Steve did a great job building our house. I have seen other houses and heard from others as well. Everyone is saying that your house is looking way better than others. No houses can be perfect but ours came close to perfect like he promised and he is always available to answer my questions. Pulte did live up to our expectations. Even though Brad was moved to the other community, he was also available all the times for our questions and concerns. Because of them, our experience became memorable in a great way.

Great experience with sales and maintenance teams

We knew what we were looking for so the the contract process went well. The sales office and builder performed well. Two problems existed with the experience. 1) Financing through Pulte Mortgage was extremely frustrating. Also, the extra financing incentives offered proved more costly than beneficial. 2) An after closing upgrade we agreed to pay for, out of pocket, did not occur after many calls to the contractor and reaching out to the sales office for assistance with the outstanding matter.

We had an excellent experience with Pulte Homes from start to finish. One of the standout aspects of working with them was their consistent and clear communication throughout the entire process. From the initial planning stages to the final walk-through, their team kept us informed, answered our questions promptly, and made sure we always knew what to expect next. Our home is beautiful and well constructed. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and materials used all reflect a high standard of excellence. Even when minor issues arose—as they inevitably do in any new construction—Pulte was incredibly responsive. Buying a home with Pulte was a great experience. Our home was what we expected it to be. Any issues or concerns were handled promptly and all workmen were pleasant. We highly recommend a Pulte home.

Prior to closing , appreciated the orientation and instruction for care of the home. Closing was excellent. Very happy with the value of the home. Very warm welcome by several Pulte representatives. Builder is awesome. Follow up customer service is poor.

Build quality is not what I expected. There few things that I can not mention here.

The home building experience was great. They gave update every week. Andrew toured the house before drywall and post drywall. He paid attention to every detail/issue provided by the predry wall inspection report and inspection post house was complete.The pantry could be bigger, the towel holders are not installed by default, the sweaky noise when walking on 2nd floor. The sod were dead initially, i complained and Andrew had it replaced it in a month. The salesperson should show other designs as well and not only focus on three model houses.

My home buying experience with Pulte was great. Travis from the sales team was very helpful in the early stages and our project manager, Andrew, was amazing as we moved through the building process. Overall I had a great experience.

We have had no negative experiences with the sales staff ( Brad) and Russ. We would recommend this company to others.

Overall great experience, especially Kelly the sales agent was very caring. The loan process was frustrating due to communication breakdowns and phone calls not being returned in a timely manner. All other experiences were pleasant.

The home was a little late in getting closed. The local agents were helpful, but our relator had to intervene to get things taken care of. The home is nice, but there are a few quality items with the HVAC system and some fit & finish details as well. The superintendent was helpful to get things taken care of from the punch list. As we continue to live in the house we have found a few more items that will be on our 1 year warranty list.

Clear communication, but workmanship is a bit mid tier.

This was our first new build home.

Quality is the biggest concern. From the building materials to the construction process itself, there are issues at every stage. Initially, I believed that Pulte was responsible for the end-to-end delivery with a strong focus on quality, but that’s clearly not the case. There are still numerous areas where things are falling short. Given the price I paid, I don’t believe it’s worth it. The overall experience doesn’t align with the expectations set at the time of purchase.

Pulte staff has a great Team.

Everyone one from sales to the construction manger, the design center to the finance team were in constant contact with me throughout all processes. They were very professional and kept me abreast of all phases/stages. John C went above and beyond to ensure all issues were resolved expeditiously.

Travis and John were incredibly helpful throughout the entire building process. They kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I felt involved and confident. I appreciated being able to stop by and see the quality materials and workmanship at each stage. It’s reassuring to know my new home is built to last. Plus, the area is beautiful and so peaceful—I couldn’t be happier!”
