Very bad experience with Pulte. Not at all satisfied. Even the small builders doing great job and service to the customers. Here starting from Sales, Mortgage, Design Center and Construction Manager and Top Management only shows attitude nothing else. I would strongly recommend not to go with Pulte not worth of Money.

We had a bad experience with Pulte. We have walked into Pulte Sales office with specific requirements (lots with flatter backyard) and was routed to the available lots saying the requirements are met with those lots. The lots were considerably flatter when we signed the contract. To my surprise, just a week before closing they made it so steep that all we have is less than 25% usable backyard. We feel like we have been deceived and cheated. We invest our hard earned money to get this outcome. It is not just me, there are several others who have this issue. I would not recommend Pulte.

Dustin and his team have been very helpful with all my concerns, and continue with any follow-up questions even after closing.

Once our closing was complete, the response to the issues are way too slow Had to contact them numerous times.

I had a very stressful and negative experience throughout the construction process. I received incorrect information about several items, and some things that were supposed to be completed by the closing date are still in progress. Additionally, items that were promised to be delivered were dismissed as mistakes by the sales team. These issues were not even listed in the attorney's documentation as deliverable items.

My Pulte sales rep, Kim J, did not sell me my home, rather she showed me what living in a Pulte home could be. She was honest and supportive and ensured that we got our dream home in an incredible community. Couldn’t be happier!

Matt and the other guy were pretty good to deal with. They're great at getting problems fixed when noticed. They communicated really well during the closing process to let me know what is happening and what they fixed.

There are many issues with this home buying experience. First, before we went under contract we were told that the neighborhood would be only homes and that there were not going to be any townhomes built in the neighborhood. We were also told that the area beside the mail boxes was reserved for the construction of a pool with a play area and a splash pad for the children in the neighborhood. Unfortunatley this is not the case because now there is a plan to build roughly 170 townhomes in the front of the neighborhood connected to the neighborhood entrance road and the townhome owners will be granted access to the amenities. Besides the fact of the information being untrue, the infrastructure of the area can barely support its current population, the addition would cause an additional strain. Secondly, the amount of time between the final walk through and closing date are too close to one another which forces poor workmanship issues to not be resolved. There are so many other issues with Pulte's process but we are all intelligent enough to understand cause and effect, and the difference between being legally and morally correct. With that being said i understand the when it relates to profit margins you only have to be legally correct. So, I am going to end my review knowing that this is a formality that will fall on blind eyes and deaf ears but in the slim chance that the opinions of your customers are relevant, i suggest you speak with the other members of this neighbor because the concerns that I have learned about from the other homeowners here have much validity and reflects poorly on Pulte Group and their shareholders ... Extremely cordial service, there was regular follow-ups on the progress and keeping me abreast of the potential risks

Do the research for the community you are considering. Ot is important to stay engaged in the build process and you should definitely engage with a 3rd party inspector who is there as uour expert to point out items requiring attention and to give you peace of mind

As a first time home buyer Pulte made the experience top tier. The multiple walkthroughs with the builder allowed for a deep understanding of the build and the choices that went into the construction. Everything is high quality. They were also extremely responsive and genuine during the final walk through to touch up all small issues to make sure the home was move in ready.

Overall build quality is good but some of the things were not meeting expectations in terms of Quality and value for the price paid. 1. Garage door is not opening properly due to misaligned sensors. When contacted Pulte they refused to help stating contact LiftMaster or SmartHome people but actually issue with Garage door frame and the way it is installed and sensors. 2. There were no Window Casing wasn't provided as a basic upgrade even though the price of the house was so high 3. I've paid $55 k for Lot premium which is way too high but people who bought later after 6 months they were charged with only $20 to $25 k for the same lot size, same privacy and same plan. This is unfair 4. The Kitchen basic Pendants lights over the island provided are low quality. With so much money taken this could have been much better 5. No hardware was provided in the bathrooms. Like Cabinets opener knob, Towel handle bars 6. The Bathroom Shower Faucet set provided is very basic and not of good quality for the money taken. 7. Overall Wall Paint quality could have been better like Glossy. Just small scratch or touch paint is coming out 7. Recess lights are provided with Yellow color which is dull instead of Day light colors. 8. Window blinds were charged very high as compared to the market. Outside with the same quality they can be done within $1500 but Pulte charged more than $3000. 9. Door knob, opener weren't of good quality. It's hard to open and close the door. 10. Garage door sounds a lot while opening and closing as these are chains instead of belts. Not of good quality. 11. There were no 16 inch studs available for mount and all are 24 inch. Ideally 16 inch studs need to be there for TV mount and installation. 12. The backyard of mine is used by Pulte for drainage and water flow so I'm actually in loss of my land for which I paid the money. This is not done. ... More

Lot of cosmatic mistakes -- like the wall finishes are not done properly. Base Boards are not done properly. The wall or the dry wall is uneven. Plumbing is not good. Outside grading is not good.

We thought Pulte homes are highest quality and workmanship but after moving we are disappointed with the way construction happend. It seems like rushed construction made distortions, defects. we are raising warranty tickets to correct them. Also we bought this home just for school purpose but school zone changed next day of our move in. So please tell customers likelyhood of changing school zone

The build and design process working with Mary Ann and Alan was all we could ask for and more. Amazing people. Highly recommended.

We had personality issues Pulte Mortgage and had to surrender the closing cost incentive to get outside financing. When we attempted to speak to a manager about the issues with our loan counselor we never heard back from the manager but we did get a nasty call from the loan officer. Also, we have several warranty issues to claim but there most egregious and frustrating we didn’t notice on the walk through with the lights on. Every single seam in the drywall on the walls and ceilings is visible in the natural light. Every wall and ceiling in the entire home has seams showing. Now that we’ve paid thousands for a painter prior to move-in we either have to live with it or pay thousands more to repaint the home after a warranty claim ... More

Home builder process was smooth for the most part. Quality is ok but not the best abs definitely could be better. Small little nuisances are missed in the house but overall a nice house
