Overall experience was good, However, there were some issues that I feel need to be addressed. When the slab for our home was laid, the back porch was approximately 6' short, I had to point out this issue, it was not brought to my attention. When sheetrock was installed, there was a noticeable bulge on the kitchen island, again we had to bring to the builders attention, also, the counter top on the island was crocked, again all these items were corrected, but they never should have occurred in the first place. We even had to point out a decorative feature on the front of the house was left off. As far as timing. The Pulte sales and builders team did an outstanding job

Satisfied first time home buyer, I didn’t know what I was doing at the time, Ryan who works in the on site Pulte Office helped and guided me through the entire process, updating me about almost everything I needed to know. Very convenient to get a hold of the team for any questions and concerns I had. Mortgage team did also a wonderful job, they helped me and did everything to get my loan approved in a timely manner, I just submitted all documents needed and they did all the works. It was an awesome experience.

We had a wonderful experience when our realtor took us to see Lis Diamantes, that is, once we found it! I laugh now, looking back, because Carlos told us that our GPS wouldn't bring us in the right way and warned us not to take any dirt roads to get there. After several dead ends, ending in dirt roads and a couple of calls to Carlos we finally made it to the presentation center. I'm so glad we preservered because Carlos showed us a home we immediately fell in love with. He quoted us a price and then went on to list the incentives we would receive if we closed by the end of December 2022. He took us back to his office and started the paperwork. While signing the intent to buy contract a group of hot-air balloons flew over the subdivision providing us with an omen that we were where we were meant to be. Throughout the loan process, our realtor, Becky, and Carlos were very prompt in answering every question we asked. Being out of state during the final walk throughs it was nice to know that we had people we trusted to make sure everything was completed as promised. Very happy with my new house, and the how the purchase went

Once in home had multiple issues and repairs that needed to be addressed our warranty guy Phil was on to top of our concerns and issues and had them resolved in a timely manner.

The process of buying a home with Pulte was great. We love our house and location. Our let down has been responsiveness with concerns on the website.

Our home buying experience was as expected during a pandemic. The overall process took 18 months. Hollie and Jacob were outstanding to work with, they were attentive and professional. Overall the home building experience was easy and we felt seen and heard. The Pulte mortgage company was a whole other story though. If I could give them negative stars I would. They made the process as difficult as possible and their communication was non existent. Although when they did contact they wanted information yesterday, and gave us absolutely no time to react. If you can stay as far alway from Pulte mortgage as possible you won’t have anything to worry about. Craftsmanship on our new home was as expected, these contractors are not building these homes like they are building them for family, they are building them with no one at all in mind. Work sites are dirty and littered with leftover lunch and materials. Items we asked to be fixed after final walkthrough were not addressed. And some things were sloppy, caulking, trim, drywall, things of the like. It wasn’t anything that can’t be fixed, but it will take time. Follow up work was efficient and professional but there seemed to be always someone else to blame. Overall, we stuck out the process because we really liked our realtor and the 3rd building manager we ended up with. They made it bearable. My overall experience was great

How well received we were by Kori, Project Manager and Emmanuel, Warranty Manager to solve any usual expected new built issues we experienced. Pulte does a better build of homes in our opinion.

Pulte members always addressed my concerns or issues within reasonable time. They never brushed me off with their busy schedule but took an interest any time I called or texted. I worked with a fantastic team at Pulte Inspiration and I couldn't have completed the process without their patience and willingness to see me through each step of the way.

Carlos was absolutely awesome, extremely helpful and responsive to concerns. The house was "live in ready" at closing, but there were some finishing details that were supposed to be taken care of the following day and I never heard back from the gentleman, Dean, who was going to have them fixed. When my concern was brought up to Carlos, he gave me all the information needed to take care of my needs. Overall a great experience, and I would purchase another home from Carlos and Pulte...but this is my forever home.

Pulte cares about what they build and how they build - it’s a quality home with very well thought out features

Beautiful, well made home in a wonderful community!

Our field manager and sales associate were very responsible and expressed interest in addressing all our concerns. Ask about how your layout will sit next to your neighbors’; our bathroom has a window above bathtub facing into neighbor’s upper hallway window!! (We fixed with an adhesive stained glass.) Approaching closing, the process became a bit rushed. We are planning to use the warranty for every little thing, but they haven’t been able to come out yet with the pandemic. They have been providing phone support which is good!

Purchase a new Pulte home! The fit and finish of the home are great; love the very functional floorplan. A well-built home for a fair price.

Pulte has been such an amazing company to work with. They were awesome from day one helping us find the perfect house. When we were having a little bit of difficulty with closing they did everything they could to help us. Erika and Dan from pulte mortgage were seriously life savers. As for the build itselfe our contractor Matt has been amazing. The house is wonderful, but any issues that have arisen hes made sure to get taken care of right away. So very happy we went with Pulte

My experience with Pulte Homes was ok. Lot of stuff need to be corrected in the home

The concrete (entry way, driveway and sidewalk) look like poor workmanship. Our entry gate was done twice and installed the wrong way….was told all would be taken care of…still waiting for all to be fixed As well as some smaller detail in the home

Great salesman and sales experience. Not so great response on issues.

The home buying process was painless, from the design to signing the mortgage. Pulte offers lot of designs to fit your needs and are really responsive to your needs. Unfortunately, there were some things that were not done before closing, and now now it seems I cannot get a hold of anyone. Maintenance workers miss scheduled appointment and there was no followup. I am disappointed that these fixes fell through especially because I was reassured things would be taken care of quickly.
