/garage. We live our Pulte group

I truly had a great time working with Pulte. From the initial walk in conversation with the sales team and with the follow-up conversations I was highly impressed and Pulte defined the term " Excellent ". I would highly recommend Pulte and if I could I would buy another home from Pulte!!!! I truly had a great experience with Pulte and all of their staff members!!!!!

Lisa (our Pulte sales representative) was a joy to work with from the beginning and throughout the progression of our new home. Although there were numerous delays due to supply chain issues and labor shortages, Lisa kept in touch with us with updates via phone calls and e-mails, and she included pictures that she personally took each time anything changed as our home was being built. Jorge (our construction manager) was also very responsive and informative. He was quick and thorough in answering any questions we had for him. As with any new home, there were some issues that needed to be addressed. Jorge personally responded to ensure the appropriate contractors rectified the issues in a timely fashion. ... More
