The overall experience was nice. We still have a couple things needs to be fixed /updated and our closing day was 2 months ago.

Entire process was great. From initial contact to the closing Sales and Construction Manager kept us informed.

From start to finish, the process was very smooth. Pulte consultants help you guide throughout the process and have been very helpful.

We had a great experience with our builder. We lived in a different state while our house was being built and the communication we received via phone and e-mail was always fast and reliable. We would recommend Pulte to future buyers.

Overall great experience to buy home with Pulte

The over all process from buying to watching the home be built was wonderful. Had quite a few hiccups at time of celebration however nothing that want easily corrected. I think the quality of materials could be better for instance the cabinets are not what we expected as an upgrade. But overall experience was wonderful!

Amazing build, on time and efficient

Cindy Lisiecki was the main reason that we ended up building this house. From day one, she was amazing. Russell Poe stepped in at a critical time and brought us to the finish line. I have recommended Pulte Homes to countless people.

I bought a home out of state so my experience will be different I'm sure. My husband flew down the week before closing to address any issues that weren't caught the day before by the warranty manager. He flew down a week later to see they had not even begun, even though he was going to our closing an hour later. Since then, we have had sub contractors in and out of our home to do everything from remove paint on floors, clean windows that appear to have smoke damage, remove cabinets to install lighting that they forgot to, cut holes in sheet rock to run a new conduit for internet connectivity (this took 6 appointments to rectify) and the list goes on. He currently has 40 hours and 4 weeks under his belt of being a project manager on a house that was supposed to be complete, all while trying to transition to a new state, keep up with his business, unpack and most importantly spend time with his family. The best way I can describe the fit and finish of this home is "close enough for government work" ... More

We felt very supported throughout the process and feel that we received a quality home.

Quality of materials and customer service is great, but construction workers workmanship is not the quality O was expecting. Work was sloppy and things were not addressed to my satisfaction in the end. Home is beautiful, but if you look closely at the trimwork/paint...it's sloppy!

Wonderful experience. Sales Rep Cam was top notch. And the contractor Chris was great as well. If there were issues Chris worked to make those issues up to us.

Do your homework. Pay attention. Ask questions. Don't expect honesty, demand it. Follow up if something is not correct. Elevate issues immediately. Give yourself at least 30 days to be in your new home prior to providing a home builder rating.

Employees were all professional and willing to answer questions as needed.
