Closets not durable, we’re not anchored well to the studs, had to put longer nails for durability

Happy with my purchase, expect I’m still waiting for them to fix some details!!!

Gabriel was wonderful. He helped find the house and walked us through thr process. Then only bad thing was at closing, even though we could sign, we couldn't get the keys. This was because of an error that was made. The certificate of occupancy that was in the folder for our house was actually for another house. Everyone scrambled to get it done that day. We had to cancel our furniture from being delivered. We got the keys later that day but never got a call from upper management to check on us or apologize for the error.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable

Overall, our was good. There were issues but none that couldn't be addressed and resolved.

I recently purchased a quick-close home with Pulte. I can’t comment on the design process. The sales team was very responsive and helpful before and after the process. They allowed me access to the home to get windows measured for blinds prior to close. The construction manager walked me through the home and explained the ins and outs very well. When I moved in the shower leaked, the dishwasher leaked and the AC didn’t turn on. The warranty team was extremely responsive. The AC was fixed in a matter of hours and the leaks were fixed quickly as well. Overall, I worry about the resale value of the home because it appears to be priced quite high compared to other new construction in the area but I appreciate the warranty. ... More

We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and response to after sales issues. We are not so pleased with the communication received during the build. We lived out of state during the construction so we relied on the sales consultant and construction manager for timely and accurate updates on progress and delays. The updates were few and far between. We only received then after much prodding and several on-site visits from us.

For the most part we are happy with our Pulte Home buying experience. The house is very quite and seems well built and the people on the home buying team were courteous and responsive. However, the upgrades are far too expensive ( especially the flooring) and they don't paint the garage interior which to me, is just downright cheap for the price we paid and the landscape plants and trees are not the best. Still a pretty good experience but could have been better.

Overall a good experience, long wait, sales personnel friendly but not always helpful. The morgage group friendly and helpful but not competitive. The construction manager James was great. He made every effort to meet our needs and always responded quickly and politely.

I had concerns about changes to house design exterior after contract signed that I was not informed of. Also not sure of selection of HOA is a Pulte matter or not, but I have many concerns about the CC&Rs that do not seem flexible and should have been more fully explained at time of disclosure of those documents. As an example; I really liked the landscaping of the Parklane model and wanted that design which apparently is not within design approval set forth in the HOA documents. Perhaps some disclaimers should be disclosed to potential buyers before contract signed. It seemed like I got reassigned to several different contact people throughout the process of building which made it confusing. ... More

Home is exactly what we wanted and the response to fixing items has been good.

Pulte homes are good. Lisa and Jorge were awesome keeping us updated on the construction while we were far away. You will need to buy your refrigerator, washer and dryer. I think the space for the refrigerator in the kitchen area is small for a house with 4 bedrooms. So far everything is fine.

As good as the other home builders.

Do your research and continue to follow up on the building team. I love my home but some attention to details go over looked during walk through. Nothing alarming but the great thing about pulte is they have a dedicated team to fix any problems with in reason the first year which is extremely useful.

The home manager for Pulte who was overseeing the build of the house was very responsive, and easy to speak with.

I realize that many issues we had were out of the hands of the builder with COVID putting a strain on the entire industry. But my frustration with the lack of communication during the building process. With our last build (before COVID) we had four walk throughs of our home as it was being built, we knew when things were happening, with this one we had 2, one was technically our final walk through and our house wasn’t even close to being done (with us closing in two days). Again, a lot of this was due to us building during COVID, but living over an hour away, I wish they had told me not to come saying the home wasn’t ready. A lot of the issues we pointed out before close weren’t dealt with, we had to reach out to our warranty specialist, such as finishing painting our house, fixing our lock on the front door that was installed incorrectly and fixing a leak on our secondary bathroom. It was definitely frustrating. Thankfully the warranty team has been very responsive, and has worked with us to make our home what we wanted. Be patient and enjoy YOUR home buying experience, don't let delays steal your joy and excitement.

The only issue I have had is that after the walk through, we identified a few things that needed to be fixed - two issues had not been resolved at the time we moved in. That was a bit of a disappointment.

Pulte is a quality builder. The team that delivered our home were responsive and helpful. We couldn't be happier.

Our overall experience with Pulte was satisfactory. We started the process in May 2020, two months after the beginning of the pandemic. There was a lack of communication at the beginning with our sales manager, which led to trust issues and frustration. However, once a new team was brought onto the project communication began to flow on a weekly / biweekly basis, and visible progress on our home began to show which restored our trust in Pulte. Our site manager was very straightforward with us and assured us that the quality of the home was what she wanted to deliver to us. Involves buyer from start to finish. Especially pleased with stand out performance of issue resolution after construction of house.

We purchased this before it was built and I want to thank everyone involved in this process from beggining to end. We love our new home.

We love our new home. There are a lot of thoughtful features and we appreciate the focus on energy efficiency. It's very, very close to perfect. The purchase and selection process was pretty smooth and streamlined. They did a pretty good job of keeping us updated on progress. Our field manager seems pretty conscientious and I have pretty good confidence that things I can't see are done properly. That said, there were a few breakdowns in communication, but eventually, everything turned out the way we wanted. Now, I'm a perfectionist and I tend to notice where it's not perfect. There were a few things that were immediate concerns and Pulte resolved them right away. Six weeks later, we're still missing a few items, so I've submitted requests to have them installed - generally they're pretty responsive. I think COVID-19 has delayed things a bit. There are some features that seem scratched or dirty when I would expect them to be new - they'll be scratched or dirty after a few weeks anyway. Overall, I would buy from Pulte again. In any home-building process, it's imperative to be involved and present and pay attention to what's going on. It's no different with Pulte. In the end, they did good by us. ... More

Be prepared for construction issues.

My construction foreman Brennan was AMAZING! Pulte is very luck to have him. Also, Hollie the sales agents was super helpful and responsive to any question I might have had.
