Builder, sales and closing team are great. Home quality is good. Pulte home pricing is on high end when compared to other builders.

We started the process very excited and optimistic, but after closing there were a lot of disappointments. The "upgrade"s we paid for, feel more like cheap downgrades due to poor material and workmanship. We paid extra for a recirculating pump on the water heater to have instant hot water; it was never delivered. We were promised a number of repairs and touch-ups will be made just prior to closing; after closing we found out many of those were never done... We were also given false information about various things like irrigation system, etc. only to find out it was all wrong.

Quality of materials is so cheap and workmanship is so poor.Lacking on so much on Quality construction.And contractor dosnt do anything until you tell them 3 to 4 times and still stuff to be done is left to do.

I purchased this Pulte home as an investment property. Being remote, I thought it would be a painful process to close the home. Surprisingly, starting from sales/marketing, loan approval, insurance, construction updates and closing, everywhere Pulte beat my expectations. Garett who was responsible for construction progress made sure that I was updated every week promptly at the scheduled time, leaving a voice mail when I am not available to receive call, sharing bunch of pictures showing weekly progress and bunch of video calls to make sure I get to see the construction as if I am local. The sales process was very easy as house was completely finished when I did initial sales appointment. Walk through before closing was exceptional and all issues handled professionally

I was definitely nervous about having a home built in Charlotte while I was still living in NJ. Pulte and the construction project manager made the process easy. They called me weekly with updates and texted me pictures. They answered any questions or addressed any concerns I had. They even took videos and sent them to me. They also accommodated for my off time inspections and always made sure i had access to the inside of the house since I often would fly in for the day and back out due to work. Derek and John are excellent! I would definitely recommend pulte to anyone.

The buying experience was overall good, sales person was on top of things as well as construction manager as well, who was regularly updating the progress of the completion and handover.

We had an okay experience with the home buying process. The sales office and project manager were great to work with. We had a very upsetting experience with the Pulte Mortgage lender who preapproved us at 1.5% lower than their actual rate. We used another lender who was more than 1.5% lower than the mortgage company and Pulte came fighting for our business. We lost trust in them. The building of the homes is okay. There is poor craftsmanship throughout the home. I will say that they were addressed but a new counter top should not have a nick in it or the floors have repaired scratches. There was a lot of paint droppings on the floor and carpet that needed cleaned off. A few knobs are cross threaded. I am enjoying with new home however the formation of landscape in backyard is very poor and didn’t farmed well. Other observations, some Of observations not fixed when identified through first and final walkthroughs

Pulte construction is good and their response is also quick and good but only bit expensive in price when compared to other builders.

The overall Experience was good, clear and transparent communications. Very helpful throughout the loan application and approval processing as well. Closing was smooth
